    @HarvYEG @TELUSsupport Good grief. I switched to Telus because I am in a new development that has it built in. Shaw had wait times on their phone lines but never like this.

    @TELUS is it just me or has the TELUS customer gone severely down hill. I just spent 1 hour and 42 minutes on hold only to be cut off because they are closed for the day. I am thinking it might be worth my while to check the competition to see what they have to offer.

    Starting at 5:30 today (11-30-2020), we're going to be doing some service on our Shaw Internet connection. Our Telus connection will take over the campus traffic so the impact should be minimal. Thanks for your patience!

    “High speed” @Telus Internet struggling to load webpages on our devices. Kids gaming lags. #Telus online support won’t send a tech without saying it may or may not cost me a call out charge... when it’s their crappy service?!? Unbelievable. Customer service is dead. #Fail

    I wish I didnt.get my cell service with @telus now because I feel like so sad that they are cons . I am sad I can't trust a soul including those I trusted with my digital life. You suck @telus. Enjoy what you already have and stop asking for more money for things that dont cost..
