I agree that big #CreditCard fees are a problem. But the way #TELUS is going about it is all wrong. Their prices already include the CC fees! Instead of charging +1.5% for CC they should be giving a 1.5% DISCOUNT for cash! They are using the ruling to gouge 🇨🇦 customers even more

  • ValeriaAbsinthe Valeria Absinthe (@ValeriaAbsinthe) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Why exactly should people go to you for an internet service, when 6+ hours goes go by and the internet is STILL down where I live? No matter how many times I reset the damn modem?

  • JohnEClash1 John E Clash (@JohnEClash1) reported

@BNNBloomberg Telus never uses “it’s” money to sponsor anything. They always ask for customer donations and then give it away in “their” name. Thanks for nothing Telus.

  • Rampagingbeaver Kyle (@Rampagingbeaver) reported

So the night before Telus may be enabled to charge another unreasonable fee to consumers, their internet service is complete dogshit. Par for course. Continued poor customer service. #telus

This #Oilers/ #Canucks game stream is fn brutal! Had to check whether I was on my Telus Fibre feed or my old 1995 dial-up modem! C'mon Bettman @NHL you *******! Spend a little $ and make your game (controlled and managed by the officials) worth watching. Holy Hell!

  • hololi6 hololi (@hololi6) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Hello I’ve been using this service since it was announced. Today I received a huge charge with my bill because calls to Iran. What does it mean? Here, it is mentioned the charge will be waived.

  • PMG2point0 PMG (@PMG2point0) reported

@as_per_danielle @Canucks Someone from Maple Ridge is calling Telus and complaining that everything doesn’t have to be “gay pride” and to “SHOW THE GOD DAMN GAME”

  • d_petre DM Petre (@d_petre) reported

@CBCNews Wouldn't it be nice if one of these companies stepped up and demanded change. Instead they jump ship because they only care about making money. IMO Tim Hortons and Telus are just as guilty. They had no problem being on board for the good times. Now that times are rough..out

  • KimLoy33 Phd (@KimLoy33) reported

@TELUS why does your 5G coverage in Edmonton suck so badly? I will be canceling my service.

  • RichardDaniel26 Richard Daniel (@RichardDaniel26) reported

@LorneDaniel Telus webmail shifted to Google a year ago, or so, with promises that there would be no real change. Now, I can't access my MS email account without incessant Google pop-ups asking me to sign in to my Google account.
