    Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport It’s been days of repeatedly losing our TV / internet signal and we’re tired of it. We won’t be paying our bill for this month unless it’s significantly reduced to reflect the level of service. Get it fixed!

    @TELUS Can I suggest you take that sponsorship budget and redirect it towards local sports clubs. Teams like my daughter’s soccer team need support to participate in tournaments etc.

    @JekyllnnHide @TELUS I expect an email asking how I liked the service - I'll bring it up then (hate phone, daughter did the 3 failed service-by-phone calls ahead of in-person tech) - safety of tech too since he goes into all sorts houses w people of who knows what protection

    @GinaEllis4 considering that they LITERALLY left me a vm advising that if me or my home didn't look 'safe enough', the tech could viably refuse to enter? **** that. Which is it @telus mask or no mask. Letting your techs ride roughshod over custs in place of clear policy doesn't work.

    @mgamble It’s like Telus said… “Hey, we didn’t piss off ppl this year unlike Bell or Rogers…so let’s do it!” So customer get out cheque books and make Telus AR department process the paper? Surely it will cost them more to revert back to processing paper cheque payments… no?

    @AlexissShops Ahhhh I used to be with Telus forever and they were amazing. Switched to Rogers because they had good service too for a better price. Not anymore 🥲 maybe I’ll consider switching back lol

    @TELUS we will be cancelling our cell phone service with you in regards to the credit card fees you are imposing. Your fight should be with the CC companies not the end user.

    @TELUSsupport We spoke with one person at Telus home services who was awesome and one person with your cellular service who was less than impressive. We are still considering our options b/c of the mobility retention specialist.

    @MichaelJonesETC @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Their customer support is generally better than Bell's, Roger's and Telus'. Never had a complaint about Freedom, other than lack of signal in Stittsville. I still remember being on the phone with Rogers for hours to resolve a problem. Pathetic.
