@lcfrst2 I dont have a family doctor anymore, but the last time I saw one was via Telus's Babylon health a couple weeks ago when I was dealing with some terrible migraines. The doctor was probably the friendliest one I've ever dealt with. Overall a great experience.

@stickNblades @TELUS Yup, insane pricing, USA cable customers are paying less, and we are paying full price for 25 less games per each team this year. I called and told telus to cancel my subscription this year.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport so im supposed to have a fiber install tomorrow which got moved to the 13th. I called and moved it to the 14th as I’ll be at work during the install time on the 13th. I just got an email saying my install is on the 13th at 6:00 pm - WTF is going on?!?!?!?

My ‘loyalty’ plan is now over as well. Not related, but for the absolutely shitty service I’ve received since I signed on, the cost is unbelievable. I will never recommend #Telus @TELUS to anyone, & am looking to switch at this point. This has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.

My wife had a stroke last year, hasn't used her @koodo phone since then. Koodo doesn't take customer service calls (they hang up on you) and won't let me or the nursing home my wife is at to cancel her plan. They keep billing her each month. @telus are you listening?

@TELUS @TELUSsupport legitimately has the WORST #CustomerService I have experienced. No, not the customer service reps you speak to on the phone. They have no ability to fix any real issues. I’m referring to whoever handles the #billing. Let me elaborate...
