@Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

Hi @telus, still waiting for that call back, going on 4 hrs. I can't wait by phone any longer. The number listed on your site for cancelling service doesn't work and I can't re-request a call via your virtual assistant. It's not working either.

Is anyone else with a #Telus account having problems with their customer service? Someone please give me the name of a better company. I’ve been with Telus for about 30 years. Time to leave. Any suggestions? I have Apple phone and watch and need better and cheaper services.
