    Does not make sense to me - for SAME home services, I would have to pay 30% MORE than my friend - sums to >$500 per year. Talked to SHAW twice about this issue. Was basically told "too bad I missed out the promotions". Been with Shaw 25 yrs. Is it worth it to check Telus?

    @Crackmacs @koodo Telus has been amazing for the past year. I had a lot of issues as well with no calls ringing through with Koodo. With Freedom the service was shoddy - when I moved to Woodlands, I had almost nothing - I had to go to roaming, and that was crappy service as well.

    I upgraded from copper to fibre for my internet service with @TELUS and the tech moves my modem to the back of the house and far from my office. Now I get booted off the internet 4x per hour. Now the tech didn’t even show up for today’s appointment! Thanks for wasting my time!

    Hi @TELUS @TELUSsupport @TELUSBusiness I have been trying to get an issue resolved on my EPP account for a month now. Been promised countless email responses and call backs and have heard nothing. Currently on hold for the 5th time in two weeks - how can I get some actual help?

    @TELUSsupport Customer enters into a 2 year agreement at a set cost, not supposed to increase. @TELUS pulls channel from a subscribed theme pack. #TELUS charges $5 to add the missing channel. TELUS pulls a fast one to extract money from customer. @GameShowNetwork

    Because I can absolutely guarantee that if you make it hard to cancel, that customer will do everything they can to never, ever re-subscribe. Like seriously. The #1 reason I'm with Telus is because Shaw completely bungled an account cancelation when I moved nine years ago.
