@Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

Regretting my switch to @koodo. When I moved from @TELUS I was told all hookup fees would be waived. I was charged $40 for the temporary phone number I used for 15 minutes, supposedly needed to setup my account. Support was useless and shady, like they knew this was common. #scam

@Etmanskie902 @Mellyfax It was the same with me too, Chris. I thought it may have been certain providers but it was the same issue on my personal phone with Telus and work phone through Bell. Definitely made it tough trying to receive updates

@Hollymcc3 @KolbyRizzo My husband just said it depends on the cable package. We have TELUS. Call Shaw and say you will change if they don’t provide service. Oh and lower our rate by the way. Lol you never know.
