Well looks like @TELUS doesn’t care about retaining customers when @Rogers offers a better deal. Won’t match or help make up the difference. Surprising since I was there from the beginning. Time to move on.

So I’m kind of pissed I just changed my server to @TELUS and they don’t have 24 hour customer support or a slot to drop an email and someone will call back page how am I suppose to get help when I work during business hours ??? Stupid.

@Julia_Sisler @Rogers @TELUS Too bad. Could be worth calling one of your old carriers' winback numbers directly and seeing if they can give you a better deal. Bell's is 1-866-928-8053, and Telus/Koodo's is 1-833-348-3589. This is what I did when I got my current deal from Telus and it worked like a charm.

Pandemic making things difficult. My uncle & his @Telus problem (never going to be happy about that but at least I can call him now) My @FrigidaireCA oven bought end of June is faulty but can't get a hold of anyone to fix it & my @NintendoCanada Switch came with a bad AC adapter.

@TELUSsupport hey telus support.. I moved into my new apartment in Canada from the US. I was told that when I get to the apartment I just need to turn on the wifi and connect to telus. I'm not able to connect. Tech support phone line has over an hour waiting. Can someone help?

Someone assumedly from my cellphone provider just called. Them: “Hey it’s X calling from Telus, how has your cellphone service been?” Me: “Uhh… it’s doing fine?” Them: “Okay. Thank you.” /hangs up/ Wtf?
