    @TELUS Just had a call from "Sam" at Telus. "We are running a promotion..." "I'm not interested in any promotions, thank you." "Then go to Hell!" One of your customer service reps just told me to go to hell because I didn't want to waste his time. I'm shocked.

    @maxfawcett Honestly my customer experience with Telus has been great but all of their rates are way to high compared to what people in other countries pay.

    @TELUSsupport We still don’t have access to critical emails due to this forced “migration”. Your issue escalation department apparently doesn’t work past 5:00. Your customer service line isn’t helpful on this issue. We would advise @Telus customers to find other service providers. @CRTCeng

    @jwporteous @maxfawcett This!! Haha I’ve had huge issues with all three this year. I picked telus because their service sucks the most on top of the terrible customer service 😑

    @maxfawcett Just spent 90 minutes on hold with Telus technical. Bell has never been that long in my 14 years with them.

    @maxfawcett In MB it's Bell. Telus is just OK. The biggest problem I have with Telus is billing. Errors are always in their favour, but when challenged they do immediately correct the bill. Just wish I didn't have to go over their bills monthly.

    @Bell_Aliant Can you please get someone to check the cellular tower in spryfield area as the community has been getting calls dropped wether they are bell, virgin, or Telus. It’s been happening since Thursday. I sent a ticket off to bell mobility yesterday but any help would be appreciated.

    @mgeist @s_guilbeault Of course he doesn’t understand the bill, he probably never read it. Lobbyists for Bell, Rogers, Corus, Telus wrote it.
