@TELUS your rural services are getting horrible. I now have to drive 6 miles from my house to get a bar of service on my phone to make a call when I used to have two in the yard.

@CalgaryOccupy Telus wants to charge us, not a service fee, but a percentage of the payment. I can see corporate retail doing the same.

@Captaincoby00 Correction, Telus is down 15% in the past 6 months. So much for record profits.

@CalgaryOccupy Telus is on board. I cancelled my automatic billing with them. I will no longer pay by credit card. As soon as our contract is over, I'll cancel. Already moved phone service.

@423gray If you have a problem with this blame Telus Corp., they filed a lawsuit against Visa and MasterCard in 2011 that was settled earlier this year and comes into effect October 6th. Credit card companies will now adjust their MOG to reflect that service fees are now allowed.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Even if you’re allowed to shove a tiny note on the last page of a bill u know people don’t read unless their bill is more than expected doesn’t mean you should. You have no issues texting when my bill’s due but can’t text a “heads up your plan is increasing”?
