  I live in the GTA and the service for the largest populated area of this country is absolutely mind blowing terrible . @TELUSsupport @TELUS I’ll be leaving soon enough .

  @JonFraserTF @TELUS You fell for the "lease phone" trick. It's the same as leasing a car. Get the car, return it when your lease is up, and pay for any damage to the car. I never understood why that lease contract was legal in Canada. Next time only consider contracts where you own the phone.

  @JonFraserTF @TELUS I switched to @FreedomMobile for home and mobile last year. Cut my bill in half and don't pay roaming fees. The service has been the same as Rogers I had before. Highly recommend

  Is it just me, or do chat bots piss off everyone else just as equally? $EBAY, auto respond with an outdated chat message. $TU , chat bot for customer service. I could go on and on, but companies replacing humans with a ****** customer experience will lose my business permanently. @eBay @TELUS

  @PsudoMike telus just charged me $20 in store for a sim card the other day, this is unfortunately already a thing. the worst part is this law was passed years ago but they were given an undetermined grace period until now

  @JonFraserTF @TELUS I was a 30 year customer and got the service you described . I was happy to leave. All the Cdn Cell phone companies are the same when it comes to acknowledging customer loyalty.

  @JonFraserTF @TELUS Yeah my experience last month with them was brutal. Activated international roaming online no other option. Turns out Seattle isn't international. $100 worth of roaming fees before I even left the airport @ $5/mb They text me "Text ROAM" to activate timing. "How embarrassing there's been an error" 2 hrs with tech support no solution. Bought $25 dollar esim online. Unlimited data for 5 days. 1/5 the cost of Telus Roaming plan that I can't add. Now I know.

  @JonFraserTF @TELUS It’s the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. Worst then a cavity dental appointment! Two things I only ever do online, buy a vehicle and update my phone plan. Buy your phone outright and pay $65 for phone and internet!

  @JonFraserTF @TELUS They raised my internet bill brim $80 to $180 and were charging me for a product I wasn't even receiving. After arguing with loyalty for an hour they now call me every night when I ask them to stop. Horrid service
