Colin from the Cariboo (@Bietska) reported@TELUSsupport @TELUSsupport: first, the tree is still on the lines as of this evening. Second, I’m not filling out any web forms for Telus again. After I filled out the support form you suggested above, I’ve been getting regular calls from Telus trying to sell me things I don’t want or need 😡

MJfarm8 (@ellejames8) reported@ryangerritsen Yep I called @TELUS to cancel 10 sim cards for our business (we have 60 other active ones), shoulda been easy to do. I had all the numbers, she even asked me to email the list to her & it took her OVER AN HOUR. I swear they do it so you give up & hang up. Ridiculous.

MTF 🇨🇦 (@EhmTEhf) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport they did this years ago. The only company that stopped this was Rogers back in early 2018. I believe it was then, they had so many complaints about overseas, when Guy Lawrence took over he made all these jobs come back to Canada. Bell Media and Telus have always had overseas support. That's why I never dealt with them.

Oilers Insiderr (@Oilers_Insiderr) reported@JackieBee_16 Sportsnet I think. Same thing happens here. Telus sucks though
-
HAHAHA (@Diabolic600) reported@TELUSsupport That sounds great but lately my TV has been freezing a lot & today has been a complete nightmare. I'm just dreading the whole slog into Telus' special version of 'customer service' tomorrow. Wish me luck. It will likely consume my whole day & leave me in a terrible mood.

DeeDee - Living the dream! 👑 NO DM’s. (@deedee_living) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I’ve been with Telus since I got my first cell phone many years ago. I called them and a person from India asked me for my social insurance number. I hung up on them and called a supervisor and cancelled my service.

Big Data (@BigData16) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Because it costs a fraction and every company on earth does it. There ain’t a damn thing you can do about it. Like it or not that’s the reality.
-
Life's a Beach (@GraceOnFire2) reported@rig_pig_11 @AndrewScheer The government funded the program's development, it was revealed that 85% of the intellectual property is owned by its main technology vendor,Telus Health. This meant the government could not easily transfer or maintain the service without continued payments to the private vendor

West Van Girl (@WVanGirl) reported@vesperdigital TELUS health is terrible. Ask doctors who are having to individually correct patients records once they get sucked into Telus health.
