@globeandmail As long as the phone rates go down accordingly otherwise Telus is just profiting. You know Telus was including that 1.4% in their rates.

@globeandmail My understanding is they should not be charging if you use American Express since they are not part of the original lawsuit. Also if this charge is already baked into the price of service at @TELUS We as consumers should expect a 1.5% reducation in our service fees.

@TELUS it’s a crime you charge for phone service since there rarely is service. It’s 2022 cell phones have been around for a long time. There is no reason for all the dead areas and call fails that happen. #DoBetter
