    @TELUS thanks for making my day. I had pblm with cust serv, they telling me st and I getting st else loosing my Shaw 150MBps ending up with Telus internet 25.I thought it’s my bad English tht cozd all these . But same thing hpnd with my English speaking buddy 🤪. So happy

    Lol! Merry Christmas to the scabs at Shaw Cable. Just got a collection notice for a bill I paid weeks ago from cancelling my service in November. I'm getting 10x the speed for half the price with Telus. Shaw's new Fibre plans are a scam.

    The Telus rep wouldn't even talk about bonding the modems. Computer says no. It isn't in the system as available, so it isn't a discussion they will even entertain, and I am supposed to be grateful they're willing to provide any service at all. What an uppity peasant I am!

    Ultimately, the charges were reversed and TELUS is investigating further. On a side note, the TELUS rep that eventually gave me the refund checked the Boku site and put in Owen’s number. It then (supposedly) sent a PIN to the number by text to sign in.

    Now, I don't hold the fact of the physical plant against Telus. I honestly don't even hold the poor maintenance on these wires against them. I live in the middle of nowhere. This is the price you pay. HOWEVER, there are a bunch of things I DO hold against Telus about this.

    Let's start with issue 1. I was told that to move my mobile accounts from my small business to my personal account I had to literally risk death, and there were zero alternatives Telus would accept, despite this being an *INSANE* position to take, on a number of levels.

    I have asked Telus to move my account from my SMB - where I am the Authorized Individual - to my personal account, and Telus has said "no, we will not do that unless you present your ID physically to us at a Telus store". I have MULTIPLE problems with this requirement.
