Pretty sad when I have to take my phone off of my @TELUS WIFI just to post to @Meta I am so glad I have PURE FIBRE by @TELUSsupport ! Fiber optics that are slow and suck beyond belief ! Can I go back to dial-up ?

  • greg_gerla Greg Gerla 🇨🇦 (@greg_gerla) reported

@buzzbishop @WestJet . @TELUS has this service (call back) too. Wish more companies used it.

  • LowBrosTV Leviii (@LowBrosTV) reported

@TELUSsupport extremely disappointed with the service received. Apparently it takes over 3 weeks to set up an office phone and includes being lied to by Telus Representatives multiple times.

  • CIBjornstad Christina Bjornstad (@CIBjornstad) reported

Gotta love it when Telus knocks on my door to poach me from a different service provider. And the sales person tries to talk in circles getting caught in providing misinformation and wasting my time. Oh and then comes back twice in the evening to annoy you again. #goaway @TELUS

  • ItJoshS Josh (@ItJoshS) reported

@TELUSsupport does Telus ever have maintenance where customers are left completely without service? If so I’d switch to y’all in a heartbeat. Getting real tired of almost monthly maintenance with Shaw. Just because it’s 2am it doesn’t mean people don’t need internet access

  • JoanneV1961 Joanne (@JoanneV1961) reported

@TELUSsupport extremely disappointed in Telus customer service. Have been trying for 12 days to open up a new business account for a company that has been in business for over 30 years. I need to be contacted by upper level management at 905 632 8503 ext 204

  • SpoonFictitious Fictitious Spoon (@SpoonFictitious) reported

@Shawhelp This is the second several hour outage Langley outage in the two months I’ve had your service. Maybe your equipment needs an upgrade or something? My neighbours with Telus didn’t lose their service either time.

  • _benui ben🌱ui (@_benui) reported

Looking at their site Telus has been offering their 75Mbps for $85 but had no problem charging us $140 for 2 years. And the same service in Europe is like $20.

  • nicolagavins ni-chola (@nicolagavins) reported

@TELUSsupport Despite knowing it was a @telus error, you wouldn’t prioritize sending a tech to fix it. You did offer a measly $50 off a bill for your screw up. So 14 days without a phone, daily hour plus long holds, only to go through the same hassle and non solution day after day.

@mediocrehangout I did it through Telus health! It’s an online doctor service and u just make an appt and ask for it. Appointments in mtl are scarce but sometimes you get lucky!!
