@Rogers Reliable? Service is cut for most Rogers users in this town each time we have hydro issues. Inconvenient, even life threatening, if emergency arises. I’ll switch to Telus when my financing’s up. For half the cycle my phone randomly disconnects from wifi to use data. Funny

@ShanMcElroy @MondoAlberta @BrcDi4 The security issue isn't at the AHS end, mostly. If security is breached it will be at the citizen's computer. Shaw & Telus doesn't do very much to protect customers from remote access or Man In The Middle attacks on their infrastructure.

@TELUSsupport The same cropped aspect ration is happening with every other station on Pik TV. I can compare, directly, with multiple other stations over the air but it seems that if every station is doing it on the @TELUS service... perhaps it's Telus.

I can tell you for a fact that @virginplus has the most ill-mannered employees at their Loyalty dept in the world today. Very insensitive and impatient. Patronize them at your peril. @telus is far better than they are. They never hang the phone up on you.

2 weeks ago I switched from Telus to Shaw, went from 8 shared gigs to 25 gigs of my own for less $! yay! Under 2 weeks later-after *less* use-I'm notified I've used all my data. WTF?! Do we actually trust cel phone companies to track data usage? how do we even know??
