  • thevinetway Tracy@candidateforprimeminister (@thevinetway) reported

@CailinasEirinn @dbeggs13 last year Telus had same issues when they were doing changes and upgrades, it took like two weeks before everything was back to normal for everyone, I went a day without internet etc,

  • BiddyInTO T.Biddy (@BiddyInTO) reported

@MargaretChown @dbeggs13 Agreed but it can happen to their competition. I recommend unbundling services. Get Rogers Internet and Telus phones. Or Bell. Or any combination. Don't let one provider keep you completely in the dark. I had service through my Telus phone, even though my Rogers internet was out.

  • johnyboy1853 Dividend John (@johnyboy1853) reported

@NorthernIncome @PassiveCndIncom Pathetic. Good for you Rick. I lost a customer who went elsewhere. $1300 loss. If they don’t give me that I’m going to bell or Telus

  • BCBoisvert Brian (@BCBoisvert) reported

@charlesadler @JustinTrudeau I think Rogers, Bell, Telus need to be broken into two each and 3 new companies fully independent emerge to provide competition and more service providers so when a outage occurs less people are impacted. No merge rule for 20 years between any part of the 6 entities.

@TaraBull808 I live in 🇨🇦it was only one of three telecom service providers . bell and Telus still fine. Yea there is a telecommunication monopoly. What do you mean by liquidity . Like they shut down the internet so we couldn’t use debt or credit… cause I was able to use my @shakepay card.

  • magenta_3 Janet M E 🇨🇦 (@magenta_3) reported

@dylanblackradio I am in North Toronto/Scarborough. The cable is a little less glitchy today and all channels have signals. But periodic loss of signal for a few seconds. I am NOT convinced things are really stable. I got a Telus phone as back up yesterday.

  • TerminaX4SS Termination (@TerminaX4SS) reported

@BrendanFaherty4 lolll like the time Rogers changed the claim "THE Most Reliable Network" to "A Reliable Network" after Bell/Telus legal presures(and pursuits?)

  • blueskycabo Jim Korchinski (@blueskycabo) reported

@ctvedmonton Eastern Canada was paralyzed by this outage - this is an issue when you have too few service providers that you cant even call it an oligopoly - it seems that China could have its way with Canada and our oil just by shutting down mother bell, rogers and telus with one keystroke

  • MarleneCorp Mar (@MarleneCorp) reported

Dear @telus Who can we contact to have the damage fixed on our front lawn now that your contractors have destroyed it. Replacing beautiful grass with garbage gravel is NOT reclamation!

  • Himmel_Weint William (@Himmel_Weint) reported

@RogersHelps @RebellionSocks You mean your technical team which has the competency of a bunch of passed out drunkards are hardly working to make the outage as long as possible. 3 days thank god Telus still works.
