Je viens de transférer mon numéro de téléphone et mon service de Telus à Fizz. Je suis comme un peu nerveux. Ça faisait 15 ans que j'étais avec ce fournisseur. J'me sens comme si je quittais une longue relation.

@TELUS I would if I could manage to access Facebook. Again, your mobile service barely works in my house and plays favourites with what apps will work.

@JayIsPainting Checking those we know w Telus or Rogers to decide best of 2 evils Any CGYn I know w Telus despises it: poor service/awful programming/long waits Few CGYns w Rogers to compare But our ON friends/rellies intensely dislike Rogers too. Maybe just keep HS internet/QC phone/and read

@BigNasty6oh4 I have telus for everything. Service is mostly OK. I find them easy to deal with, but I'm also assertive as **** ( without goimg full Karen on them) what keeps me with them though honestly is the massive discount we get through their deal with our building ( 40% discount)

@BigNasty6oh4 I’ve had Telus for years. I think they are both equally bad at customer service. But our internet rarely goes down and they’re good about giving us new equipment and coming out for service calls.

What a surprise ... waiting for @TELUSsupport to call me back for the 3rd time in a week - waiting for 1.5 hours so far .... just to cancel a service. @bchydro enables customers to efficiently cancel service via the website like a civilized company should. Seriously, @TELUS?!
