@pens1487 @TELUS I'm with public mobile. My plan started at $25/month but I've been with them long enough it's down to $20/month. Highly recommend them. (My wife has a plan with them for $10/month).

on my cell phone because I had to use data to do my work and received nothing. When I was talking to Customer Loyalty, I asked to speak to a manager and was repeatedly stalled even after indicating that I am on the verge of cancelling all of my Telus services.

In its submission, Telus also raises the issue that the Proposed Policy Direction exceeds powers under Section 8 which are limited to broad policy matters. McCarthy Tétrault, Bell and now Telus raise this and I agree. #CRTC

great deal of trouble with TELUS trying to get my internet service moved to my new home and was lied to about being able to get Optix and Internet 75. I couldn’t get either. I got the royal runaround by two service reps and a manager. I was promised compensation for overages

@TELUS when are you going to stop teaching your customer service representatives to be dishonest? On July 28th, 2022 I went into the Telus store in Lloydminister, AB and purchased a Smart Camera to install to keep surveillance on my back yard where I park my vehicle and to watch

Telus sucks now,PVR stops recording whenever ,tv shows freeze all the time.Come back from my holiday and half my tv shows never recorded. Not sure what I’m paying for anymore!😡🇨🇦

@TELUS @TELUSsupport received an email that my #TelusHub has been blocked for being removed from its service location. It has not moved from my living room?? Would love if you could at least TRY to provide me with the internet services I pay for.

in May that the in town live in does not have the infrastructure to allow Telus to offer Internet 75. Apparently, that changed but I was never notified I could upgrade. In the time I waited for tech support, a thief entered my backyard where I park my car and syphoned the gas
