    2021 17 November - November 26 2021 got out of the hospital. I can get rid of my service animal cat and shut down my network access company and my telus company that i payed alot of money. Im ******* 😡

    I just heard from TELUS.. no resolution at all.. She told me to go buy a new phone as the old stuff doesn't work with new technology . That's not what she told me in writing . I filed a complaint with the CRTC. Lets see if corporate lies are fine with them.

    @TELUS i temporary moved to Michigan from vancouver and got the US-CAN plan. Getting single network bar and LTE is no better than 2G speeds. Tried sim card in-out, phone on-off as your CSR team always recommend. Please sort this out or I'll have to switch. Thenks!

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Never using your company. EVER AGAIN!! Trying to cancel our home alarm system. Between my wife and I, we have been dealing with multiple dept transfers, on hold for over 2 hrs, and hang ups etc. You have multiple depts but a not a cancellation dept !?!?

    @TELUS, I’m waiting for almost 2 months. You billed me a cancelation fee. Interesting because I didn't cancel anything. Almost $300. I keep receiving messages to pay a debt that I should not have. I need a solution ASAP.

    @alixplicitly @TELUS @TELUSsupport Would you drive right down the sidewalk with pedestrians jumping out of the way? How is this any different? If a cyclist gets injured striking or moving around this truck, any courtroom would find you liable.
