  @TELUSsupport I just switched over to Telus mobility from Rogers. I’m in the middle of Edmonton and my data is unbearably slow compared to Rogers. Why is it so slow??

  @TELUS I hope starlink puts you out of business. You SUCK! You dont care about the rural population. Instead of spending a **** ton on 5G you should have used that money to tap into the rural market.

  @Bell_Support After a week of no-reply from customer service and lack of updates on my issue. I visited 2 BELL stores and they each confirmed issues and reported to BELL As a business user I was unable to call my clients back for a week. thank you TELUS. works and $130 less/mth

  @coldplay_oilers @UbakaOgbogu Well we already know Telus does not comply with the Alberta information privacy rules, and don’t care to fix the problem. But they support the Nixon brothers charity!

  Then, a few days ago, @TELUS DMed me to ask for more info and today the field supervisor called me to ask me to further explain the issues & my ideas about how to fix it & apologized for the oversight and promised they would do better in future. Here's hoping. 2/2 #advocacywin

  I reached out to @TELUSsupport today because my internet, as always, is poor (to be kind). The issue has been prevalent for years, and during the height of the pandemic, the TELUS team urged me to have a technician come out. I was not comfortable with having a stranger...

  @TELUS In Northern Alberta, most we get is 15mbps on landline available only in town, nothing in country. With Telus Smarthub it increases mbps to 25. But Smarthub works using LTE cell towers and cell service over here is ****. With 1000's of people and only 1 or 2 towers.
