We’ve also turned down cell phone plans from Telus for this reason, and I’ve already told them as soon as my contract is done, I won’t be using their services ever again. I can’t imagine I’m the only one @TELUS

  • FUNGUY416 canadian bad dream (@FUNGUY416) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I was a @RogersHelps customer for 15 years and Telus convinced me to switch a few months ago… worst decision ever. I have been constantly over charged on both my mobility & home service bills and have had to spend hours on the phone to get my proper rates.

@felix34957067 @garncarlos @TELUSsupport Not sure what to add. I don’t have Telus so don’t know their set up. You’ll hopefully get that assistance from their support.

Lovely. I opened an email from Telus opted to pay via Clik2pay because I heard it worked for a family member, now I got scammed out of my $480 AND I’ll probably be disconnected. I feel stupid

The best part about Telus is not having to talk to anyone. Or hanging up on support hold because you’re able to do it yourself. The worst part is when you have to talk to anyone. At all.

  • felix34957067 felix (@felix34957067) reported

@garncarlos @slish @TELUSsupport Not sure how that works... I have telus and I can access Netflix through multiple devices just as person above said. If she has NetFlix she has a login and password.

  • snukwa7 Wes Snukwa7 (@snukwa7) reported

@TELUSsupport I pay too much for 3rd world slow internet service at 1629 Salmon River Rd Service. And telus is the only internet provider at this location.

  • Kamscan Kamscan (@Kamscan) reported

@ThymelessC @IceCold_Country @TELUSsupport The Dish is the same as Bell uses and Telus piggybacked off the Bell Satellites. So check out Bell for service . The set top box has to be changed out though

What if I was unaware of the change of 20GB data from 40GB data? I called emergency video calls 911 and got throttled 20GB soft cap. Telus will be liable for not notifying me of the change of plan without my permission. Now, it is a 100GB data plan for $80
