    @kemron94 It’s insane! The only charge at the hospital in AB is the $12 a day Telus TV fee. If this were the US I’d be at $73,000 right now. Canada…$0 It feels good knowing that we live in a place where helping others is something we value, even if we never get anything in return.

    Piece of **** @TELUS Optik TV signal is down AGAIN for over an hour. Got a tech on the phone who got the signal back and then he rebooted the system and the Optik digital box has been "taking a moment" initializing for 15 minutes. Wonder how many hours it'll take this time.

    .@Bell_Aliant Could you consider upping the throttled speed of unlimited data plans: When I was with Telus, during the throttled period, I could usually watch a YouTube video at 360p with no problem. But with Bell's throttled speed, this isn't possible w/o constant buffering.

    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus Support, my isolated senior parent in YEG has lost phone service & your agent declined to assist her. She is alone without family nearby to help & has no phone service in case of an emergency, this is a pandemic. Her account is paid in full. @Telus @AmarjeetSohiYEG
