@JoyAndDefiance I hope they will sue @Rogers ***... even the lotto wasn't working -tied to Rogers ...the first thing I did is change my phone service from Rogers to @Telus ... Hope they will not go down at the same time ...

Also, I'm seeing a lot of the government should be doing that job comments. As a Telus customer I was largely unaffected at the level I needed. If this had happened to a true government monopoly all of us would have been shut down.

@TrentonFarewell @SherryHallworth I’m not going to. 20 years I’ve been with @Rogers! I also have a cell phone for work that’s Telus so…I could use that in a pinch. This outage could have literally happened to any service provider tho…

Switched from Rogers years ago because they are scum, they don’t honour their contracts, buy up competition. Then raise rates. sub par services with bad customer service. Highest rates in the developed world. Bell and Telus are just as bad End this oligopoly. #rogers #crtc

@RogersHelps Barrie Innisfil area it's gone down again but while up was barely hobbling along at speeds that made old school dialup connections seem fast. Thank god my mobile data plan is from a Telus subsidiary.

@RogersHelps Shhhh.... Your simply bigger than you can handle. Forget buying Shaw and focus on your own house and fix your own problems. Thank God my phone was Telus. The idea of a bundle with Roger's is ridiculous....

@ShayeGanam I will never go back to Telus, Bell Canada or Rogers. I experienced abysmal service, spent hours on the phone resolving billing and technical issues, and had lousy service.

@CTVNews Why couldn't Roger's temporarily transfer all customers to Bell or Telus in such an emergency?

@JenniferWhalen What a sick joke. It happened to my gf. Wonder how many new customers Bell, Telus and others will get out of this Rogers outage.
