@Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

It makes me sad when customer service representatives think they need to constantly ask you to be patient with them without provocation. Why are people so rude to people that are trying to help them? Let's be a little kinder. Shout out to the incredibly helpful people at @TELUS

@TELUSsupport 1/2 Both even tho they have 2 separate account owners. I’ve tried everything recommended to fix the wifi connection for all my devices (3). Modem lights are both green and my Telus wifi app says everything is connected, enabled, not paused or disconnected etc. My iPhone 11 keeps

It would be like Rogers or Telus telling you that you have 5GB of data on your mobile phone plan this month, but that if you use only 4.5GB then your maximum next month is 4.5GB. There’s no way to increase it again once it goes down.
