At Traverse Bay... 2 kilometres from cell tower @TELUS Extremely poor cell service... hope you get this! Maybe ... maybe not! New iphone8 is crap!!

@DeondreSmiles I’ve been with Telus for 12 years give it take. Not the cheapest but decent coverage and really good customer service in my experience. I get great service up in Tofino/Ucluelet and most of the way to Port Hardy. It drops on the way to Port Renfew but getting back once there.

@DeondreSmiles Only have cell - use Bell. Good quality & they’ve treated us very well with rates, phones & service. Had issues with Telus mobility in past - would not match other provider deals. Didn’t like Virgin for daughter.

@TELUSsupport this is frustrating. For the past few weeks a server is down. No interim solution. Internet goes dwn randomly 4 random period. Messing with my work$$$$. 2 hrs on de ph with Telus "sorry" doesn't pay my bills. Move me/us to a wrkng server! #yyc #helloRogers

@DeondreSmiles We get it back not getting it back* also that’s not a Telus thing. There isn’t the infrastructure in place for anyone to get service on that road. I think they’re fixing that though.
