Clayton (@phinx404) reported@TELUS I had to switch one already after they went in store to get new sim. Try to help but it’s just another dead zone in southern Ontario. I have others that drop or silence for 10 seconds in same spots while they driving. It’s useless. 20yrs and worst reception.

Roger telus bells all have to share their fiber network with all those small compagnies that pretend to be ISP,making the load on those 3 fiber network builder harder. Its the CTC that issued it.

Garth Grimm (@grimm_garth) reported3 hours on the phone with tech support yesterday for a family member. He failed to mention moving the dsl cable from one port to a different one on the router. Service tech was here today and switched ports and fixed the issue. Do better @TELUS your customer service is a joke.
