    @TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

    @TELUSsupport Can we at High Prairie Alberta get a consistent 25Mbps down and 10 up. My cell modem home service is supposed to do that but Telus won’t upgrade the tower’s hardware to deliver their promise.

    @sueharperphotos @BejasaMarco @RobRubuliak Hi Sue! Telus customers located in BC are having issues logging into their Questrade accounts. Our teams are looking into it so we can help resolve it. In the meantime, please try using mobile data or a different internet network as a temporary workaround. We're sorry about that.

    Want to know what a monopoly is? I have Telus for my satellite tv service, as well as for my home phone. My high speed internet service is Axia, now owned by Telus. My cell service is Koodoo, owned by Telus. Bell, Telus and Rodgers own everything when it comes to carriers.

    @LanceStorm @TELUS @TSN_Sports I know it won't fix the recording, but as a Telus customer, you can download the TSN app on your TV (if it's a smart TV) or on your iPad or phone. They have every episode of Dynamite and Rampage under the "Games On Demand" tab.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I cannot believe that I pay $100's a mth for yr service & its down ( yet again ) & NO customer support is available because your closed. Pathetic Wish I stayed with Shaw & will explore every avenue to get out of this contract. Awful service 😢
