    so I just moved our family mobile phones from Telus to Shaw. 4 phones. Saving $190 a month. 2.5 times as much data. I've been wanting to leave Telus because of Babylon Health and other crap in AB.

    @koodo It’s Telus/Koodo on the same network with there cell tower but Telus have smart watch for while now but Koodo don’t have they out bc they not on networks yet ???

    @TELUS knocking on our door two days in a row to try to sell us things DURING A PANDEMIC is not a good look. I will never go with Telus products because of this behaviour, you've lost any potential business for this move.

    @TELUS I’m a new customer and I will be cancelling my service with you after less than 2 weeks. My phone never got delivered, I followed all the processes and then you tell me in 30 days you’ll let me know if I get one? Terrible customer service. You won’t get another $ from me

    So I called @TELUS. Their call centre is located in the Philippines. Nice of them to support local. The guys rooster kept crowing in the background.

    @TELUS Trying to do the email migration to the google platform. Just a nightmare. Been in hold for a total of 5 hours. Deplorable customer service. This migration was not thought out. None of the links work. Wish someone would be there to help.
