Jdklaw4 (@crazyjdk5) reported from Caledon East, Ontario@RogersHelps Why is there no response from Rogers as to the cause and what’s being done to get it fixed. More importantly why is there no back up solution. This is unacceptable especially when we are working from home. Why is it only Rogers and nit Bell ie Telus etc...

Salty Albertan (@FringedCanuck) reported@MelissaLMRogers @va3kbc @TELUSsupport Screwed by the monopoly of telecom in Canada. I want to set a phone from the states. Far cheaper than Canada. Our bill is gross every month. Telus is garbage.

Ani V - 🇨🇦 (@aevlive) reported@BarbaraDoduk @jodyvance @TELUS When I cancelled my mom's service after she passed away, I packaged up the equipment and went to the post office. The girl looked at the parcel and insisted I take a photo of the package with the receipt as proof based on her experience of lost returns. Mine was fine.

This project can never be allowed to begin. And can we talk about how the marketing image Telus is using is a whole *** lie meant to make it look attractive?

Michele (@muffins135) reported@TELUSsupport Telus should really be giving customers a credit on their bill as the customer had to install the new digital boxes. That was a service that a technician used to do. Plus, I now have to get these boxes to Canada Post. $50 credit would be great. Thanks.

むらくも (@MurakumoTsurugi) reportedAm I stupid and naive for being annoyed at the nimbyism here Telus' data centre will be powered by 98% renewables (hydro) and use 90% less water than traditional data centres And how are we supposed to have sovereign cloud capacity if we don't have the data centres for it
