@Telus @TELUSsupport @ADT Why is it I get calls from Telus almost daily to try to sell me additional services but I can't get assistance after 40 minutes on hold? Stop calling me in the evenings and please answer my call now when I need support with ADT!

@CRTCeng @TELUS @TELUSsupport Case in point. When you call their support number the message that greets you is that “due to unforeseen circumstances we can’t answer your call”. What unforeseen circumstances would keep a support line from functioning as that? /1

The cause of the outage was due to a dump truck that caught the Telus cables which also affected our high voltage cables. If Telus customers are having issues, please contact them directly.

@itworldca Yesterday, I was in a remote place where only #Rogers & #Fido networks were active, others like @TELUS was hardly working. It's disappointing situations coz I was unable to assist my family friends with my 30 GB data whereas I was informed that #Telus network works via Rogers.

There has been a lot of theft on our Gitxsan Indian Reserves due to drug dealer invasion. I have #Ring and @TELUSsupport Security because both are lousy. No parts for Ring flood lights; and Telus doorbell constantly has problems 😩 Bands are useless with nepotism & no ed.

@TELUSsupport I still need the alarm system serviced, but it seems obvious Telus is unable to provide it. I will be upgrading the alarm system at some point but I will be getting quotes from your competitors as your client service is a joke.

@1loriking The imprint or message is O’Toole’s. Blame him. Note that the headline does not agree or disagree with him…”O’Toole speculates” I understand you’re frustrated with his message. But blaming journalists for reporting it is like blaming Telus for tweets you read via their network
