    Please share this around. @TELUS @TELUSsupport, explain how it’s acceptable that after months of trying to get my internet fixed, all I’ve ended up with is a much higher bill for the exact same poor service. My internet is still slow, constantly lagging, and barely usable.

    @TELUSsupport @NotHappyCamper1 I am in Kaslo, BC. My phone rang at around 8 pm on 22nd July and since then has been just a loud buzz on my phone line and no service. I can't figure out how to contact Telus to get help.

    @krisster8 I refused and kept my job at @telus ultimately quitting in 2024. They tried to make me test every day I faked it by taking a picture of the same test every day. I never tested myself one time. **** them and **** that!

    @TELUSsupport @brndntlrnlsn TELUS changed my internet plan from 1.5 Gbps to 1 Gbps without my knowledge or consent. There was no notice, no explanation—nothing. If I ask them to fix it, only results is they charge me $200, no improvement after the repair.

    @MrStache9 I ditched Telus over a year ago. My friends in Kitchener & my brother ditched Bell. Too expensive & ****** service. I haven’t had a land line for more than 10 years. I’m with Rogers now, for both home and cell service. Telus I was paying over $100 just for my cell. With Rogers I pay $25 for my cell. Cable wise, Rogers isn’t much cheaper but it is more reliable.
