My building is getting @TELUS fibre installed. Last week they held an event in our lobby to get us to sign up, which I did. I was told they would come to install tomorrow at 3pm. 10 minutes ago, I got an email confirming an appointment for NEXT WEEK?? What the actual ****, Telus.

@sqwabb @TELUS I'm surprised there are any anywhere, any more, and yes, I completely agree there should be more functional ones out there. Assuming "everyone has one." Losing/breaking your cel phone (or having a problem with it) can mean you now have NO way to reach people expecting you.

@navalang Wait, how did they execute this? Did they call or email you? I get calls from Telus a few times a month and I’ve literally never picked up the phone.

There’s a third Kingsman movie in the theatres. If you want to catch up on the series (Secret Service and Golden Circle), you can rent it on Prime Video or Apple+ for $2.99. Telus, however is charging $5.00. WTF?

@neilsingh121 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have never experienced more contemptible service. The discounts they gave me haven’t been worth it. Likely going to change phone providers too based on how awful this experience has been.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport You used to be able to dial *611 and always deal with issues rather quickly and effectively with the help of an agent... now it’s the most ridiculous set up ever and for me 10 mins no agent after 3 mins of answers dumb robot questions. Make your CEO try it
