It was very frustrating & felt like an invasion of privacy to answer all the questions + agent transfers simply to cancel an account that was at the end of its term. Every other utility allows you to do this online & it saves a lot of time, why not Telus?

Rogers, Telus and Bell sell iPhones, which is made by an American company call Apple. Metro, Sobeys and Loblaws sell American produce and other products that are American. Unacceptable Andrew Scheelar (@andrewscheelar) reported@govt_corrupt Signed up to new internet provider after Rogers made Shaw turn to **** and it was included in the price. They're just giving cable away now (really it's just a Telus locked android box and "cable" and internet are the same physical wire and digital signals now anyway, it's all the same now) But if it cost anything we wouldn't have gotten it.
