@TELUS OMG can’t believe Telus’ trickery. Says one can suspend service for vacation. I think so friendly . Almost done when agent says some conditions….” any offers and promotions will not be renewed “ WTF Strong arm tactics not on public site. Wow. Future is NOT friendly.

@nWo_machine @TELUS @TELUSsupport I've had Telus ever since Bell bought MTS and they sold off my account. Never had an issue and they even honored my work discount till the end of my term. Fantastic.

@TELUSsupport On the 2nd call was told the shipping order was never sent, so bill would be corrected and devices sent out. Over a week later, still have not seen a device or heard from an installer. I cannot be on hold for another hour, can Telus please call or email me?

@TELUSsupport regionally blocked from @SportsNetNow when using wifi at my home in Edmonton (no vpn). Your terrible tech support won’t help. When they reset my modem remotely the call dropped because my Telus cell phone has such poor reception (in the city of Edmonton).
