  • JHeatherbell Julian Heatherbell (@JHeatherbell) reported

@divya Last time a Telus technician came to my house they just logged on to the router without asking me what the password was. They definitely do have a service login. Their router also silently creates an extra wifi network for their TV box to connect through. Very common stuff. =[

  • emmadeady Emma Deady (@emmadeady) reported

Wow. All these privileged ppl not getting the vaccine bc of the 5G/GPS/WiFi/Bluetooth capabilities, smh. That ****'s expensive as hell y'all. Give me that shot asap so I can tell Telus Mobility to go **** themselves from my bicep. Which vaccine has (truly) unlimited data?

  • veefourthree #MillennialLifeCrisis (@veefourthree) reported

@Crackmacs @getmoby I had Shaw for several years and never had issues with their services. Right now I'm under Telus and it's not reliable. I lose connection frequently and Telus tells me it's because I live near too many wifi signals... as though the same isn't true for everyone else in Calgry? lol

  • sd21000 DHS (@sd21000) reported

@VancityReynolds Re mint mobile in Canada, tie up with @Telus in Canada and have crowd country service

  • adamchiasson Adam Chiasson (@adamchiasson) reported

@back3rman @Crackmacs @getmoby Happy with it? We’re with Telus and in an older part of town. Lots of problems

  • taxbuster88 ziggy stardust (@taxbuster88) reported

@CRTCeng I'm more concerned about @telus plans to cut off home phone (POTS) service in rural areas when installing fibre. This is denial of a utility & an emergency communications system that #RuralCanada depends on. A UPS is not good enough - will not last through DAYS of power outages!

  • AlexanderDKB Alex Bauman (@AlexanderDKB) reported

@kitanosammy @dotmobileapp @CRTCeng Only regional providers with spectrum + existing network get mandated access to Bell/Telus/Rogers, with a 7-yr deadline to build their own network and transition customers to them. Shaw was the only one who could really benefit, and now is being purchased by Rogers.

I’m trying to register my wife for an account for a @chatrmobile. I have a chatr Simcard and bring my unlocked LGK40 phone. When I try to sign up online, I only have the option to sign in. Also, my Cell # is registered with Telus, but I want to keep it. What phone

  • sherwhizt IMSureMan 🇨🇦 ⛷ (@sherwhizt) reported

@KimPigSquash @ThatsJournal FPL exists as paid landline service (voip) & is operated by Fongo. If u need free mobile service whenever internet is available, get dedicated number thru Fongo. Load the mobile app onto smartphone not activated by Telus, etc. Doesn't receive text, but good for occasional calls.

They need to be hit with a class action lawsuit because they don't provide the services they say they do, not consistently and their customer service is 💩. I'm fed up enough to do it @telus @TELUSsupport
