I’m going to @TELUS ! Some of us lost money yesterday. Unacceptable. I have to go with a company that never fails it’s customers. @RogersHelps

  • reeder477 Chris Reed (@reeder477) reported

@Rogers hoping you can help. Do you have a contact person/number for @TELUS or @Bell sign up. This is ridiculous service for what we pay. Still getting spotty service. #brutalservice

  • tofi_fiona Fi Rideo (@tofi_fiona) reported

@gmbutts Disaster recovery at all those companies needs to be re-evaluated. Rogers goes down, they should be able to flip to Bell or Telus.

  • SimsReaper YourAvgJord (@SimsReaper) reported

@ScootyFeathers @MarcLevesqueEco @VivianBercovici Does Shaw have there own infrastructure? I had thought they used Roger’s towers. I know Telus and Bell share towers through an agreement they have. I didn’t know Shaw has put up there own towers. My bad 👍

  • AVibrantDreamer 💵 Mr. Dreamer @ VIBRANTDREAMER.COM 🔥✈ (@AVibrantDreamer) reported

@PassiveCndIncom For some reasons I never liked buying or owning any Rogers stock! Yes, my sim card is a data plan from Fido but I just don't like Rogers. Even at work, I opted to use Telus, Bell, and Videotron versus Rogers.

  • depuis1926 Huddy (@depuis1926) reported

Rogers’ telecom failure and potential earthquake infrastructure damage causing possible loss of the cellphone network here, are why I still maintain a Telus dial-phone land-line.

  • iceman4eva Shawn Smith (@iceman4eva) reported

@FidoSolutions Moving to @TELUS starting Friday! Mobile services are back with Fido however Fido WiFi still down! What the hell guys!! Its nearing 48 hours and Monday we all start work.

  • j2simpso James Simpson 4x💉 (@j2simpso) reported

An open question for Canadian telcos over the Rogers network outage earlier this week. Why did you deny Canadians the ability to dial 911? Shame on you @Bell_Support @TELUS @FreedomMobile for failing to provide such a critical service to Rogers customers in need!

  • ziggily ziggily piggily (@ziggily) reported

@Emarie110265 Used to have Bell and would never go back to them. Found they only gave info asked for and had to be very careful about extra charges not mentioned during the purchase. Changed to Telus. So far the service has been good.

  • j2simpso James Simpson 4x💉 (@j2simpso) reported

@AmitAryaMD Bell, Rogers and Telus need to be fined for the failure to place 911 calls period. Why are we paying them $1/month for the service and they can't even provide the service when a single network goes down?
