@koodo your customer service is appauling. I have been trying to connect to to pay my bill and your phone service wouldn't connect me to a live person I went to your booth in the mall and 3 @TELUS stores asking how to pay. I was told to sign up online which your site didn't allow

@TELUS the @koodo website kept redirecting me to customer supper when trying to make an account and your auto messing system kept taking me in circles.

I take my credit VERY seriously and for months tried to find how to pay this bill before it reported LATE. people at your @koodo booths or @TELUS stores didnt care to help. Now I have a late showing on my credit report, this is not on me! I demand to and my late be removed

@FenderGuy69 I bought an S20 5G right from Telus. They had a deal that brought the purchase price way down. Buying any "flagship" phone at full price is crazy imho. Since these things only last a few years, lower capital cost is good.

So, how long am I supposed to wait for the Telus doc to call me? Been checked in since 11:30, appt was 11:40, and crickets. This doesn't help my heart rate, which just jumped from 71 to 105. #telushealth

@TELUSsupport I have unsolved issue. I was offered I phone 13 pro by Promoting team but sent Samsung that I had never ordered. I returned that phone however my account is still opened and showing balance to pay whereas I am not using Telus.resolve issue ASAP.

@jpappone @TELUS @TELUSsupport Have you clicked on note 3 next to the first price? My guess is that price is dependent on other conditions being met. Most often in the US, the condition is usually trading in an old phone and/or being a new customer.

@TELUSsupport The website states Koodo and Telus both have them in stock. The Koodo booth was able to sell me one the best day. The Telus store employees didn't even bother to check. That's either poor training, or shows that Telus doesn't care about their prepaid customers.

Company that does the billing software we use in my wife’s practice bought by WELL Health. Could be worse (bought by Telus), but still… ****. Unavoidable, but this ongoing industry consolidation is not likely a good thing for doctors or patients.
