  @rodmickleburgh @TELUS late to the party as I often am. lol. I'm on the Telus side. Home internet service they win hands down particularly with fibre, but also reliable cell service in more regions. It's all too darned expensive, but they are simply taking full advantage of a broken system.

  @telus @TELUSsupport really has the worst customer service. No call will see you spending less than an hour on the phone. Plus after my 4 days of no internet, where I was promised a $30 credit...I've been charged the full amount. Now waiting OVER AN HOUR to have this sorted out

  @TELUSsupport I’ve cancelled and now I’m receiving freaking phone bills what is going on I thought Telus was an honest company and was advised multiple time that I have 30 days to cancel contact me so I can give you my telephone number

  @TELUS @TELUSsupport yup still on hold! So tell me telus how are the elderly supposed to get help when they do not have a computer and rely on their phone that is not working. This wait period is ridicules
