Hi @TELUS - I experienced the worst customer support yesterday. You sent my new iPhone to the wrong address and I was told that I need to wait for the iPhone to not be claimed before Telus can do anything. As a customer for 8 yrs, I’m not sure why I should stay with #telus

Classic @TELUS your sales agents lied to me about my move and about being able to setup things on the other end. Now I'm stuck on hold with people who have no answers other than that's too bad. Why are you allowed to use shady business practices to lock people into contracts?

Middle of a board meeting at noon today: 1. Zoom crashed, 2. Telus crashed, 3. my cell phone crashed as I was texting my board chair to try and figure out a solution. Solution: went home to finish work, bought new phone this evening, opened cold beer before supper.

The “real” responses are coming in on PIAC’s privacy filing to #CRTC on the Covid Alert. app. Telus even brings up some of my arguments (rare !) I submitted early to raise questions to allow incumbents to provide evidence there is no problem. And Telus did.

So @TELUS wifi is awful and now the LTE network is a nightmare on @telusmobility ? I’ve been with Telus since 1995 but this loyalty is over. Customer support can’t compensate for expensive ineffective service. It’s impacting my livelihood at this point.
