@klaszus I remember AGT. We had phone lines with them, business & personal. They provided bulletproof phones by Northern Electric, & if you somehow got a connection problem (only once), they'd come out & fix it. Seriously. Just dumped Telus. They refused to fix our connections for >1 mo.

Me: You can't enter into a contract with Telus on my behalf. You can't sign me up for service with them that I will then be responsible for paying for. Something very wrong is happening here. Again housing provider says they are shocked Telus is presenting this as done deal.

So a 12 year old had a phone that kept charging $28 multiple times per day every time they used their phone outside of home. Shouldn't there be some shared responsibility? Shouldn't @TELUS have some checks in their system to protect the customer from errors like this?

@rainboe9000 I like the way you talk! Damn girl you single? 😜 Seriously though, Im really looking forward to it. Telus doesnt get bogged down by traffic from other people at peak times too. Im gonna make sure everything is maxxed before the tech leaves for sure.

@juststacey_ @RogersHelps Had a similar experience recently, after being with Rogers for 15 years. Although we got our phones directly from Apple. The plan issue and runaround we had with the plan was similar. very disappointing. We were lucky we weren’t on a plan and switched to Telus on the weekend.

I still don't know how Telus is still in business. I ordered their services 2 weeks ago and nothing was done. NOTHING. I ordered Shaw internet YESTERDAY and TODAY (it just arrived!), it is in my hands! @ShawInfo 10x0 @TELUS Shaw has better customer service and are more efficient!

@TELUSsupport Day 2 of trying to get this billing issue resolved for my office landline and no one cares at Telus to resolve this issue. It doesn’t help that business solutions closes on the weekend. I called yesterday right when they opened no one got back to me about my issue

@MJSwart Funny story: we’re with TELUS. Their customer support has been pretty good lately even if their tech isn’t. I swore a decade ago never to use TELUS and yet here we are.

@TELUSsupport I did again today. Same story. Can't do anything because you rely on Bell to provide your service in this area, ticket with Bell still open etc. This is very frustrating and you are likely going to lose my household as a customer. Telus should have a way to have Bell expedite.
