    @TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

    @sggall12 @TELUS Could be a few different things but reach out to support and see if they can do something from the back end. If that doesn't fix it it may be physical and they'll need to send a tech to check the box outside and the cabling/equipment inside

    @Shawhelp Still no internet - 36 hours. Both Telus and Rogers working. They also don't want to give update. This is inexcusable. Leaving customers in the dark is horrible client service.

    I have asked Telus to move my account from my SMB - where I am the Authorized Individual - to my personal account, and Telus has said "no, we will not do that unless you present your ID physically to us at a Telus store". I have MULTIPLE problems with this requirement.

    @playoncrutches I can’t imagine a brand I can’t live without, but yeah why not? If it’s Lyft, I go Uber. If it’s Shaw, I go Telus. Or I simply don’t consume whatever product/service they offer. It ain’t hard to understand. But hey, you be you and do whatever you want.

    @WhistlerBlckcmb @TELUS I am beyond disappointed. we bought 5 x2 day edge cards to take the family on a ski trip for christmas. travel advisory for saskatchewan and bc was to not travel so canceled but whistler will not refund passes or move them to next year. this is worst customer service

    Let's start with issue 1. I was told that to move my mobile accounts from my small business to my personal account I had to literally risk death, and there were zero alternatives Telus would accept, despite this being an *INSANE* position to take, on a number of levels.
