@koodo How long until I get a self-service registration email? Whenever I try to manually sign up it sends me a Telus email (past provider)

@TELUSsupport hey Telus, I haven't had stable internet in 6 days. Your tech who came out yesterday cut off my internet completely. I've been told it won't even be looked at for another 5 days. I work from home, I can't just take half a month off work while you fix this???

I am NOT PLEASED with you @TELUS My #wifi keeps cutting in and out. For awhile now. And I am not the only one with this issue. So not pleased. Oh and stop calling me for #mobility. Never switching to you guys cause your service sucks. Its why I switched from you guys.

@TELUSsupport We have called our provider Mascon (a Telus company) every day for three days. They seem not to know how to fix it.

Looks pretty quiet for a Friday New Years Eve. There must be a shindig or at least a gala gala do going down at Telus Gardens? #cannothavetwohundredleftovercheeseburgers

@CalamityJayne4 In mid Dec Telus rolled out their 5G rural internet. It's unlimited which is a big change from their previous service. Covid did such a number on tower capacity so hopefully using their 5G will be a better rural solution than the regular hubs.
