Bald Guy (@ScruffyNSmooth) reported@TELUSsupport, I can't believe the issues. Telus Fibre operates at 25-50% baseline speeds, Technicians DO NOT show up, and support is nonexistent. I have paid for over 2 years for a premium service and have received TERRIBLE service from tech support, and internet speeds.
-
CryptoNova (@realcryptonova) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I’m paying 25$ a month for 100 GB and unlimited calls, in Canada. Ditch Telus, that’s your solution.
-
Patrick GK (@Zerquetch) reported@Martyupnorth 21 years I was with them. They would never call back on my "do you still want my business" calls and e-mails. Then tried to send me a bill for $29 after changing the service. Terrible service. Telus at least has better coverage in the ******, remote places I work for time to time

DemonicAngelAlan 🇨🇦 🏳️🌈 (@Alan_Demonic) reported@wongkarwasian The amount of people I still find paying $100+ for like 2gb on Telus because they just pay the bill and move on sucks SO MUCH but I feel so glad when I find them and can get them moved for something better
-
Felix (@GlobalismSucks) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport And yet Telus stock is sucking big time ....... down 22 % this past year. 🙄
-
Carl Johnson (@Johnscn1) reported@jodyvance @TELUSsupport @TELUS I was having troubles for months last year. Finally a technician said he needed to send it to another department. No trouble since…..they are not all created equal.
-
Michele (@muffins135) reported@TELUSsupport Telus should really be giving customers a credit on their bill as the customer had to install the new digital boxes. That was a service that a technician used to do. Plus, I now have to get these boxes to Canada Post. $50 credit would be great. Thanks.

NeverTrustPoliticians (@onlyafewcows) reported@VPPSunshine (S)….. real competition would be better. I consider Telus to be closer to mafia than an actual service provider.
-
Ethan (@hockeyethan4) reported@ChicomVassalCan @VanIsleInvestor agreed but i would like for there to be more competition to drive prices down. telus rogers etc do **** while literally being a monopoly. total joke
-
Brett Stone (@BStoneBrief) reported@CanadianPro2 @MarkJCarney You can even technically use black water by transfering heat to sewage lines which would also facilitate district heating probably even more than the steam tunnels will in the downtown Telus building. But then that fosters bad bacteria.
