    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Watching WW84 and the movie keeps freezing. Not having internet problems as my other devices are working fine. Disappointed.. annoying watching with all the freezing especially if I'm paying $30.

    @ChrisLaBossiere @Shawhelp @TELUS Same since March w Shaw and Telus is no different. The problem is, there is no regulation (and I’m not suggesting a regulated solution) for what they do on the retail side. They can sell you whatever speed or channel they want. If they don’t deliver there is no recourse at all.

    I won’t be renting a movie off of @TELUS again. #WW84 has buffering issues every few minutes and seconds.

    @TELUS are there issues watching wonder woman 84 on optik today? Flicking black, freezing for a few seconds at a time. Had to restart 2 times so far. Expected more for my $30 rental @TELUSsupport

    @TELUS you need to do better! I watch on average one movie per year... it continues to freeze intermittently. To contact you for support (and wait for a response) is something I don’t have time for. I expect more for what I spend with you! #dobetter #customerservicematters
