@CitizenYan I’ve had issues with both Telus and Shaw cable TV reception. Channels freeze and pictures become pixelated. It’s been happening for about a week now.

Hey @Shawhelp, I was just informed that Shaw is switching accounts over to Gmail like Telus just did. I found it out from my printer support as our scan to email stopped working. Is this true? As a Shaw customer, I haven't received any communication re this.

@CitizenYan The experience caused me to look at what I was paying for my 100MB fibre service; compare with Shaw; call Telus Customer Retention/Loyalty Department and I'm now the happy customer with 1,000MB service, paying less than I was.
