    @PXAbstraction Nor was I. I spent a couple hours trying to figure it out and Telus and Bell both blamed each other for the client's connection issues. That was fun.

    Oh good, the piece of hardwired equipment that I can't get @telus to remove from my house is now emitting beeps every thirty seconds because @bchydro decided taking the power down for 9 hours would be fine on the coldest day of the year.

    @mistysaid I’m sorry I gave a mememe response. I hope you keep as safe as possible. I’ve had amazing friend-like conversations with the call centre help people. Call Telus for help with something & just hang.

    @bobbyandlila in BC... for phone/tv/internet for the home, our family has had Shaw and Telus at separate times (bundle of all 3). both have been "satisfactory", as in.. no worse than any large company. for cellphone, i've used Virgin mobile... it's "fine". again, no major problems, it just is.
