Now I have a late showing on my credit report, this is not on me! I demand to and my late be removed

I have been trying to connect to to pay my bill and your phone service wouldn't connect me to a live person I went to your booth in the mall and 3 @TELUS stores asking how to pay. I was told to sign up online which your site didn't allow

I haven't been able to access twitter most of today, but turning a VPN on solved the problem. Weird!
