    @yegventures @MobileSyrup @TELUS I had that issue with cable/internet from them. They claimed that Shaw does the same thing. Shaw has not after 4 years. Telus raised it 4 times in 3 years. The CBC support fee they snuck in that was optional that I had to call in to get removed I didn’t get credit for...

    @TELUS I called to get data on my watch reset since it wasn't working. Support not only fixed my problem, but upgraded my data plan at no extra cost. Really happy!

    but I'm the first person to occupy this apartment and the quick connect telus lady had no problem getting me set up so now I'm on hold with a tech and they might have to come irl or send a new thing which could be $150 and I crave death
