@jean_yoon It’s not the shows that are a problem. It’s those damn Telus commercials with the animals.

Hi @Shawhelp. The Internet went out again in the middle of a meeting. It would be great if you could fix these outages. Or maybe @RogersHelps can toss some resources our way to help. One more outage away from switching to @TELUS

  • crawford_grant Grant Crawford (@crawford_grant) reported

@rodmickleburgh @VancouverSun They’re not alone. Telus is awful and most government offices you can leave a message and no one will call you back.

  • Making8 Adam J. Humphreys (@Making8) reported

@ExtraLars I have Shaw Bluecurve but Telus now has some pretty interesting packages so I'd give them a look. I wouldn't go for Shaw without Bluecurve (the modems are just garbage and fail every 1.5 years).

  • Loxheart Kyle (@Loxheart) reported

@JustinTrudeau While this is nice and all, if you really wanted to ensure better access to Internet for Canadians you'd address the horrible state of affairs in Canadian telecom with Rogers, Bell, and Telus owning every single provider nation wide. Were hemorrhaging money due to these three.

  • JimPappa jim (@JimPappa) reported

@Scoot99254268 @OlaftheP This is so wrong Telus can not even respond to phone problems .Waite for them with a health problem HAaaaaaa!

  • PeteKing2013 Maynard Nugent Spivey (@PeteKing2013) reported

@ExtraLars Have been on Telus forever since a bad experience with Shaw. No real issues with service, but keep an eye on your billing...they screw up quite a bit

  • DriveSmartBC DriveSmartBC (@DriveSmartBC) reported

@TruckBC @DriveBC @bchydro The A/Cst. with me one night thought that I was crazy. Wires were pulled down by a passing overheight load and Telus/Shaw wouldn't come out. I took the axe out of my trunk, cut the line and coiled it up neatly at the bottom of the pole. Immediate problem solved.
