  @TELUS I returned a phone I never took out of the box and have proof of delivery. I returned it as part of the disasterous transfer to TELUS small business. @TELUS wants information from the phone (that I never took out of the box) to confirm it’s been returned. #SmallBusinesses

  @dustinchip96 #eastCentralAlberta We have service most of the time in our house. Step out of the house, there is none. We need to keep our land lines because cell service is so poor. Our Internet is with the cell phone, very expensive. We are a low population area, not a priority for @TELUS

  @TELUSsupport I should have stayed with Shaw. Telus have another outage today in Surrey. It's ok I don't really need a service that I'm paying for. Been over a hour now and no internet.

  Questions now. @KevinCTV asking about parking tickets at the Telus Convention Centre for people who wanted vaccines. Nenshi wasn't aware of this, must be because you have to register your plate when you sign in and then you get 90 free minutes.
