  @TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

  @TELUSsupport I can't see how to confirm an appointment. The online help says that there's an appointment section in my My Telus account. But it's not there.

  @SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility It may take awhile to get a hold of a customer service representative, but they are pleasant, in Canada (supporting our economy) and were super friendly probably because they weren't 3rd party reps of other companies who have to try and get you off the phone within 3 mins.
