    @kruselnicki @SoniaFurstenau @bcndp TELUS charges half as much as a family doctors for their service/visit I believe? Creates lack of urgency to solve the doctor shortage if people accept this model, certainly seems to be the plan in AB.

    Just a heads up… when @telus offers a promotion/free gift for new customers, you may not qualify for the promotion… The rep told me today the new customer promotion is for customers who have already established credit with Telus. But I can get a discount.. #shady #baitandswitch

    @kruselnicki @SoniaFurstenau @bcndp Yes doctor shortage is much worse there except rurally (I kept my #yeg family doctor for five years when I lived there). But it's becoming an excuse to not solve a problem, why when TELUS has stepped into solve and its' likely cheaper (I'm pretty sure it's 50% cost here).

    @TELUSsupport again every channel but global bc freezes and it then says signal lost! This is constant with Telus!

    @EVYSTADIUM @carmeIodrama I worked at the Eaton center telus in my mid 20s. You truly never know who is going to walk into a telecomm at 8 on Thursday. It might literally be Sandra Oh (which happened) or an unhinged mom threatening to whip a phone at you.

    @TELUS #TELUS “Customers First” promise is absolutely far from reality based on several months of back & forth conversations with the #ADT support team. Home Security system is not working and #TELUS unable to resolve nor finding a solution despite fees collected.
