  • Jeff_The_Cannon Jeff Cannon (@Jeff_The_Cannon) reported

Switching from Shaw to @TELUS was the worst decision ever. Internet has dropped out every 30 minutes for the last 6 hours. And it happens almost every day.

  • ashton_gal Amber Ashton (@ashton_gal) reported

@TELUS what the fresh hell! Been on hold for two hours to talk to your reps about a mistake you guys made !!! Also why don’t you have the service to phone clients back as to not waste their time, and for the love of all things holy, change the hold music 🤬🤬🤬🤬

  • EmptyUK Mat Thomas (@EmptyUK) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

The inane @TELUS 1.5% credit card bill charge is just another gouge. I pay them so much money already; it’s time to look elsewhere. Also, my actual cell phone coverage is pretty terrible even in my apartment. #CashGrab

  • tswain555 Tony Swain (@tswain555) reported

@elonmusk Meh; when I get an affordable one in Canada I will dance around like an idiot. If you can't afford it, then it doesn't exist. Till then $110 a month to Telus.

  • gfbussy gfbrett (@gfbussy) reported

telus will call you everyday, 3 times a day when they’re doing surveys but when you need a speck of tech support its a minimum 2 hour wait

Hey @TELUSsupport @TELUS I think you starting to charge 1.5% PLUS TAX on my bill if I use my credit card 💳 after Oct 1st is a RIP OFF!!! And I’ve been a loyal customer over 15 years but you suck! #smallbizowner

  • DreyDreydesigns Drey (@DreyDreydesigns) reported

Hello @TELUS @TELUSsupport Please explain the unacceptable service in #Alberta this past 8 days? Upgrades or just not caring about your customers?!?

  • questions973 Questions? (@questions973) reported

@JohannBoucher @TELUS It is putting their admin costs on the customer.

  • Teddybear22228 Ted Mah (@Teddybear22228) reported

i guess Telus is trying to take advantage of their situation of them having a "service failure " (in Aug 2022) by instilling a 1.5% service fee on top of your credit card bill payment.?? What happens in the situation that you have a 2 year service contract with Telus???

  • krytri Krystle DeLong (@krytri) reported

Super glad I’m not a @TELUS customer. I’ve been on hold for an hour and 18 minutes. The chat function (which I doubt I could use anyway) has timed me out 2x waiting for 13, 11 and 15 people to get their service. @TELUSsupport is this what you expect your customers 2 put up with?
