@TELUSsupport I'm new Telus customer, now finding out that you charge for international texts!!? It's shameful. Other providers have no charge for that!! We should NOT have to pay for a stupid text msg from Canada to US!!! I guess profits are down?!

Main Street's (digital) phones & internet are currently hooped by a Telus network issue. We are open, but running much more slowly than usual. If you've recently emailed, PLEASE do not email again - all available staff are answering emails in the original order received.

@FedExCanada Crappy service indeed ,Why I cant have my items and I have to pick it myself from a very far location to me, the delivery man dont even do the effort to buzz and he stick the tag on the building door and disappear.Even the telus technician saw him running.

@telus multi-billion $$ telephone company, does not answer its phones, ever. It's customer service mantra is: unplug everything in your house, wait a few minutes, plug it back in. Repeat every other day... Or move.
