One of the few days this past week I’ve actually had a lot of motivation and focus to work on stuff and the power is out, and on top of that the @TELUS coverage here is garbage, and my hotspot won’t connect properly.

Dear @Telus, I just had someone stating they were representing your company coming door to door selling for you in a PANDEMIC? You better tell me he's phony. RIGHT NOW! I just yelled at him and told him to get ******** away from me.

Dear Mr. Telus I have a pik TV unit and feel like I should throw it out. The system has many problems first when I change the channel the request goes to Toronto via China and is translated by an east Indian speaking swahili. Then it says loading and you wait another 3 minutes

Apparently service canada is filing a legal case against me. I think I'll pretend it's a scam call and ignore it. Honestly @telus are you making money from this nonsense?

@valriw @TELUS @TELUSsupport Yes, he came to our door. I'm not trying to be a Karen. Not one bit. It's a pandemic and Telus is the root of the problem. Ugh. Sorry for venting. I certainly appreciate your information, big time. I'm just dumbfounded why Telus would be so damn stupid.

@TELUSsupport The TV issue maybe tied to the pik app, programs freeze constantly or speed up. We've had a technician in a couple times and they've provided a wifi booster, but it doesn't show up on "My Telus app" to tie them in. I have them plugged straight into cat6 wall recepticles

@juliamarblefaun I’m starting to hate this Telus. Every package has crap in it I don’t want. And basic TV I’m force fed . 2 Chinese language stations, 3 or 4 religious ones, shopping ones? The whole Telus thing sucks. Easy to buy more channels but deleting is a maze to cancel.
