@TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

@TELUSsupport my 80 year old aunt switched to Telus on Saturday to save money as she's on a fixed income. An hour ago she phoned me from her emergency only cell phone in a panic because after a successful install Sunday her phone now says it is out of service.

@TELUS my dad got a email for the new Telus calendar but it’s not working when he tries to do online. Is there another way he can get it?

PSA: @TELUSsupport sucks. Over 1 hour wait times on phone. Website unhelpful. Website is a circular motion of unhelpful articles. Just brutal. @TELUS

@TELUS Phone scammer yesterday knew I'm a customer, *which services I have*, my home address & gave my 1st name and my partners' surname as the account name (acct is only in my name). They pushed a $70/mo deal. I pushed for the actual name on the account, they hedged, I hung up.

@TELUSsupport I can honestly say that after decades with ShawTV, I woefully regret my decision to go back to Telus for my TV/Internet. Customer Service is atrocious. Callback hangs up, then agent dumps me off without explanation for another 20 minutes on hold before I gave up.

@Canadian_Guano @TELUSsupport We have Shaw now, had Telus before. Shaw is a little better but service from either sucks. If u can get away with just your cell, I would recommend it. We still need hard line for fax and a couple other things, like lousy cell service many days. .

How bad does @TMobile SUCK? #TMobileSUCKS so bad that when you are on Kelleys Island, OH, your cell phone catches @TELUS signal all the way from Canada but not America’s largest, fastest 5G network.

@jonathanwhudson Noice! When I switched from Shaw to Telus (cause Shaw's local service was TERRIBLE), the one thing I missed was the CW games. That they've since switched over to Telus too, is just fantastic! Plus the production values also seems a bit better.
