    @McCueChris @Shawhelp @TELUS I have Telus internet as well. I got Shaw as a backup when I had a 16 hr outage with Telus and had to wait 2 hrs on hold before giving up and bothering friends that work there. Telus service is way better than Shaw. Hands down better network. Coaxial can't compete with fibre.

    @steeletalk @TELUS TD was great and reimbursed me with a couple weeks. I still don’t know how they got my info. They had my address too. Last week I had a fraudulent charge from a food delivery place I never used. Immediately canceled card! Always pay attention to bills and bank daily nowadays!

    @CTVCalgary Cause they laid off so many people and their customer service turned to crap. We just switched to Telus from Shaw last week.

    @TELUSsupport Our devices lost connection to our home internet for some reason. Tried to troubleshoot thru your useless apps to no avail, then told 1h wait on phone... Guess l have to pass on @CaulfieldTim webinar tonight...brought low by crappy service. Gee thanx, Telus! #grr
