@TELUSsupport i noticed a call forwarding charge on my bill. This call was from my smartwatch that is connected to telus under the same account. Ive never encountered a call forwarding charge when i make a call from my smartwatch independent from my phone.

So annoying when you are offered a promotional rate, yet the company messes up the billing (which I sadly expected) and you have to repeatedly spend hours on the phone, trying to get the problem fixed. Looking at you, @telus. #Frustrating #TimeWasted 🇨🇦

@GregviiGreg @steeletalk I just started using this feature with Telus, ‘call control service’. dial *99 and it prompts you to turn on or off. The robo calls don’t get thru. My telus mobility has the feature as well.

Avoid TELUS security at all costs, active alarm situation (albeit false alarm) call the support line, 1 hour wait time, have to leave number for callback to ‘ignore’ false alarm…

Why does switching to fibre optic wifi force you to get optik tv with Telus? It’s brutal. Cable was bad but this is more annoying.

@markiemoose You should pause all the devices on there, which would cause them to call Telus for support.
