    @shawnmicallef @TELUS I feel this! Had something similar with my office Bell bill. Took 6 months to resolve and I had to pay $600 while waiting to avoid my phone service being cut off … and then took months to get my money back, but never got back my hours listening to elevator music!

    @TELUSsupport Just got one today, but I paid $21 for a QR code—that’s too much for an eSIM; should be free, since TELUS doesn’t want to support iOS transfers. When I got my voucher two years ago when I upgraded my phone, I got a replacement for free.

    @TELUSsupport How do I request removal from marketing calls? Calls are daily to both landline and cell. Incredibly disruptive and aggressive. I have nearly every Telus service, yet you want more? Considering Shaw over this inconsiderate and desperate marketing tactic.
