    @Telus I was told you had noticed I was having connectivity issues and would be monitoring. Whatever or whoever is monitoring must be sleeping as I lose connection to internet 7-8 times a day. I just tried downloading a manual which failed twice. Message said connectivity issue

    @TELUS @ctvedmonton Called to request a technician for a jack activation (Ethernet/Wired internet connection), only to found out that it will cost me $225 ($150 for visit and $75 for service). This is more than to see a Doctor in absence of a health card. Height of greediness.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport on call to get this resolve asap, still they doesn't have any answer. I'm giving hotspot from phone to my PC, so I can work, bought extra data at $100, I don't want any Telus cx to go through these level of service, nowadays no internet means no work and P6

    Seems my internet is down. Out of nowhere. Thought it was my wireless, but checked my phone and it's no longer connected either. Using LTE right now. Hope it comes back by morning. I haven't seen any other real reports of a Telus system crash yet.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport It could have fixed in the moment, this is horrible service from Telus. Again, today morning I called them, they said appointment has scheduled for April 15, I said I never booked any appointment or got any mail for confirmation, they're saying we have P4

    @dirklancer Got in trouble from official type people- YOUR NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED AND WE COULD NOT REACH YOU- Um no it is not, here let me phone my house with my cell phone while you watch- I was unimpressed with the tone, but it did change after that offer. They were with Telus, too.
