I started this acct originally because of the issues Amazon has caused (making a long story short) but then I found myself countering companies like Bell, Telus and Mazda too.

@hawes @TELUS Send @telus a bill for your time. Last month I called them to cancel my landline and their agent tried to shame me. It was a surreal experience. Then, to top it off, he never implemented the changes. #useless

@TheColo97363255 @CTVNews Then launch a complaint with TELUS. Analyzing data regarding the general movement of Canadians during a lockdown has value. Should they have told us they were doing it? Sure but can you really say doing so would have eased the minds of Canadians? I can’t.

@TheColo97363255 @CTVNews They didn’t ping your phones location. Your cell provider did, like they always do. You consent to that ping when you have cellular service on. Then TELUS aggregated and de-identified it that data before giving it to the government. Your private data wasn’t given away.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS I had an instalment for May 6 but called in to make a change in channels but found out that the app was canceled!! I never canceled anything so they set new date for May 12! Sorry not waiting 14 days for service! So ended up canceling the order!

@Shawhelp Which is why I’ve hesitated for so long in switching providers. Please understand I’ve given Shaw many more chances than I probably should have for the money I pay. It’s not acceptable anymore. We’ve arrived and set up at our new viewing party location with no issues w/Telus

Today, I log into my bank account. Telus refunded me. I log into Telus, my bill due May 5 has been unpaid. It says it will auto withdraw on April 28. Telus, what ******** is going on? Do I leave you after a decade of service?????

@candicewalsh Jesus. That’s awful. Are you with Rogers, Telus or Bell for phone/internet? Often you can bundle.
