@koodo your customer service is appauling. I have been trying to connect to to pay my bill and your phone service wouldn't connect me to a live person I went to your booth in the mall and 3 @TELUS stores asking how to pay. I was told to sign up online which your site didn't allow

@ telus@ fiber optic well proud to say I have spent another 2 hours of my life trying to talk with someone at TELUS to fix my service that they messed up. Sad to say TELUS has no clue.

@TELUS if tTelus contacts you to convert to fiber think carefully before you agree. I have been without email for 3 days now and they are doing nothing to fix it. I spend hours on the phone with no solutions.

@topshelfmofo3 They all charge monthly monitoring fees, Telus seems pretty cheap now actually, they took over ambush security and that’s why they offer this now, I have been with Vivian forever, no issues but I think I still pay around 60 monthly

full time since early December 2020. Twitter and net-search fucts keep pushing me. **** Microsoft and Telus, dropbox etc. Switching to Apple/Blackberry, Deutsch Mobile, when I get the chance. After finish putting away as many turkeys as I can in jail. Then have promises to keep.

Not me getting months of arbitrary charges for imaginary services mainsplained to me like I’m completely inept. Telus, your company has a serious communication problem. Seeing as communication is kinda your industry.. you should maybe fix that

@TELUSsupport Hi team, I have received an invoice from Telus with an extra charge of $36. Tried addressing it with your contact center but with little or no support, I am reaching out to you for a solution. I urge to look at this closely before I escalate any further.

Want to voice my complaint about how difficult it is to unlock a phone with @Rogers. I have a phone given to me by a Rogers customer, I have their account number, but you still won't carrier unlock for me. It's anti-consumer policy. Bell and Telus make it no hassle. Be better.

@Shawhelp @adifood1234 Is shaw able to provide service in Northwestern Alberta on a rural property? Near Peace River? It is a town of 6000 people and has had fibre optic internet for about 3 years now. But for some reason just 5 minutes out of town Telus has a huge dead zone for cellular service.
