@sqwabb @TELUS @CRTCeng What you are saying is that Telus only pays 1% fees to payment processors (while small business pays 3), because they need to maintain profit margins on all service lines.

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@TheFalconer @TELUS Also **** off. As a business owner who processes transactions, I pay insane fees for everything I do. And so do the clients. And probably the staff. Pay your own fees you dumb *****.

  • simblain Simon Blain (@simblain) reported

Telus made a profit of 2 billion dollars off consumers backs, and now they want to charge even more when paying by credit card. **** you, greedy @TELUS

  • mainlandman C M (@mainlandman) reported

@buggeroff17 @PierrePoilievre They do more than you think. They helped me when Telus tried to hold me to a 3 year contract for internet service they could not provide to my address. Months of battling Telus ******** and I filed a complaint. Telus called me the next morning to resolve the issue.

  • CheesyLeaf89 Nick Kadoski 🇨🇦 (@CheesyLeaf89) reported

@TELUS just another crook in Canada. Absolute money grab. The tech companies in this country are the absolute worse. Telus says they "NEED" this to pay the fees, **** them

  • bguy22 Brando (@bguy22) reported

@CBCNews Shame on you @Telus and the @CRTCeng for even considering this. There should be no service charge for simply paying a phone bill via cc. You are a multi-billion dollar corporation and can survive without implementing this.

  • KBraedley Kenneth Braedley (@KBraedley) reported from Fredericton Junction, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@MeteoMarsh @TELUS But won't someone think of the poor billionaires????

  • Harleydadd Harley don't play that! (@Harleydadd) reported

I wonder how everyone in @citysprucegrove feels after @TELUS just tore their yards apart, to install crap nobody wants.

  • pmayvr Paul Antonioni (@pmayvr) reported

@jodyvance @CRTCHearings Those that "can’t afford to NOT pay by credit card" should probably be pre-paying their cell phone one month in advance or use their debit card. If they can only pay their cell bill by credit they have bigger problems than reimbursing Telus for the fee that Telus pays the banks.

  • shoesgaze_ sweet caroline (@shoesgaze_) reported

@p_evans As a Public Mobile (subsidiary of Telus) customer, the online payment option I have is by credit card. This is pretty gross of you @TELUS @PublicMobile
