@TELUS @cndbassetmom Your loyalty department sucks and sloppy service

  • cndbassetmom corinnac23 (@cndbassetmom) reported from Lister, British Columbia

@QaiserMahboob1 @TELUS Telus used to have fabulous customer service. It used to be that I wouldn’t get a reply like I got. Loyalty used to mean something until Telus started taking away agents’ abilities to help.

  • 2closetocall Bryan Breguet (@2closetocall) reported

@AddleyMa @EthanYVR it's still not as easy as to cancel netflix I know, I do have cable with Telus.

  • pamkelowna pam paterson 🇨🇦 (@pamkelowna) reported

@TELUSsupport The solution to a problem with a device for someone who has serious mobility and other health problems should not be “get yourself into the Telus store”. I won’t be recommending Living Well companion to anyone.

  • davidhogben davidhogben (@davidhogben) reported

@TELUSsupport I am aware of the options. You should be aware that making it more difficult for clients to pay every month will cause them to look for better customer care with another provider. Telus seems determined to drive clients away.

  • EthanYVR Ethan (@EthanYVR) reported

@2closetocall 1. The TV anywhere app I use don't have ads, the non-premium broadcasters apps do 2. I only subscribe to News+Sports+Crave which works just fine added to basic cable. Everything else is stuff I'd never watch. 3. Telus lets you modify online now, or did last time I did it.

  • teririch007 Teririch007 (@teririch007) reported

@ShamjiAdil The current model is broken. Throwing more money at it isn't going to solve the problem. Just a note, BC has Telus Health.

  • 2closetocall Bryan Breguet (@2closetocall) reported

@EthanYVR For ****'s sake, Telus charges you money to SEND YOU the 4k PVR because they need to install it (if you decide to upgrade). How is anyone arguing cable is remotely as convenient as streaming is beyond me.

  • Samanth03183691 Sam I am. (@Samanth03183691) reported

@Howlingmutant0 @baltic_dan Lol no. I used to work at that CHC a while back on a short term contract.. That database software was some garbage called NOD - Nightingale On Demand (bought by Telus now, if you care), but it had this amazing VTT app built in. Only the employees who worked directly with clients
