It's quite likely that if a contest were to be held for the worst functioning website on Earth, Telus would win it in a landslide. That site is painful to try to use. Forget about it if you're on a mobile device, it ain't happening.

@Telus if you charge the customer a 1.5 credit card user fee you actually increase their bank fees with additional transactions - to a much larger degree. Suck it up and stop the 1.5 cash grab which will also cost much more in book keeping and accounting fees

@TELUS I wonder if this comes complete with shutting down your social media, or even your phone number, if they disagree with your shares Stranger things have happened in Canada!

@peggy_blair I'm also in Ashton and work in CP. I'm on Telus and have been with them probably 15 years. Super happy and I get better service than my spouse on Rogers.

Dear @VancouverSun could you please do an article on how terrible @Telus customer service is? Hours on hold only to have the call drop by Telus; no response from Live Chat; no call back despite booking one; incorrect roaming charges on bill - the list is endless.

@peggy_blair We live in Ashton too. Reception sucks no matter what company. But Telus/Koodo is the best. Rogers has no bars and Bell goes in and out.
