AFAIC, they can expunge our contract & we'll go back to Shaw. Then when our Telus cell contracts are up, we switch

@TELUSsupport Customer enters into a 2 year agreement at a set cost, not supposed to increase. @TELUS pulls channel from a subscribed theme pack. #TELUS charges $5 to add the missing channel. TELUS pulls a fast one to extract money from customer. @GameShowNetwork

@TELUS Why is there no signal in my area during a power outage? Don’t you have battery backups? I’m online because I’m on a satellite with a car battery hooked up. Please fix LTE fire up your generators.

Just give me a straight answer? I'm regretting being a loyal customer of 10+ years. This has been the worst experience I've had with Telus (2nd is a sales rep wiping my fiances phone and her losing everything, and they basically said oops with no attempt to rectify it)

@Mark_Goldberg @TELUS Good to see the problem acknowledged. Even if it is a competitive response to #MVNO and #CRTC wireless industry review. But why does it need to be a special program? Seniors, youth, newcomers are #underserved. Also anyone in Canada with lower income, moderate use, trying to save.
