@kreynolds118 @TELUS I’m not surprised about this. We recently left @TELUS after being with them since 2011. Both customer service and technical quality declined dramatically in recent years. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to them.

  • MeganJourney1 Megan Journey (@MeganJourney1) reported

Telus: called in for tech help on tv. I had tv service but now Rob at Telus ****** up my tv and now I have no tv service. No one can come out until Friday. Thanks again Telus for ******* up.

  • jasonpauloliver Jason Oliver (@jasonpauloliver) reported

Again @telus charged $2.50 to talk to a service agent and accomplished nothing, I have no idea where my $100 top up went to, I think it’s time to move to @Bell #fail

  • jonesj Joseph Jones (@jonesj) reported

@Lidsville @mtnbvan @adriandix When Telus forced me off of copper and onto fibre, I lost the alternative channel that made it possible, say, to phone BC Hydro during a power outage. Now, no power means no telephone. Losing resilience through purported technological progress.

  • RTNev TRex (@RTNev) reported

@TELUS As a Telus home/internet customer is there any way to stop the repeated calls offering Telus mobile services? They are really making me hate

  • JASONxSENSATION JASON SENSATION (@JASONxSENSATION) reported

@TELUS I’m about to save 60 bucks not going with you lol damn.

@BenKlass If you spent any time dealing with Freedom you would know they ran as their own business. Some basic integration but Shaw was really a reseller of Freedoms network as a way to compete with Telus internet/wireless bundle. As far as spectrum, no way Rogers could retain any.

  • BCCardiacKid Dave Wardle (@BCCardiacKid) reported

@caughtathome @bclions_service @alex_ruiz Was checking it out last night at home and it was the same whether it was Mac, Windows, iOS… Same at work so it isn’t my home network. Same on Telus.

  • LonieContenti Lonie Contenti (@LonieContenti) reported

@TELUSsupport I finally called Telus at 7:30 am and apparently our new router was not sending a signal to Telus. Which did not make sense considering it was working fine until that early morning but the rep was able to get the tv”s back on. Hoping they stay that way! Thank you

Province to Telus: dont you know were in the business of underprovisioning health care?! How dare you create a medical service. Someone might actually get an appointment and we cant have that!
