Hey @TELUS, when you’re setting up fibre internet for a new place and can’t set it up because of reasons, why can’t you offer a same day solution? Why does it have to take up to 2 weeks to get internet? Can’t exactly work from home on my data plan, can’t stay at new place now.

@kulpreetsingh @TELUSsupport When I needed support for my alarm 3 weeks ago it took DAYS for them to call back. And that was after my complaint was “Escalated.” There was a time when Telus was a reliable,trustworthy company.Not now. I’m actively looking to dump them - TV,internet,home phone,mobile and alarm.

@CraveHelp I keep being told I do not have a subscription but I do through Telus. I watch on my firestick and more often than not it stops working. Very frustrating. Do you have a fix? I can watch on my phone but this problem continuously happens on my firestick.

@DrAmirPakdel Did you see that bell and Telus want the government to pay for them replacing huawei equipment? Sorry not government, taxpayers. They brag about their profit margins but are poor when their infrastructure needs upgrading or replacing.
