  Odd that when Telus and Bell had a multi Atlantic province outage taking out emergency services communication, including 911, debit etc, and the next year, Rogers the same, there wasn't such a fuss.

  @TELUSsupport Ironic that a "how can we assist" reply doesn't reference anything I actually said. As for contacting Telus after-hours, outsourcing to other countries--those accents are too thick to make a conversation possible. Scripted responses to match scripted phone support, I guess.

  @TELUSsupport absolute bullshit service. I’m done with Telus. Cancelling everything. Over a month & at least a dozen agents & 2 home visits to transfer an account. Was assured I could keep home phone number & keep email addresses. Account finally transferred & lost it all. 🖕🏼🖕🏼

  @Frid45 RBC and TD Bank have large investments in the USA. Their brand is everywhere down there. Rogers, Telus and Bell sell iPhones, which is made by an American company call Apple. Metro, Sobeys and Loblaws sell American produce and other products that are American. Can you really be this stupid?

  The 'priced in' narrative was always lazy. Telus has a leverage problem and fiber build costs that a dividend cut doesn't fix. The 17% spread vs BCE and Rogers is the market repricing fundamentals

  @NicoletteFuller @Rogers My mom had Telus for a bit had the same sort of issue. Think she went to telus and talked to them about going to the US go visit me, i will ask her and let you know. Her bill wasn't much if anything due to wifi everywhere

  it’s crazy that telus can charge me $135 to cancel my internet service when they do not offer the service at my new house. like that’s a YOU problem.
