@Crackmacs @carmelapharaoh @TELUS Yup, I never need to contact customer service though so I don't care.

@TELUSsupport I have a serious concern about Telus’s mobile sales practices & being billed for time I had zero access to the Telus network. As a new customer I feel like Telus is screwing me

Ugh. Now we have to wait another week for wifi because our landlord left out that we needed to let him know when the Telus person was gonna show up so he could unlock the electrical room door. Woke up at the *** crack of dawn to set this **** up, for nothing.

  • ohryan Ryan - Wash your hands and order delivery (@ohryan) reported

@levisan @TELUS "cloudcheck" the name of a service offered assia-inc. oddly the domain name has a private whois. the domain redirects to an AWS loadbalancer. strange. Were you able to examine the request?

@jcalder1983 @MBAgDays @Xplornet I am currently hoping for a better solution so that I can say the magic words to my Telus Smart Hub Account! How can we help you today? I might even wait on hold to tell them they are fired

  • HamelHeather Heather Turner Hamel (@HamelHeather) reported

Hi @Bell_Support. I am on the 3rd day of no cell service. I have a ticket number. Was given an estimate of 5-7 business days. Not just me, but neighbours using Bell, Telus and Virgin. How can you leave people without service for that long? This is unacceptable!

  • Crackmacs cm (@Crackmacs) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Patrick_ORourke @carmelapharaoh @TELUS Telus owns koodo, so koodo will always be cheaper of the two. I just switched away from koodo. Horrible customer service setup

  • BoopBrookie BrookieBoop (@BoopBrookie) reported

@Shawhelp the problem was fixed. telus cut into the main road and cut off shaws cable while they were installing their fiberoptic. cut out my entire condominium properties cable. i was refunded 17 days worth of no cable/internet. thanks. 🙏🏻
