@TELUSsupport I went phone shopping 1.5 weeks ago and agreed to stay with Telus EPP and agreed on a plan and price. The phone I wanted wasn’t in stock so they ordered it nbd not in a hurry. Today they call me to say phone still isn’t in nbd but now the price is $15/mo more. WTF!?

@dinnerwithjulie @TELUS I would never accept doing this either. If I ever do then I would leave the store and go somewhere else also. That’s beyond ridiculous. I expect customer service with all I pay monthly for any plan. And our data plans here in Canada are still beyond believable. 😬

@dinnerwithjulie @TELUS Best of luck with Shaw. Terrible service outside the city and the 2 GB of data won’t last long. I live near the edge of the city and often was considered “roaming”, burning up the 2 GB nationwide in no time.
