    @TELUS the @koodo website kept redirecting me to customer supper when trying to make an account and your auto messing system kept taking me in circles.

    @koodo your customer service is appauling. I have been trying to connect to to pay my bill and your phone service wouldn't connect me to a live person I went to your booth in the mall and 3 @TELUS stores asking how to pay. I was told to sign up online which your site didn't allow

    @vidman Actually in St. Jacobs today. I’m on Telus and just tried calling Toronto. No issues!

    @AnthonyLacavera There's a better solution that involves less government intervention: Open the 🇨🇦 market up to foreign competition and axe the CRTC. Make Bell, Rogers, Shaw, Telus, etc. compete with AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Vodaphone, etc. Next up: Airlines

    @TELUSsupport 2 days trying to resolve over charge issues on my mobility account! Do humans work at Telus or is it strictly "AI" machines which lack the human touch of "customer service"

    @RagingLibNana @TheJenRollins I'm a Shaw customer too going way back to when they took over Videotron 70s, but everything I am reading says Telus is superior is Speed and reliability. I'm still debating, they are offering a 55" TV but I'm not getting cable do I still want a big TV where would I put stage lol

    @TELUSsupport Telus TV+ app no longer works on my Samsung tablet. Error message "required output protections not active". Trying to watch on tablet, not casting. Android 8.1. Uninstalled and restarted but still doesn't work. Please let me know solution. Thanks.

    @SunnnyBeeee @KyleGunderson Used Telus for yrs. Helpful, good coverage, great pricing, but dropped them over a recurring issue where they would cancel my autopay without telling me, continue to bill me without telling me, and then I would suddenly get hit with a large several month bill with interest.

    @DRyziuk Wow what crooks! I have officially just switched back to Shaw! Damn Telus for making promises they would NOT uphold! What stress & confusion they left in their wake! Curses for offering me a Visa gift card & then reneging! I bought stuff 'knowing' I had that $400 card coming! Grr
