    @PelletierFan23 I agree. Telus wouldn't be bad if they used white on the red jerseys and a red logo on the whites. But I am not sure if Telus wants to exclude their trademarked green and purple colours in their logo.

    Hey @TELUS. Little confusing how you are doing customer service at your market mall location. 2 customers. 3 visible reps. Only one willing to help. The others just kept referring to the QR code at the front of the store and sitting at their computers. Jerrit S was helpful.

    @JLK8277 @TELUS Mine too. They used to be great. Now Pretty much every call drops, texts don’t send, and their customer service is terrible. After 27 years it’s time to find a new provider

    @appalbarry @HSBC I sympathize. All the large US corporations started taking their customer service and IT support offshore in the mid 2000's. I get nowhere with customer service at Telus and Vail Resorts. After I get a local number from offshore support, I'm connected back to the same person😬

    Dear @TELUS your new charge for paying my bill with my credit card has me seriously considering moving when my contract is up in December after 14 years with your company. We already pay the highest mobility bills in the world. Pay your own damn fees!

    @Rogers wow. New low in customer service. I had a simple question. Will you match an offer from @TELUS . All you had to say was NO. 2.5hrs, 2 agents, a lot of unnecessary time wasting & "we can get within $5"! OK? - Yes fine. THEN "OPPS! NO!" please add $17 to that. #epicfail
