Kevin Ilaqua (@kevinilaqua) reported from Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec@TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

Derek Cockroft (@derekcockroft) reported@RodAVanier So even worse. The CTRC (run by Roger’s and Telus) is now making the competitive environment in Canada worse. Who ******* wants this? It’s not good for consumer choice, it’s not good for trade relations, and it creates uncertainty for content providers in Canada. **** THE CTRC

fairwitness8 (@fairwitness8) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport And their customer service is horrendous. I recently quit Telus and joined Koodo for the same plan paying 50%

MedHatRingCrew (@MedHatCrew1) reportedReally frustrating when @TELUSsupport @TELUS can’t give you a straight answer. “Services are possible down in your areas as Barhead Alberta is having an outage. You will get daily texts. Don’t fall back.” Don’t call back so just take my money but don’t call and ask why
-
Forrest (@ForrestHODL) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Well telus has always been a borderline criminal organization. But yeah it is bad in Canada.
-
Reagan Podelec🍁🏒 (@ReaganPodelec) reported@Social_Moi @TELUS So funny. People have become slaves to the service and expect it for pennies on the dollar. For copper services yes I can see the sub $70 being the norm. High speed rates like 250-1g are in that $80-100 Mark. I pay $90 for $500. Beyond satisfied.

Kevin Derulo (@derulo_kevin) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Cancel that right now that’s ridiculous. Shop around in person you get better deals. I’m with telus paying 30CAD canada usa plan

Sid Ho (@SheldonDuke3) reported@jodyvance @TELUS Note they use substandard **** that doesnt work properly....their techs are mostly amateurs.... i dropped them a while back.......

Jan 🇨🇦🇺🇦💙🧡 (@jnbella) reported@Social_Moi @TELUS I have internet 75 and with promotion I pay 65 a month. My contract ends next year but I’ll shopping around before it ends. You literally have to threaten to cancel services to even get a decent discount or price. We are so limited to our options which sucks.

MRD (@MRD87694463) reported@VanIsleInvestor Will the new ceo fix the culture at telus? Remove all the management that believe they can manage without a deep understand of what they manage? Maybe? please? Someone needs to actually captain this aimless ship. time will tell. Low expectations from me.
