    @TELUS @TELUSsupport **** internet provider. I have 600 by 600 I shouldn’t be getting 30 by 50. Fix your ****.

  • FishermaMelvin Free to choose a healthy attitude (@FishermaMelvin) reported

    @checkupcbc Telus says satallite users were cut in northern BC in order to deliver better service to the rest of the region. So I have less, when I already had minimal. The logic is revealing. Telus knows that satallite customers don’t have options. We didn’t even get a fee cut, just service

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Your Optik TV is absolute garbage. GARBAGE# Missing the Superbowl because of this TRASH Optik box

  • __c1dude__ c1dude (@__c1dude__) reported

    I have a beautiful 85 inch tv yet am relegated to watching the superbowl on my 5 in telus smartphone cuz bell fibe down all day. It seems in order to install my neighbor, they had to unplug me. #bell bell dont tell me to DM you. You've had the ticket all day

    @ellenroseman @peternowak Foreign players can come into and start from scratch with new infrastructure, but they can’t buy a majority controlling stake in the huge players like Telus or Rogers. Issue: building a new network is a waste of time as we already have a perfectly good urban network we can share

  • RealisticCanad1 Ivan Johnson. Concerned Canadian (@RealisticCanad1) reported

    @bimmerette @EPCOR Website says 8. All good. I can watch the suoerbowl or most of it with telus' optik TV app. Its horrible.

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

    @TELUS Limited to 5-10 minutes. If you use open camera (available on f-droid and the play store), there is no such limit imposed. You can customise the bit rate and resolution, often beyond the standard s/UHD resolutions.

  • AlistairKing Alistair (@AlistairKing) reported

    @TELUS You never get close to a gig. Don’t buy into the lie.

  • SkillessMrT Justin Patten (@SkillessMrT) reported

    @TELUSsupport No problem, I hope we can fix it. The Telus provided Android box says it needs an update but there is no room. We've added nothing to the box. The box won't work without the update.

  • Slepten1 Slepten (@Slepten1) reported

    @rcvdo @TELUS Here I am still on a 100 Mbps wired 50 Mbps over wifi. Fiber used to be so damn expensive and unavailable in most areas.
