@dockevinmcleod Walk in clinics have now turned to online booking. Needed to see a doc to get an X-ray referral after a car battery fell on my foot. Telus health told me just to go sit at the emergency room. Took me 3 days to finally find a walk in for a 3 minute visit to get the referral

@TELUSsupport Just received the best customer service from Telus! Never had a customer service rep from any other carriers call me back multiple times after call got dropped until he was able to reach me to help me fix an error on Telus part!

@michaldubs I don't want to support Rogers any more, especially since they keep paying John Tory. But I don't want to reflexively switch to bell because they are probably just as evil. Isn't there a better option? Maybe its Telus

@DianeMariePosts @linwood_barclay I don’t mind doing some of the work myself if it means the issue is resolved immediately. But last time it happened I spent an hour on the phone with Telus. Bought a new printer last week and spent over an hour with HP tech support installing it and wirelessly connecting it. 🙄
