    ..no attempts at actually repairing anything -No way to escalade the issue to a supervisor -No sense of urgency at all -Told them business hours and they tried to schedule a tech outside of those hours... Anyone use Shaw? We are done with @TELUS @TELUSsupport

    case 18383736 - @TELUS You didnt take it serious when I said I had security issues; I was kidnapped April 2-3 it would have been great to have a phone to call for help....smh #CustomerService #youshouldbeashamed - lawsuit pending....

    @nickbondi My family already pays for Telus, no point in buying another subscription. When SN Now doesn't work, I go over to Telus' Optik livestream and it's ok but farther behind.

    @VirginPlus got 50gb 50$ come back offer . A month later still trying to complete comeback process. Got promo code, got billed. Paid bill. Verified ID - email, phone,store. Called 3 support numbers. Returned SIM card. Use service= no. Staying with @TELUS =yes. Love simple.
