@Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

@grevory @TELUS Have a similar issue myself, as do a number of friends - located in different parts of the city. It’s not every call, but often enough to be pattern and also a huge headache. Reception is also generally garbage. Often switch to FaceTime for calls to use wifi instead

@TELUSsupport @TELUS I’m moving my commercial refrigeration company to a new office space Dec 1st. Setup with Telus over a month ago to transfer the phone over on Nov 28th but they never showed up and now say they can’t get get there until Dec 5. I’m out of my old space Dec1st.

So @Rogers why did your call back feature call me back 3 HOURS LATER when it said it was an 18 minute wait and then when I ask to speak to someone it told me you’re closed and hung up ? This is why I’m going to Telus. They would never !

@PaulTheActor @TELUS Add roaming to your pkg for a month, before you leave, then cancel when you get back. That's what Telus suggested when my husband went to Vegas. Back then, I think it was $40 - saved a pile of money in the long run.

@TELUS your representatives keep telemarketing on my work cell. When I ask them politely to remove me from their calling list they rudely hang up. Not a good look on your brand.

@MKhoromi @AnthonyLacavera @RogersBiz Ouch. Ohh, I remember those. If your unlocked phone is supported on their network check out Public Mobile -a Telus network subsidiary. Same national coverage area, unlimited Canada talk/txt/picture, 5 GB data at 4G speed. $40./mo.

This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had!!! Waiting on hold for 4hrs+ for what??? Why don’t you have enough employees at your call centre!? @TELUS @TELUSsupport
