My Telus internet hasn't been working FOR MONTHS. They've completely oversubscribed my area, and refuse to do a single thing about it. I've called support at least 20 times now and still have no permanent solution. What else can I do? @TELUSsupport

@SystemOfaJenn I’m with TELUS and pay $75 for 15 GB of data with the BYOD plan and they don’t charge you if you use more data it just slows down after you hit the limit which is nice. I think they still have Boxing Week deals on now!

@RogersHelps I've been with you since 2005, & I'm leaving now. Spent 10+ hours trying to get help but calls keep dropping while waiting to be connected or while talking to reps after waiting for hours. No call back, even though you have my # (@Bell/@TELUS both called back).

  • amadeusrock Aaron Amadeus (@amadeusrock) reported

Just moved my wireless service from @TELUS to @Rogers Main reason is Telus is offshoring level 1 support and service to the Philippines and Rogers is all in Canada. So I would rather support folks in Canada working. Telus you can win me back one day of you hire in Canada.

Funny that when comparing Shaw internet plans with Telus, our current Shaw service completely drops off. Maybe it’s a sign to switch...

@EdmFootballTeam @TELUS What.....we need to bounce a quarter in that cup over there to get a shot from the gator aid bottle. Come on that sucks I work hard out there and need my very own bottle. Trying to play football here not drinking games.

@TELUS absolutely love the HORRIBLE service I received, spent 45mins on a call just to have the person hang up ... you really do care about customer service and quality of services provided .... NOT
