    @TELUSsupport Hello Telus Support, I thought my Telus Home Service is taken care but I just got to pay extra $10 and a couple of cent WHEN I OWE $.00! WHY? Your Bal and Candee at Telus Corp in Burnaby took care of it, NOW Telus claims I owe $10.and a few cents! I always pay one

    @TELUS Tried to get ahold of a Representative yesterday but the automated message said it was over an hour wait. Our fibre optik internet was down all day yesterday and I come home after a 12 hour shift and it’s still down. My wife works from home and our twins can’t watch TV..

    @gregg_lowden @AmieVarley I know telehealth was 18 hr wait recently. And telus wasn't. For certain issues, a nurse chat is worth it. But yes, the whole situation screams racket. Def greasy. Def not the std we should want here. But its all noise now. So. Much. Bad.

    By the best I mean there's nothing faster, the building is on copper at the end of 2022. @Telus please allow tethering once throttled internet speeds kick in. The 512kbps limit isn't going to hurt your network performance.

    @TELUS why have I called to cancel 3 times but am still getting billed every month? Then I get kept on hold for 40+ mins everytime while trying to speak to someone about it. I didn’t even activate my services and I’m getting charged, bunch of crooks I swear

    @MuskyBrown_ @AnthonyLacavera Yup..Shaw getting sold is bad for all Canadians, they were the only one keeping prices down! Rogers vs Telus will just mean price mark ups for all of us

    Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport thanks for a no show on my install for the 4th time. Seems to be a common occurrence according to several Facebook pages. Maybe instead of filling your shareholders pockets you should work on your Customer Service and Satisfaction.
