@cruise_peter When I moved to central rural AB I was on Rogers. Boss on Telus. We used to travel across to Jasper and down to Vernon to visit family. My phone stopped working at Hinton and didn’t come back till Kamloops. Bosses worked all but around Mt.Robison. Telus coverage better.

@TELUS Do you support Vails position on COVID Whistler is the destination choice of unvaccinated skiers this winter because Vail is not requiring COVID passports. No lift should move in Whistler until there is scientific proof it’s safe to ride in gondola cars with unvaccinated

@MondeeRedman Techs explained it to me back then. I expect some Rogers customers ran into similar problems. I've always stuck with Telus out of loyalty to good ole BCTel.

Really love that @Telus has now screwed us about 12 times now, over the course of a year and a half. Love how many incompetent fiber scheduling techs they employ. ******* baffoons. Is it so hard to just listen to the customer when they tell you exactly what they need scheduled?

So far, we have cancelled my laptop insurance, cut down our tv with Telus, paid off my car. Next month we are changing our phone plans and leaving Telus. I can’t wait until we have more money that can go to savings and “fun” things

@1KristieJ It was picked up Telus Presents, which is only available in BC and Alberta? What the heck. So strange. I had never even heard of it before.

Apparently @TELUS doesn’t care if you’ve been a customer for over a decade. They would rather place you on multiple 60+ min holds then not call you back, and send you to multiple locations across the city rather than fixing a problem. #Telus #WhatsCustomerService
