    @Bell finally stepped away from your cell service. Always nagging & restricting my account for the handful of times I went over $250 credit. Since what 2014? No appreciation for being loyal. Lisa was last insult! 3gb plan when upgraded, I didn't notice🤬 @TELUS 6gb for 17less🥳

    Hey @TELUS , is there a contract that I can pay extra for to ensure I NEVER get phone calls from you? They happen once a month and it's always in the middle of work or driving or saving a kitten from a burning building. I already use you guys, I already pay you guys. Cut it out.

    2021 17 November - November 26 2021 got out of the hospital. I can get rid of my service animal cat and shut down my network access company and my telus company that i payed alot of money. Im ******* 😡

    @cdnbeer Oh, don’t get me wrong - I’m a SaskTel diehard (for mobile - nothing else) in Canada. They keep our rates cheap & their roaming is the best bet going in Canada… literally flips to whichever carrier has the best signal at any given moment (Rogers/Bell/Telus), in my experience.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport You installed my rural internet in two days of requesting it, hasn’t worked since & you’re technical dept tells me 12 business days before the can even look at my ticket! I depend on this for work & it’s dropped out 169 times in 3 days so far. Awful service!

    i've tried every solution i've seen online, the only one i can't try is changing out wiring from copper to fibre optic but only telus can do that but also telus says its unavailable in this area because they hate poor people i guess ????????? very cool

    @rolling_enigma @atletiOttawa I asked my friend who is a big fan and he said “it’s being broadcast on Fubo, OneSoccer, and there is a Telus app/service I’m not familiar with that will have it too. But no regular broadcasting.”

    @TELUS you guys charged me $300 for installation that I was told was free. Then charged for an add on TV service when I called for moving services, I don’t even have TV services with you. Talked to locality department told me they’ll call me back to follow up & never did. WTF

    @TELUS doesn’t want to give its customers credit. Chat route has limited powers, so you have to call. Waited half an hour on the call and half hour for resolution, only to find out only one phone on the account credited. So far on hold for 1.5 hours to sort second line…. 🥺

    @TELUSsupport Hey a 1 hour wait to speak to customer support is totally unacceptable. I have travelled and used many different Mobile Service providers in third world countries and they are better than Telus. Your Entwistle the CEO does not deserve his $16 million a year salary.
