    The Telus mail to Gmail change - although it demonstrates a clear lack of understanding of their users - at least had some proper warning. Plus it's a non-destructive change. Simply ending the personal webspace service should have come with more warning.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport terrible customer service. For several MONTHS still unable to properly install home security system (formerly ADT Canada).

    I’m so confused on who’s not paying the Telus bill...there’s always $50-90 missing. I’m just so confused because it happens every month and now I’m getting to the point where I’m just going to cancel the cable all together.

    @TELUSsupport wants to charge me $95 for a service call when their hardware is incapable of providing us a continuous signal. Changing to @TELUS was the worst mistake!
