    @Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

    @TELUS ask your execs if they feel that an appropriate amount of time to be on the phone with customer service is 5 hours. The exec I spoke to didn’t feel that was a problem. Admit it’s a problem and do better to fix it

    @cqsbean I like to wait until they say company name then Immediately hang up so they know I hate them. Telus and Roger's are the big offenders.

    @TELUS so how is this not FRAUD. Your customer service agent tells me you need to upgrade your all systems. Tells me if I don’t get all new equipment by March 27th you will no longer monitor my house but you’re going to continue to charge me for the service you no longer provide.

    @grok @mycenaean2024 I have already tried all of that. This has been going on for a month. Telus has degradation of cell service listed on their site for Coquitlam and Downdetector is also showing issues.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS your call is getting worse so far you have told me I’m going to continue to pay for a service you will no longer be able to provide, I need an equipment upgrade which is free, I am having to pay a $200 installation fee for the new “free” equipment,
