@TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

@drdagly @cindian1 @TheHerleBurly I question sponsors on your show one being Telus Health a private online biz and rail shipments by CN (As of 2019, Bill Gates is the largest single shareholder of CN stock,) of no help to cars being stopped in long freight lines.

It’s such bullshit that at a time when our daily lives rely heavily on internet, that we’re at the mercy of a handful of giant telecom companies who charge increasingly expensive rates for worsening service. **** Rogers, Bell, and Telus. We need a nationalized telecom company.

  • SugarmanSharna Sharna Sugarman 🪶🧡💔 (@SugarmanSharna) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport you’ve been here twice in the last couple of months, and our cable box is still acting up. It’s not even a newer model as the one we had prior. What am I paying for? Brutal service. 😡

  • pwatson50009375 pwatson (@pwatson50009375) reported

@swooper74 @erinotoole Wow really. Sasktel provides very poor service to some of rural sask. but yes bell, Telus etc are MIA.

  • Wilhuff66 Honkin Waffles (@Wilhuff66) reported

ipv6 on #opnsense is a nightmare. Between the lack of documentation from opnsense and #telus it is mostly a guessing game. Then once I got it configured I found out that Telus doesn't follow RFC guidelines so unless I manually renew my IP every hour it doesn't work.

  • sarahmavrophoto sarah mavro (@sarahmavrophoto) reported

@charlesrusnell I recently set my business up with Telus for mobile coverage and they are relentless about promoting this. I have no interest in it at all but have received emails, texts, etc now that I’m a customer.

  • MacintoshD D.Neva.Macintosh (@MacintoshD) reported

My ex tracked me down. After 18 years. He did this by installing tracking devices in the "free family plan" Telus. ****.

  • LaughingEagle12 Perpetually Exhausted Penguin (@LaughingEagle12) reported

@drdagly With Telus being the fantastic phone service provider they are, it’s not really a surprise they suck this bad at health services. They barely manage to be a decent phone service.

  • Shaun_Briltz Shaun Briltz (@Shaun_Briltz) reported

@Shawhelp I guess its the norm here every month we have to put up with some kind of outage. Shaw never offer compensation. I wonder how many times a year @TELUS is out in the Peace

  • OpenMediaOrg OpenMedia (@OpenMediaOrg) reported

Beware! Telus' Babylon service does the following: • shares your personal health data with third parties in foreign jurisdictions • collects more personal information than necessary • failed to complete a privacy impact assessment 👇
