    @IRPlawyer We had a Telus technician come into our place… thankfully he saw me in the hallway and said exactly what we was doing and thankfully it was done in my entrance. He knocked/came in/said hello/did his thing/said he was done and left. Never saw him.

    @staceyy_j @TELUSsupport I've come to the conclusion that everyone's phone/internet/whatever provider is just the worst, so much worse than the other guy... which is what the other person says about their provider. I had nothing but misery with Shaw, but love Telus.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS got billed for dialing my voicemail without a roaming pkg, only to find messages were scams/phishing. CSR agent arguing that “I used my phone while roaming”. What a dumb and counterintuitive customer experience

    @shandro @YourAlberta I would like you to INFORM US about when you are going to fix the My Health website so that both vaccinations are visible for ALL users. This might be important if proof of vaccination is required. Or does your Telus contract not include a warranty?
