@TTChelps I see, did not know, apologies. I am on Telus. Will do that, connect to the wifi. Did not know where to get off and was using google maps to guide me. But of course you need wifi for that. Fortunately the trains come out from the tunnel after Bloor and I had signal again

  • GarrickTheDJ Garrick The DJ (@GarrickTheDJ) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I can text msg my girlfriend, but when I call her, it goes right to voice mail. Called her twice, same thing happens. Remembering why I never bundled with “Rogers”. Fine with just TV. Content with @TELUS/ @TELUSsupport #rogersoutage #toronto #rogersdown

  • ryanali23 Ryan Ali (@ryanali23) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@TELUS @TELUSBusiness your customer service agents have become an absolute joke. Putting me on hold without notice, singing on the call, trying to prolong the call for no reason. Do better.

  • Peter_Muscat Peter Muscat (@Peter_Muscat) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Also seeing tweets from people as far away as #Winnipeg saying they have no #Telus service either. #Telusdown

I signed up for @TELUS a week ago. My first bill is due in 3 days already. I haven’t even received my SIM card yet and @TELUSsupport expects me to pay for 10 days of service. Is this a Scam or a service?

  • crazyjdk5 Jdklaw4 (@crazyjdk5) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

@RogersHelps Why is there no response from Rogers as to the cause and what’s being done to get it fixed. More importantly why is there no back up solution. This is unacceptable especially when we are working from home. Why is it only Rogers and nit Bell ie Telus etc...

  • andreaLG Andrea Gimblett (@andreaLG) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@AnthonyFarnell Telus has a service that blocks those calls. You can create an approved list but anyone else has to enter a code.

  • peterdimov Peter Dimov (@peterdimov) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@CTVNews Bell Canada, Rogers Communications Inc., Telus Corp. and Shaw Communications Inc. have all announced customers will not be charged to help connect with loved ones in the embattled region

  • KenEngelhart Ken Engelhart (@KenEngelhart) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@gregobr @CarttCa Or, put differently, he doesn’t know what he is talking about on telecom and no one in his campaign has spent 30 minutes researching the topic. Btw I totally support removing the remaining restrictions and letting foreign companies buy Bell, TELUS and Rogers.

  • Vipin39027196 Vipin (@Vipin39027196) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@SamsungCanada @TELUS All lie about phone as i experiensed worst service, all customer representative officer lied that they send new charger within 15 business days. But its been more than a month and no update on status, still saying same while calling back.

I pay my iPhone messenger app dussssst. Those notifications are teewww alarming and plentiful. Every day 100 unread messages but it’s just pure access codes, Telus offers and people I’ve let down. WhatsApp is the life for me

  • StregaNessa bitter ness (@StregaNessa) reported from Toronto, Ontario

If anyone tried to text me today, Telus was down and I didn't notice 🥲

  • DjMalik8013 DjMalik (@DjMalik8013) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@TELUS @TELUSsupport why is there no service in Toronto ON? Outages are unacceptable considering the premium you charge for your services.

  • bakerofbytes Ryan Baldwin (@bakerofbytes) reported from Toronto, Ontario

After updating to iOS 15.X my iPhone can barely use LTE. It takes several minutes to load a web page, if it loads at all. Im on iOS 15.1 on the @TELUS network. Anybody else experience this? It’s been like this for a week and no solution seems to work.

Telus Issues Reports

  • arrrdeecee Onion on My Belt (@arrrdeecee) reported

@GoopyFS @mental_gas @TELUSsupport Also, I shudder to think about the support for Telus Babylon

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@miss7up So, the direct harm of you becoming aware of their bad safeguards and protections is more important to the Telus Brand than the harms that would come to you.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@taxbuster88 @TELUS Yeah, this was a big issue in Atlantic Canada which Bell wanted hidden. They sell "bundled services" (w/ phone), at high rates, they don't mention battery back-up, or tell people they don't need it cuz too expensive. or they tell people that battery is good enough. 1/2

  • ParodySheldon sheldon (@ParodySheldon) reported

@imboblayton Does it pop up visually at all? It might be a telus problem if it looks like the call doesn't go thru at all

  • arrrdeecee Onion on My Belt (@arrrdeecee) reported

@GoopyFS Babylon by Telus is basically a virtual walk-in clinic app that the UCP wanted ppl to join. Fee for service by doctors that may or may not have access to medical records. Concerns about privacy. And Shandro signed a contract (I think) w/ them when he tore up public MDs contracts

  • TheLifestyleDig LifestyleDigs (@TheLifestyleDig) reported

Those ******** @TELUS keep hassling me to select a migration date for my email and when I do they text a verification code to my phone and then the website doesn't take it. **** Telus!

  • CrazyLegLooch Michael Michelucci (@CrazyLegLooch) reported

@Tonygeheran Yeah, and Telus is so much better? You have people that control other peoples accounts even if they have breached agreements, and been told they do not have consent, but what do i expect when they won't fix issues they know of that makes their security system garbage!

  • TheLifestyleDig LifestyleDigs (@TheLifestyleDig) reported

Why does @TELUS make everything so goddamned inconvenient for their clients? **** Telus!

  • taxbuster88 ziggy stardust (@taxbuster88) reported

@fanCRTCProfling A question: we live in rural canada and are about to get @telus fibre. Their (third) letter says that when fibre is installed, they will remove copper phone service. This is an issue for emergencies as we have power outages which can be up to 3 days. 1/x

  • CrazyLegLooch Michael Michelucci (@CrazyLegLooch) reported

@Tonygeheran @gregobr I've tried in every way to contact you or Darren about the false advertising related to your HOME SECURITY, but it keeps getting intercepted. Been a customer of Telus over 25 years and am now treated like crap and can't even get updated equipment
