@TELUS @koodo what a waste of time. If you care about your credit never go with Koodo because they will ruin your credit!!

Customer interaction I just had. Customer: do you sell charging cords? Me: yeah, what kind of phone do you have? Customer: A telus Me: *blank stare*

  • Ken_Meen FlyingShotLake (@Ken_Meen) reported

@meganbielby Telus Health strikes a new low in advertising their private health service. Telehealth makes great sense when offered within a public healthcare system.

  • kruselnicki Peter Kruselnicki (@kruselnicki) reported

@AdamPOlsen @bcndp Let's not blame Telus for filling a void which was created and growing by government inaction on providing access to primary health care. The way to 'fix' things is more doctors and compensate them reasonably. Our current govt has really dropped the ball on both fronts.

@ServiceOntario @TELUSsupport @TELUS THANK YOU so much for responding. It was finally resolved with Telus (it took 5+ hours) but was finally resolved. The main issue was their initial refusal of the Provincial Photo Card. Ultimately they accepted and things moved forward. Thank you again.

@vibhorarora_vb @TELUS @HydroOne Everyone in the neighbourhood has been unable to use their phone since Sat … there’s no need for anyone to call it in again … It’s clearly a network / tower problem.

  • ChrisSadeler Christiane Sadeler (@ChrisSadeler) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@TELUS you may want to check Twitter for comments on @koodo. Or check the @koodo community board. A lot of upset people for terrible service. One more try from me to get the money due to me and my next move is CRTC. #unbelievable corporate arrogance and inaptitude.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

The TV file: I predict PIAC will support 1) whatever Telus has to say, 2) want people to have more ads and for 3) telco's to perform targeting with even richer data instead of people paying. They will claim TV is like Facebook, so let Bell be FB in terms of data use #CRTC

  • kane_tuch_this Trust me, I'm a Doctor (@kane_tuch_this) reported

@Sportsnet , I'm having to pause your live stream because it's having buffering issues for another @EdmontonOilers game. I'm also running Telus fiber with a gigabit. It's not me. If the service is going to be this poor you should at least be offering refunds.
