  @Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

  @NorthugCapital @danielfoch Telcos are on the rocks. BCE took major hit (maybe not enough yet). Rogers is a **** show, not sure about Telus, and Quebecor/Freedom isn’t spending sufficiently on Network but plenty of spending in future. How long is long?

  @VanceYung_73 Telus has been fine. Koodo, a Telus subsidiary, also pretty good. Shaw was great! Rogers? Never again in this lifetime or the next.

  @JakeLandauTO I got a call from a customer service agent (not Telus) today. His accent was so thick that I had a lot of difficulty understanding what specifically it was that he wanted to talk about. An AI that could make him more intelligible would be good for me, him and his employer.

  @TELUSsupport Nothing but trouble with Telus. Internet going out constantly for days. Getting technical support from a real human is impossible. Its stupid AI does not listen.

  @cyncyty66 @AndrewScheer It was a secure highway to transmit data. I think the real investigation should have been on the execution failure. The committee wanted to dive into the agreements of Telus, their subcontractors, etc. Telus had no control over a poor acceptance rate

  @AmazingZoltan I used to think it was Telus customer non-service but since I inherited Rogers non-service through the Shaw takeover, I would have to agree with you. Gonna be a lot of crying in call centres in India today.

  @TELUSsupport Appreciate any updates, I have already sent the DM. 1. I have the equipment but no way to send it. But being charged. 2. Not got the refund promised yet. Cancelled the account due to trust issues, now struck with trust issues in refund. @TELUSsupport @TELUS #scams
