    Lesson learned. NEVER EVER deal with @TELUS I left Shaw and signed up with them for internet and TV and they have done nothing but ******* around and charge me more money that I NEVER agreed to. Been dealing with escalations for over a month, who are now straight up ignoring me.

    Oh no, I forgot my old isp provided crave (hbo) with their service. Now that I’ve moved and changed services, **** Telus btw, I’ll have to find another way to watch. 😒

    @dockevinmcleod Our family Dr tragically died last year and my wife and I are now without. We have used the (free to us) Telus My Care program several times for scrip renewal and in my case blood work and other tests chasing a potential issue. No headaches. /2

    @TELUS ur customer service is an absolute joke. 3 weeks, dozens of phone calls, hours on hours on hold & on the phone and still no resolution. Multiple agents promising call backs & no follow through. I give you $250 a month for services and this is how I’m treated? #time2switch

    @TheAmandaWest You can silence unknown callers on your iPhone, friend. You might get the notifications but they won’t interrupt what you’re doing. I would have mentioned Telus call control but they were already mentioned.

    @TELUS @ExcellenceCan Telus/ADT team, unable to talk to anybody about an ongoing issue with the system, ADT was always there when you needed them, Telus hungs up on you everytime after long holds, nothing excellent about their service

    Only made a twitter to state the fact that @TELUS @TELUSsupport continue to hound my family over my late sisters unpaid bill and now they have collectors bothering us Whereas waved her unpaid bill & shut the account down completely. Telus should take notes and have some sympathy

    @ShawInfo I'm actually troubled this morning. I begged you for a solution but you won't solve it & I have to switch. I HATE Telus. It is seriously bothering me they're on the way. But I have to have internet in my home office, it's imperative to my career. Dammit I'm mad.

    I guess tomorrow we call the police to compel Bell to share information with Telus so Telus will terminate the “new” account using husband’s stolen phone number, a key that is being used right now to keep us from locking down our accounts?
