@TELUS @TELUSsupport I’ve been charged US roaming fees but haven’t been near the US in years. Your online support form isn’t working and I’ve been on hold for hours trying to escalate the issue. Can someone please help me?

  • RaymondPolman Raymond Polman (@RaymondPolman) reported

I learned that when I decided to move cellular service from Rogers to Telus, to to get one monthly invoice rather than two (Rogers and Telus) that Telus, sophisticated enough to bundle my 7 home services including security services, cannot add Cellular services with home services

  • Iam_Canadian Cory Papineau (@Iam_Canadian) reported

@jasonpereira Telus has either been absorbing this fee for years or adjusted their prices to account for credit card fees. This surcharge is 1.5% direct to their bottom line. Also I liked how they compared themselves to essential services. Not sure that's a path they want to go down.

Scammers pretending to be Telus also tell them you're scammers hang up the calls

  • robertguenette Rob (@robertguenette) reported

Trying to see if I can get a better deal on my phone plan (and switch off of Rogers) and you'd think @bell and @TELUS would make it easier to buy from them. It's almost reassuring that they treat you like garbage even before you're a customer.

Just waiting for Telus to leak all our electronic health records then we’ll have the Canadian media conglomerate fail trifecta
