@TTChelps I see, did not know, apologies. I am on Telus. Will do that, connect to the wifi. Did not know where to get off and was using google maps to guide me. But of course you need wifi for that. Fortunately the trains come out from the tunnel after Bloor and I had signal again

@RogersHelps Why is there no response from Rogers as to the cause and what’s being done to get it fixed. More importantly why is there no back up solution. This is unacceptable especially when we are working from home. Why is it only Rogers and nit Bell ie Telus etc...

@TELUS I signed up for @TELUS a week ago. My first bill is due in 3 days already. I haven’t even received my SIM card yet and @TELUSsupport expects me to pay for 10 days of service. Is this a Scam or a service?

@SamsungCanada @TELUS All lie about phone as i experiensed worst service, all customer representative officer lied that they send new charger within 15 business days. But its been more than a month and no update on status, still saying same while calling back.

@gregobr @CarttCa Or, put differently, he doesn’t know what he is talking about on telecom and no one in his campaign has spent 30 minutes researching the topic. Btw I totally support removing the remaining restrictions and letting foreign companies buy Bell, TELUS and Rogers.

@ZAKtalksTECH Yes. I have tested this with a Google Pixel 5 and iPhone 12 Pro. Both didn't any issue with 5G connectivity. Also Telus investigated confirmed that I have 5G and i shouldn't have this 5G connectivity issues. The adviced me to replace the phone.

After updating to iOS 15.X my iPhone can barely use LTE. It takes several minutes to load a web page, if it loads at all. Im on iOS 15.1 on the @TELUS network. Anybody else experience this? It’s been like this for a week and no solution seems to work.

Then, call Telus & tell them you want to cancel as Shaw gave you a MUCH better offer. They'll move mountains but persistence pays.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS The wait times are atrocious but speak to the loyalty dept via the cancellation queue as 1.5gb is only 155pm. If you're having connection issues speak to the tech support team and they can fix it. It will take time but you can expect a discount as an apology

@PaulDoroshenko @FeralChristineB @TELUS Shaw has Loyalty customer perks which I've benefited from over many years since having Shaw TV/Internet. Never have a problem with Internet service at all. Cost for WiFi internet is $89. which is high compared to other countries but for good service, I'll pay that.

@PaulDoroshenko @BCReality @TELUS Usually more detailed online via My Telus. You still get paper bills? Cancel all of those. Download pdfs for records. You can probably get a cheaper deal which is easily changed through my Telus.
