  @Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

  @cselley One thing I'm happy about? Starlink just screwed Bell and Telus. They wait till public outcry causes the provinces to gift them cable infrastructure instead of building it themselves. Now the same ppl can just buy starlink and never have to deal with our protected oligopolies.

  @wongkarwasian most Canadian service providers collude to increase the level of service beyond what the average consumer needs so that can charge upward of $100 a month for something that should be extremely basic telus wants like $110 a month for 500mbps internet for instance, but most people would still be ok with 100mbps or less I'm many cases

  Really frustrating when @TELUSsupport @TELUS can’t give you a straight answer. “Services are possible down in your areas as Barhead Alberta is having an outage. You will get daily texts. Don’t fall back.” Don’t call back so just take my money but don’t call and ask why
