@Trevornoah Cancelled my @TELUS service 6 months ago, switched to @koodo. Just found out their customer service missed my tablet data and that I owed $300 and was threatened with collection.

@TELUSsupport Hey there! I've noticed that, after switching to Telus from Sasktel, my voice calls cut out every 5-10 seconds. It's about 1 second of silence then voice contact resumes. Resembles a normal call when the other party has a "call waiting" notification.

I don’t think numbers that you have blocked should be able to leave you voicemails. This is flawed. Fix this @TELUS

@TELUSsupport Yup you just redirect rather than resolve problems. Like I said “what happened to customer service”. Is this a foreign concept to Telus. They are so big the customer is irrelevant?

Hey @TELUS how does a person cancel their alarm service? I have my bill in front of me. With my account number. I have sent emails, letters, stayed on phone. You don’t get $50 per month for life. How do i leave? I don’t have any sort of contract!

I get it, going door-to-door trying to sell one of the big corporate internet and mobile providers (Telus, Bell, etc) in Sasktel's Saskatchewan sucks, but standing there trying to wrestle what I pay for my plans outta me isn't helping your case.

@Allan_MacD my 19 years of retail experience, 9 of those years at a Telus dealer Regional Head office, is a large Retail Background. I am being overly Professional about that incident. it involves "unlawful use of force" + "physical assault" = criminal charges.

@marcusp11 @TELUS Dump Telus. The service isn't worth the cost anyway.

@ctvregina Their better cell service is the only way I stay with Sask Tel. Telus and Rogers is a half functioning game full of trickery. Sask Tel off loaded their rural internet to Your Link, then that ended up with Xplor. All garbage service and hear of quirky stuff with Starlink.
