@DividendCovered I’m still a hold on Telus. Not that it’s a bad investment. Just think the market can drag that price down a little more. The banks however….

@TELUS So add the $1.25 charge that is supposed to make customers lives easier...with CC payments....What happened to customer experience.......

  • KevinCYVR Kevin (@KevinCYVR) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS you automated your customer support into "self-serve" and "Neighbourhood Knowledge Base", and now you have the audacity to charge a payment processing fee just because you can? you were able to absorb it in the past, why not continue? Sounds like greed IMO

I really hope that with the #creditcardfee that @telus is charging can fix their awful piktv software… thanks again for an awesome #crtc process that protects #canada @JustinTrudeau and @theJagmeetSingh - really doing Canadians right with this corrupt process!

@TELUS with service speeds I could only measure in kb/s What a pathetic 1990's level of service!

@19BAM91 @TELUS They must just love to sacrifice their employees dealing with customers wr service.

  • hockeymomdg SkSgt (@hockeymomdg) reported

Is this fraud @telus @TELUSsupport to start charging customers $3/month bc they DON’T have a data plan? Feeling victimized here for your horrible customer service!!! 15 yrs loyal for nothing!

  • rtiterle Robert Titerle (@rtiterle) reported

@Shawhelp ... and by the way - up until today, I was a Shaw supporter and was about to upgrade to a new package. Why do companies with good products resort to lies and misdirection? I don't get it. Kinda forces me to go for the Telus new customer deal...

  • nasonworth777 Keith Amos (@nasonworth777) reported

@bobscartoons Best Wishes. I had a similar issue with Telus when they migrated all their users to Gmail. It took them 6 months to resolve the "corrupted" account. Create another email account or use another Provider.

  • HarvGrewal BigH (@HarvGrewal) reported

@yorkie_daisy @CTVVancouver Because as a consumer you are processing 1 bill a month which Telus should consider to subsidize on the consumers behalf. It only promotes a better client relationship and therefore loyalty to there company. This stinks of another cash grab into an already inflated economy. Fail
