@TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

So Telus and Bell are going through an outage/issue right now, and while I understand frustration, the amount of ENTITLEMENT people are spouting while going through Twitter threads abt it is ******* HILARIOUS. No, they don't OWE you a ******* thing. Read the contract you signed.

Further to the ongoing #Telus outage, are other people now getting roaming charge notifications as well? Tried contacting them to remove them, but the message bounced back.
