    Friggin' ADT by Telus...been on hold for 70 minutes with tech support...never waited more than 5 minutes before Telus bought them...

    @TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

    @nicklmg I pay $95 for fiber connection 1GB/download and upload from Telus, and I'm in Vancouver. Certain areas suck ***. Also Shaw sucks *** if you're using it anywhere in the Lower Mainland.

    @Sam_Robbins3 @DaleV73 @David_Moscrop For rural people, we’ve been down this road before with Telus SmartHubs. It’s sold on a big promise, everyone buys in, then it turns out they oversold and can’t provide the service at a reasonable quality and we get stuck with a system that doesn’t work and costs a ton.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS Anyone else have the same experience with @Telus? I’m certain it can’t be just my experience. Maybe they would rather their customers go to their competitors. Makes it easy to move when prices are lower, customer service is better, and no one is damaging my property

    @LanceStorm I have not been able to access the network’s archives in months. It says I’m not subscribed although I am. Telus says it’s not their doing. Frustrating. Oh well. NJPW World for the win.

    has so much static it's unusable. A reasonable assumption is that, while the earlier tech was up the pole hooking up the fibre optic drop, he may have somehow exposed a critical connection to the weather. Spent at least 9h over several days trying to report the problem to Telus,—

    Annoying when someone at Telus tells you that you won’t be dinged with a cancellation fee because you’re moving somewhere that doesn’t offer your service, only to call and cancel to hear “of you have to try this significantly slower speed first before you can cancel without a fee
