@TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

@TELUS But you cut off service to my palliative, elderly client while he was in hospital b/c he couldn’t pay his bill. B/c he was in hospital. His phone is his lifeline. Now my nursing colleagues spending hours on hold trying to reinstate.

@SuzeMorrison @peternowak @TELUS Bell does not charge for credit card payment but Enbridge and many other utilities do. Telus billing is a mess. They recently threatened to cancel my home alarm because they sent the bill to an address that doesn’t accept mail?

@brittlestar Ave you ever had to deal with Telus or Loblaws I'm in my 7th decade on this rock and I can say that Telus are 1 of a very few companies that I will never deal with as their business model is IMHO 1 of Bullying their "customers"

@pinchrunn3r77 @pewpewpew You may want to skip Freedom mobile entirely. My experience with fiends and family switching to Freedom is of all of them, every single one of them, using their friends, Rogers, Bell and Telus phones an awful lot. Do you have Koodoo as a low cost option in Ontario?
