@TELUS I’ve also called tech support 3 times and I’m currently being told that I need to wait for someone that I talked to yesterday the contact me to set up a technician to come. He was supposed to call me last night (the booking was down), I have yet to hear from this person.

@TELUS I am VERY frustrated with this as my income is dependant on my internet working. It’s bad enough that I pay a very high premium for a service that already isn’t what it promises to be.

@LilHurricaneo have you heard of telus's internet for good program? it's amazing, i have unlimited internet for $20 a month. theres a slower $10 plan too! i'm pretty sure even the number you call is specifically for it bc they didn't try to sell me other **** either!

Me going through a stupid voice assistant trying to speak to a @TELUSsupport person: PERSON! REPRESENTATIVE! Telus automated system: Let me text you a link to our awesome virtual assistant. I just want to talk to a human. After all that an estimated hour to talk to a human 😠

@RogersHelps I’m in Richmond Hill and my Rogers internet has been out for 8+ hours. I’ve had to work from my Telus hotspot. What is going on? Rogers, address this issue!

@telusmobility you may have the worst customer service in the industry…I’ve been on and off hold for the past 2 hours and still can’t get this issue resolved…at least Telus “Cares about me” *cue the Muzak*

If anyone reading this in Ottawa uses Telus or Bell internet, do you experience outages with minimal and non frequent web updates? Thinking of changing from Rogers as outage again and getting frustrating #rogersoutage

@BigNasty6oh4 I have telus for everything. Service is mostly OK. I find them easy to deal with, but I'm also assertive as **** ( without goimg full Karen on them) what keeps me with them though honestly is the massive discount we get through their deal with our building ( 40% discount)
