    @Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

    @TELUS you people continue to give false promises and saying we don’t have access to ADT hence cannot help. 5 day have elapsed and no resolution at all.

    How can I be 3/4 bars LTE with @Telus at tunnel mountain #banff and not have apps load? Capacity overload? Too many users? Or is the whole network throttled? Not just right now, every time we’re here…

    @servingLMD @TELUS and I was supposed to get a wifi hub like a month ago, never showed, talked to them again, said they'd ship it, never showed, so now i'm up to an installer coming to do it 🙄

    So, as much as I hate what’s happening in this province, this Telus app really did help me. I’m not someone who runs to the ER for everything and looking at things now, maybe I should have? BUT it’s nice to know this was at least an option for me

    @servingLMD @TELUS and she couldn't book the installer while i was chatting with her so she ended up having to call me back haha it's always such a disaster with their customer service, I don't get it. I worked for Shaw and we were never this messed up.

    TIL that eSIMs are some QR code you scan on a phone, and that if you order an eSIM code from Telus online, they don't send the QR code via email immediately, but mail an actual card with a QR code on it...WTF?!?
