@Franktmcveety Mine went down as our phones are paid off. The only plan offered me by @Telus cost more than existing plan. We bought a new battery for the older phone instead. Prices have not dropped. Promise broken Omar.

@Redheaded4444 @albertanbeech I’m sorry, that sounds terrible. No one should feel like that just to access health care. By any chance have you tried the online dr through an app like Telus? It’s not the greatest but they can do quite a bit, take good care and I hope it gets sorted out so you are not in pain
