    @SamsungCanada Hello a senior here on a fixed income, have an S8 and purchased 2 more for parents in their 90s with health issues. Love the phones, never a problem. Telus employee told me to upgrade as soon S8 not supported? Yikes I cannot afford new phones.

    @TELUSsupport Hi,I called the TELUS Home Services (Chinese support). The agent Jeff perfectly solved my problem. He is a nice guy. I hope you guys have more people like him.

    Just trying to cancel my internet plan. Got through to an agent at 1:15 hours, only to be transferred to "the loyalty prgroam" and put on hold AGAIN. Seriously aweful. Help me. @TELUSsupport @TELUS

    4/4 Who else got sold a bill of goods? This is not a great business strategy, poor customer relations are built, not to mention the time taken by us and them to determine this should never have been sold to us. Yay Telus!
