Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • RyersonDundas Ryerson is on Dundas (@RyersonDundas) reported

@SivainON @GregRout @CBCToronto Telus will lose more money with lost customers than the 1.5% fee they gain, you fetus. I would never give my business to a company that charges me to use a credit card. I will gladly change my loyalty to a business that doesn’t charge.

  • Coopershoots Coopershoots (@Coopershoots) reported

@bowker_john A credit card fee is a cost of doing business. It makes it easy for the customer and the company to collect payment. This should not be allowed. Telus take a lesson form OLG who were trying to charge a fee for processing lottery tickets on line, but since retracted it

  • JioCare JioCare (@JioCare) reported

@rohitsuccess Hi Rohit, that certainly isn’t what we want you to experience! Please follow the steps shared below to check if the issue gets resolved: 1 - Restart your handset 2 - Disable WiFi calling 3 - Search for operators manually and try connecting to Bell and Telus via 4G (LTE) (1/2)

  • ChickenFry02 Chicken Fry (@ChickenFry02) reported

@TELUS Just imagine telus earn 27 billion or more every year. But they are still expensive service. People need to stop using this expensive overpriced network company.

So @TELUS sends me an email to pay my last and final bill… I go to login to my account to put a payment on it and I can’t even get in and says “account number no valid” You guys are seriously the worst!!! I just want to wash my hands off with this god awful company

  • kirsten__alyssa Kirsten Alyssa 🪴🤍 (@kirsten__alyssa) reported

    @TELUS @opensignal You’re simply the ******* worst

  • day_favorite This Day Is (@day_favorite) reported

@CBCEdmonton If the CRTC approves this, I will cancel my affiliate account that uses the @TELUS network.

  • oceandrive62 Vincent Tondreau (@oceandrive62) reported

@TELUSsupport awful data service in Orangeville! It’s been down for 3 days now. Nobody at Telus knows when it will be fixed!shameful !

  • Flash Gregg Gordon (@Flash) reported

@DuaneStorey @rodmickleburgh @TELUS You could still be correct; they might be using a workaround. They don't collect it themselves. For CC you pay through a third party, while all their other payments are direct. They add the fee and then send it to that third party, so that merchant is never adjusting the price.

  • jesskube Jess Kube (@jesskube) reported

Good move though... switching to Telus fiber internet now. 1 Gbps up & down. $80 per month, 2 year contract. No install fee. $150 credit towards shaw cancelation fee. Next day install.
