    Talk about INSTANT regret moving our business away from Telus. Pals, the grass is not greener. Worst customer experience. @Bell should be ashamed, they sure wanted that 6 new device sale though… They messed everything up in the initial call then proceeded to blame it all on us.

    @TELUS the contractor you've hired out in #ymm to sell your security systems door to door are rude and pushy. Had I been considering using your services I definitely wouldn't after that experience

    @TELUSsupport Since installing the Telus Home Security hardware, we have to constantly force our computers and phones to reconnect to the network.
