@TELUSsupport I was told numerous times a manager would call me and I am still waiting. If I get charged for a service that has not worked and have been trying to cancel for 2 months I am not going to be happy. I’m already beyond frustrated. Get it together Telus ADT.

@RonaldNHughes Yeah we are out too, over 13 hours now. No word from @ShawInfo @Shawhelp on fix time or what happened? Eating up my phone data 🤬 So aggravated. We are calling Telus tomorrow too. I can be patient, but need info first. This radio silence is infuriating, everything OUT!

@SoniaFurstenau @freespiritus Yup. I’m immunocompromised. I’ve had to use Telus 3x during pandemic. I have a family Dr. but couldn’t get in for an appt. in a timely matter and needed antibiotics. Rather than sit in a clinic for hours I used their service. I paid, but it’s a hefty cost.

@telus took a month to hook up our internet when we moved locations so they gave us a free month of service. Not a free month at all when we didn’t have access to it. Thanks for nothing Telus. Your customer service is brutal by any measure.

@TELUSsupport your Telus Optik app sucks. Shows you want to resume I always have to start over. There’s no fast forward. Brutal. Can’t wait for my contract to be over. Back to Shaw Bluecurve. It’s 1,000 times better

@CityNewsVAN How does a company that built its wealth on a telecommunications monopoly and privatization be allowed to now use its multi billion dollar wealth to profit in private health care? Something is seriously broken here. (Disclaimer: former Telus employee)

We're away camping & again have little to no service at @CharlestonLkPP @TELUS you need to make rural areas a priority. After the#ONStorm at Bon Echo I'm a little nervous. Also a bit grateful that I didn't have to endure the vote count last night. So disappointed in ON.

literally all the money we had for bills. Now we have to go through the process of requesting a charge back. If a customer says $50 that mean $50....NOT $450. Further more we were owed credits to our account and telus found every way to ding us and deduce those credits...

@freespiritus Sick and tired of solicitations from Telus every week to upgrade my service. Next, they will be emailing me and telling me my blood pressure is too high.
