    @Lazylimey1 Brother give me Bell, Rogers or my provider back home Telus any day of the week. They are elite customer service compared to @LycamobileUK which is hands down the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with on every platform app, website and phone. Awful experience

  • JeffCallaway Jeff Callaway (@JeffCallaway) reported from Calgary, Alberta

    3 wks. Time @TELUS takes to contact me for customer service by their revised estimate. Moved business service with office move last yr. Was going to be a month before Telus could transfer accnt. Had 2 move to @ShawDirect. Then @telus tried to bill for months post disconnection.🤬

  • graham_mere Meredith Graham she||her (@graham_mere) reported

    Hey @TELUS can you help me understand how I can get emails & texts about deals & promotions from you but you do not give people a heads up that a Bring Back Program is ending & the customer will have a nearly 700.00 phone bill? And there’s no opportunity for a payment program?

  • GRIMMYinthe604 Michael Phillips (@GRIMMYinthe604) reported

    @marecageo @RobTheHockeyGuy Telus can't do that now that they are selling home security because the "security" at @bcplace is so far beyond atrocious, that it would actually reflect poorly on the actual telus home security #GenesisUnSecurity, a #Top25 company at never doing their job properly #VWFC

  • gsfd57 Gail Duffy (@gsfd57) reported

    @DebraJ43 @anarchodelphis @adriandix That sounds like the medical service that Telus started which is certainly for profit. And apparently numerous doctors signed up to be part of it. It wasn't started by govt. Did you try the 811 line where you can speak to an RN, doctor or pharmacist? A free 24 hr govt service.
