    @TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

    @TELUS The worst company and service ever. I tried to switch my internet and tv services to Telus they show up and don’t even have fiber run to my house. They had my front yard dug up for 1 1/2 years. They have a technician waste half my day and can’t even give me services

    @WhittyPics @reneritchie Same issue occurred with CDMA networks over a decade ago - Verizon and Sprint in the USA, ClearNet (became Telus), and Bell here in Canada. Nobody cared back then no complaints then.

    @TamaraVineberg @Bell I don't think they care! I tried reaching out to @TELUS for my parents. They offered $5 discount on basic $80 plan. So two phones, $150/month for phone service is a bit much for seniors on fixed incomes. And $80 a month is a little outrageous for anyone to pay IMO.

    I think this explains the sudden uptick in junk mail. The login credentials for my account to sign up for a doctor was sold to Telus, who would have 'shared' the information. GRRRRR. @TELUSsupport I can sue you for selling my information right?

    @TELUS Don't believe any deal from Telus. guy came to my door. I took home & cell phone package. service is bad and monthly bill is much higher than premised. Called 15 times, my issues is not fixed. Telus loyalty guy Peter told me don't trust on door knocking guys from Telus.

    @TELUSsupport advice PLEASE. I've got a home phone line ripping off the side of my house, dangling lower & lower. Who at TELUS should I be talking to, and can you help me out with some contact info? Tried calling the general contact line, never get anywhere.

    @TELUSsupport It was right. I called back and WASTED over an hour trying to get my order released. Now my order is delayed. Worst experience in my 20+ years with @TELUS and seriously had me considering options.

    @TELUSsupport The Telus tech who went to add internet to another unit in my building unplugged mine. And then a week later Telus after I complained finally sent a different tech to the fix it. Stop hiring contractors who don't GAF.

    @GreysonKnutson @stevensandor Yeah, I'm on Telus so we've were treated to it for free for most of the time... and it mainly just seems like one big informercial for their OTT service. Nothing compelling. It was like an afterthought. Even the guide listings were terrible
