Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • TheRealElaschuk Steve Elaschuk (@TheRealElaschuk) reported

@Limbictweets Telus recently removed the old copper wires that my original, self powered landline ran through and put it through the fiber line that my internet works on. If Telus goes down now so does my landline. landlines aren’t safe anymore either as the old systems are decommissioned.

  • sanl S Loughead (@sanl) reported

@BodenschatzRyan Rogers Bell & Telus need to have emergency contingency plans. Any corporation I worked for did.

  • AnthonysWorld1 Anthony (@AnthonysWorld1) reported

@TOhumanist @nowtoronto Laptop on the Telus 5G LTE cell hotspot. Seamless back-up support on primary service provider going down. No issues yesterday.

  • JaphetOnema Nicolas Japhet Onema (@JaphetOnema) reported

@Bell_FR Bell lunching his campaign to steal Rogers client but too bad I left Rogers yesterday and immediately joined Telus ahahaha

  • mcmlxxiv_ Joe Canada (@mcmlxxiv_) reported

@GenghisOne23 @BodenschatzRyan Maybe in Eastern Canada. In the west, Rogers wireless is garbage. Telus & Bell share towers & have cell service almost everywhere. Rogers has service in cities.

  • JohnBac59551831 John Bacon (@JohnBac59551831) reported

@drandrewb @Nahanni_ Not really. Bell, Freedom, Telus, etc., were still up and running. If we had a single gov't service that went down; then nobody would have had service.

  • JonathanJaitly Jonathan (@JonathanJaitly) reported

@RogersHelps This is a great reason to switch to Bell or Telus. Rogers infrastructure is horrible in terms of reliability, management and commitment to quality. What is this, the third time in 5 years Rogers has had a major outage? Telus and Bell at 0 in the same time frame.

  • GlobalProTrader David Brady (@GlobalProTrader) reported

Sorry guys, I too was a victim of the unprecedented countrywide internet and cellphone outage yesterday courtesy of Rogers. Back in business but getting a Bell and Telus plan today.

  • pauladanyliw Paula Danyliw (@pauladanyliw) reported

@cgbrads @nowtoronto Been with Bell for 20 years and never had a problem, when we moved to the country we had Telus and it wouldn’t work where we lived as there were no towers here, switched to bell and have never had an issue

@Rogers have you tried unplugging power from your modem yet? A restart should fix it 🙃 #Rogers #Outage #Telus
