@VeraSmi48732655 @TELUS Yes because most of them are in dirt poor countries and employee turnover is very high. Did you know in the Philippines they work 6 days on 1 day off, 11hr shifts. Its good for me, I'm a shareholder, but sucks for you as your the customer.

@frugalfrivolous @youseepeeYYC @Drew__Barnes Apple, Samsung, Huawei, LG, Tesla, Telus, Bell, Rogers, Shaw...all straight up, honest brokers of business, but that CNRL...they’re the real bad ones...

  • DeakMusings Thomas "Stop all Coal Mines in The Rockies"!! (@DeakMusings) reported

@ursamajor88 Companies that outsource jobs should be penalized. For example Telus's technical support department is located in Guatemala. Great for that country but bad for Alberta and Canada. We need jobs not automation!!

One of my neighbours changed their wifi name to telus sucks *****

@NHLFlames @ryandittrick @TELUS What an absolute garbage effort in the 3rd, and the organization wonder why people are angry, make the losers walk to the airport

  • philbobawsky Phil & Finn🇨🇦 (@philbobawsky) reported

Customer focused technical support for @TELUS optik tv needs a lot of tweaking, poor follow-up, dropped calls and to many apologies with no action. Your remote techs from Manila need better training. Can’t Canadians do this work?

@TELUSsupport Cellular. My family and a few friends in the area are also saying theyve been having issues with telus reception constantly dropping for the past week.

  • CartmellSpencer Spencer Cartmell (@CartmellSpencer) reported

@Rogers And I'm committed to always calling out your awful company! Just another excuse to raise your already incredibly high prices! Eat a bag of *****! I can't wait to watch you, Telus, and bell go to absolute zero!!!

  • tombielecki Tom Bielecki 𐃏 (@tombielecki) reported

Trying to avoid monitoring service fees. Alarm Force and ADT got wrapped up into Telus. Rogers sells their own system. Nest Secure discontinued. Simplisafe seems to not work in Canada without services. Ring only works with Ring/Amazon products.
