@Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

From where I'm standing, @TELUS and @TonyGeheran certainly don't pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service. I will send an e-mail to everyone at TELUS I can possibly send an e-mail to EVERY DAY until they address the issues that I've brought to their attention.

@Devin_Heroux Devin it's pretty bad that only people with Telus can watch this on cable. Anyone with Shaw or Rogers can't watch the game

Apparently the way @TELUS/@TELUSSupport resolves serious issues is by choosing to go SILENT instead. Well, they can stay as silent as they want, but I certainly won't be. Absolutely disgusting, the way they as a company (and @TonyGeheran) are conducting themselves.

The only other offer I will accept is a 50% discount. I will NOT negotiate. I will expect a response from you by end of day Tuesday, or I will move ahead with CCTS and OIPC complaints (in addition to the RCMP complaint already filed.) @TELUS @TELUSsupport @TonyGeheran

@Execulink Ummm you lease from Rogers who has had two major outages in last two years. I don't think you should be encouraging customers to leave and goto Bell & Telus kinda bad for business.

@kirst_alyssa @TELUS that's the problem with these companies - they give you the deal to get you with them, then they don't give you any deal to try and keep you. You're better off switching back-and-forth to keep the cheapest offers... which is bonkers.

@Scott_Gilmore The broken part is capitalism. Let's say Bell, Rogers and Telus get half their revenue from wireless. Cel market is saturated. If cel plans in CA dropped 30%, what does that do to share prices?

It’s funny that I just received a late fee for forgetting to pay my @Rogers bill. It was only 24hrs. Yet they can go down all day and it’s perfectly fine. Hi @TELUS

Spoke to someone in @TELUS Escalations a little bit ago. She wanted me to re-explain everything that occurred yesterday - I told her to review her notes. She then became rude and said she was "making no commitments" and expected me to go by HER timeline. Cc: @TonyGeheran
