    @FidoSolutions Wow unbelievable! After a whole day without network/service and trying to talk to fido customer service about when credits get into your account, they ghost you like you are nobody! That's how you lose customers... Hello @TELUS

    @TELUSsupport Went camping in ON and was charged a $70 roaming fee due to there being a US tower across the lake - I had no idea my Roaming was on. I called Telus to ask for a credit, they refused. I can't believe they are making me pay the charge! Very bad customer service!

    @em616 @TELUS Sure was. Zero service issues. I should mention I’ve since switched to Virgin Because the Costco kiosk offered me a bunch of Costco gift cards when I needed a new phone. Zero issues there either and still cheap (relatively)

    @kirst_alyssa @vinnybigmac @TELUS I had shaw for a while. OK service as long as you stay in the cities. Dropped a few calls but nothing ridiculous. Can't beat the price

    @kirst_alyssa @TELUS I switched to Shaw in February, definitely saves me money, the only thing I will say though is their coverage isn’t great. You lose service in places driving to Edmonton.
