    @Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

    @TELUSsupport my neighbours and I have all Huawei smart hubs installed about 18 months ago. A few of the smart hubs have been dropping the wifi signal all the time. We feel this is very much a hardware issue. Thus far no one at Telus has gotten back to our requests for service

    @TELUSsupport years ago. That is likely why this problem was fixed at the time. All my family are currently in the process of cancelling their @Telus accounts.

    No power outage on the nspower map... But what could ****** LTE and Internet both? Telus and Eastlink don't share the same infra..

    @mmorden @TorontoStar Yes it is Mike and that is after the Lieberals gave Bell 122.9 million dollars of tax payer money to supposedly help keep these people employed. Rogers received 82.3 million and laid off many employees. Telus received 38.6 million.

    @TELUS I have been a customer since 1989... this is unacceptable and I am getting tired of talking to your CSR’s... I see a end to our relationship coming as this is unacceptable...

    Help @TELUSsupport our biz phones for @dejongdesign have been down since Friday and nobody there is on it. They have cancelled the tickets to fix them. 403-640-9440 is the number. No clients can get thru!!! #telus

    @TELUS it’s amazing how bad your service is and how hard it is to resolve matters. The wait times are nearly unbearable (perhaps strategy) and the lack of accountability or help when you actually reach a warm body is astonishing.

    @TELUSsupport technician to come and repair the intercom. Until today at 1:30pm when a @Telus technician called me to inform that his supervisor told him to not do the service call. My tenants are from Refugees from Syria and didn't speak much English 5
