    @Taramic81971890 @TELUS @telusmobility Turns out my house is in a “area of concern.” There’s no cell service here at all, which no one told me when I moved my entire business with 3 lines over at the end of October. I’ve been to the Telus store 6 times since then asking why it’s not working at all.

    @TheJenRollins @TELUS @telusmobility Well that’s just unacceptable. I hope Telus can a least resolve your phone plan so you can at least access services beyond 911. Or speed up the wifi service date.

    @islgalwrites @TELUS @telusmobility I’ve been at a physical Telus store today trying to get cellular service. Even swapped out SIM cards and still nothing. I’m at Starbucks now to get wifi but this is unacceptable for how much I pay a month. I had no issues with Rogers.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport have been a customer for 2-3 years and now the customer support is just so bad. Have been waiting on my order but no response, no email..cs staff just keeps transferring. Annoyed !!!

    @Ms_Nyxia Rogers is so rough to deal with, I finally switched to Shaw because they seemed to be the only consistent ISP company on the west coast here, Rogers & Telus gave me nothing but problems

    @Taramic81971890 @TELUS @telusmobility Them - turn on Wifi calling. Me - that’s the problem, I also don’t have wifi until Thursday. Only thing I can do at home is call 911. Why would I want to keep this service? Why didn’t anyone stop me from moving everything over. Commission? That’s brutal, IMO.

    @CaseyBratPack @TELUSsupport @TELUS A techie tried resetting the satellite over the phone but it didn't work. So they said they would send a technician out...on Feb 1st. I'm getting madder by the minute & will be writing to the CRTC about this horrible service.

    @Taramic81971890 @TELUS @telusmobility I’m facing thousands in fees when I don’t want to cancel, I just want to take calls for my business from my home. I’m so disappointed. I’ve cried twice today from stress not to mention losing an entire day of work and it’s still not fixed. I’m at a cafe.
