    Just give me a straight answer? I'm regretting being a loyal customer of 10+ years. This has been the worst experience I've had with Telus (2nd is a sales rep wiping my fiances phone and her losing everything, and they basically said oops with no attempt to rectify it)

    @TELUS Hopefully better than my Telus SmartHub. Locked up twice in the last 10 days and it’s less than 3 months old. When are Rural customers going to get reliable service?
