@TELUSsupport The only help you offer is the help yourself option where Telus gets more wealthier and their shareholders, while, us, the consumer, get to bear the brunt of the cost of doing business so you can get bonuses and pay increases, assuming you are using the same technologies we paid

Hey do you get your @TELUS bills online? If you need a pdf copy of a bill from over 18 months ago, @TELUS charges you $15 per bill? So if you want to download 12 bills for the previous year past cutoff, they’ll charge you $180. No notice ever given to the customer🤔 @CRTCeng

@cogie_s @SamsungUK We have a company in Canada called Telus, I have been a customer of theirs for 30 years, and swear by their customer service, literally they have saved me thousands, by calling me with their latest deals! I have 50G of data/month for about 25 pounds.

@SLN74849293 That’s what they are sitting on but why do they allow the big 3 (Bell, Telus,Rogers) to buy up any and all competition? This is an oligopoly through and through. It’s corrupt Australia and Ireland had this problem but their governments lived up to their promise to change it. 😳

I wonder if I even need to switch my cell phone provider from @SaskTel to @TELUS or @bell when I move to BC. Coverage might be an issue, otherwise, does it even matter if I keep a saskie number?
