@MNavarroGenie @TELUS Just be happy you're in Canada & not Europe / the Orient. If you were there you'd be already looking at other providers with much, MUCH cheaper rates & better customer services. "Thankfully" Kanada has removed that 'hassle' from your list of options.

@mysticmac0077 @JustinTrudeau Problem w/ Canada is its small pop. W/ cellphones, even w/ Rogers + Telus being allowed in MB, BellMTS has a virtual monopoly in Northern MB. Telus store in The Pas, MB barely stayed a year. Needs to profitable for others to set up even if the monopoly is broken.

@JustinTrudeau While this is nice and all, if you really wanted to ensure better access to Internet for Canadians you'd address the horrible state of affairs in Canadian telecom with Rogers, Bell, and Telus owning every single provider nation wide. Were hemorrhaging money due to these three.

So @TELUS would still charge you a cancellation fee if they can’t deliver the service as per contract to a new address I’m moving to. Also, @TELUSsupport is supportive of me selling my kidney to pay them the cancellation fee. This is what Canada has become.

@Lionbridge #Lionbridgeabuse #adsassessor YOU'RE A SHAME! STOP INCREASING THE TCR, WE KNOW YOU AND TELUS DON'T GIVE A **** ABOUT QUALITY, BUT THE CLIENT ACTUALLY CARES. You'll get in trouble because the quality will drop so much that it will harm the company and the client.

Still Waiting @TELUS. Now for 20 mins just to get transferred to a third person that might help me. No one has come even once to ask if I want to wait any longer. It is much worse than phoning a federal government department.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport You need a better technical support system, I’ve been with you guys 1 month and I’ve had to call 6 times and my issue is still not resolved since I get transferred because your representatives can’t do anything and then I have to talk to an automated system
