  @TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

  @ryangerritsen Yep I called @TELUS to cancel 10 sim cards for our business (we have 60 other active ones), shoulda been easy to do. I had all the numbers, she even asked me to email the list to her & it took her OVER AN HOUR. I swear they do it so you give up & hang up. Ridiculous.

  @MikeMartignago Why won’t @TELUS step up to buy the club? They have the money and would be celebrated as community heroes for decades to come. Customer base explosion. They can write off losses in the down years.

  @JackieBee_16 @Sportsnet I have found this happens to me every Oilers game.....I get texts from others about a minute before something happens. I never should have gone with @telus I will be switching as soon as I can.
