@TELUS what if tech doesn’t show for repair appt? I need to leave. Your “agents are helping other customers” & I’ve been on hold for 25+ minutes. Last weekend was on hold for 2 hrs for mobility issues & 1 hr for internet tech issues. Tired of your hold music & corporate bragging.

@elonmusk When will Tesla release a phone with satellite signal? Rogers, Bell & Telus are robbing us #Canadians. Imagine through Tesla cell phone you may call all around the world without costing you extra and having an unlimited internet data. @Rogers & @Bell would be crying.

BC Govt is building new hospitals and modifying our rules to get new doctors here and working, also changing the pay model and training more nurses. They are doing something

@TELUSsupport trying to port a phone number from an EPP to a newly created account in my family plan. No answer when calling yesterday, and now the phone number says Telus customer service is closed today. I have a limited time to get this done!

@TELUS I am STILL waiting to get through to someone in the EPP Billing department. It should not be this hard to talk to someone. It has never been less than an hour wait for at minimum two weeks!

@CPComm @peternowak They'll only look at it again if other telco's (or flankers) start it, meanwhile telus can continue the added charge for the majority of Canada where the law allows it (outside of QC) CRTC also refused to look at other issues.
