@DanAlbas My wireless bill has not gone down once since JT has been in office and just today I received an email from Telus saying my bill will be going up by $7/month effective immediately. Was told to go searching on website to find out why. Good job Justin!!

@TELUSsupport Is an absolute scam. The website states that Customer Support for Telus TV is “24/7”. I just called and an automated voice message tells me “Sorry, we’re closed. Please call back during business hours”. This is a blatant LIE. I can’t wait to get rid of this service

  • Corebolt Corebolt (@Corebolt) reported

Small update, brought the phone to telus, they have no way of reading it apparently. And it's not connecting to any network, at the very least the alarms are still going off.

  • alliestev Allie (@alliestev) reported

I changed from Telus to Bell a while ago and it’s the worst thing I ever did

  • ArifHimani Arif Himani (@ArifHimani) reported

@TELUSsupport what a joke! Was told on monday would get a callback in 72 hrs no response yet. Haven't received my new phone yet for which got tracking# on july 22nd. Instead got a bill for service I never used. This is ridiculous. Need someone @telus to take accountability

@mssinenomine oh no! I went a few months without one sort of recently and was cut off from my healthcare, peer support and mom. my mom had given me a phone to use and it was fine for yrs then all of a sudden she was getting huge bills. She refused to call telus and fix it so i couldnt use

Tip: if you’re roaming with @TMobileHelp in Canada and your data stops working, you may have to manually switch your carrier. In Ottawa, Telus was automatically selected, but data did not work. Switching to Bell solved the issue.

  • Nehiyahskwew Tanya Kappo (@Nehiyahskwew) reported

Any recommendations for new cell service? I'm leaving @TELUS after being lifelong customer (20+yrs). They think it's ok for me to keep paying full (and high) prices for inconsistent (to no) access to data and phone services.

  • auscandoc Dr Paul Mackey (@auscandoc) reported

@kootenaysdoc @DrDMPetersMD I am.. because we’d end up with the product Telus would tell us we should have.. and we would be locked into their non conformance. The standards are already out there and are being used in jurisdictions to achieve integration. It’s non conformance that is the issue.

@Scruffy19 I believe Telus is o Bells lines.. at least in my neighborhood it is. It's the Bell Lines that down.. guess I'm going back to Roger's.
