    Great customer service @telus have a family member whose service was cut because they didn’t have time to deal with payments because wife is in hospital and won’t do anything to help

    @TheoWerewolf Well if this is how the Roger’s/Shaw merger works…we will be canceling 15 years of service next week!!!! Shaw has been without any service for more than 10 hours with nothing other than “our technicians are working on it”. Future is looking friendly TELUS

    @rizalhashim_ @aminfuad_10 Memang kena telus dan jujur. And with the rampant and shameless occurrences of dual contracts, salary cap doesn’t seem to be the most amicable solution.

    Constantly on a daily basis, my @Telus internet is constantly slow, pages take forever to load, wether I'm on wifi or data, both I pay ridiculous amounts for. This is ******* bullshit, I'm sick of this **** and these ****** companies doing nothing..

    @TELUS why do I never have any service? It’s constant dropped calls and 1 bar on the west end of yeg and spruce area. What am I paying for?
