    @RogersHelps Why is there no response from Rogers as to the cause and what’s being done to get it fixed. More importantly why is there no back up solution. This is unacceptable especially when we are working from home. Why is it only Rogers and nit Bell ie Telus etc...

    @jodyvance @TELUS If Novus services your area, try them. Their customer service is incredible and I’ve only had one issue in two years. It was resolved in minutes.

    @VanRothnRoll @HoneycutRa @TWilsonOttawa No but I hear from lots (including people in Northern Ontario) that they can't stand the GTA. I'd like to go some day and hang out at the Mervish. My wife went once (for business) and refuses to go back, even though she saw a Jays game from the Telus private box.

    Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport Today I spent over 50 minutes on the phone just to add ONE channel to my TV package. It’s 2026. We have AI agents, autonomous vehicles, and instant digital banking. Yet a basic account change still requires nearly an hour with customer service. This isn’t a technology problem—it’s a customer experience problem.     @esSpyderMonkey Because TELUS TV+ streams live TV, we are legally bound by CRTC broadcast loudness laws (-24 LUFS), while apps like YouTube master their audio much 'hotter' (-14 LUFS). To fix the gap on Apple TV, try going to Settings > Video and Audio > turn on 'Reduce Loud Sounds'
