@TELUS @TELUSsupport as a loyal customer since 2006 your poor customer service agents are penalizing me to stay with your company. Oh well, it was fun but time to move our 3 cell phones over to @Bell. Is cheaper to keep an existing customer vs acquiring a new one.

@TELUSsupport this is for anyone who this might affect. Since about sept 12,21 Telus changed something with their emails server. Didn’t bother to look after their customers. Bouncing my outgoing emails. WTF! Wholesale change to Google but overlooked many customers

@Garossino I don’t know how big an issue this really is. Rogers, Telus and Bell all announced last year they were building out their 5G networks without using Huawei.

@ohnoyoudihnt @DrJayDrNo Sadly true. It’s grim that to actually get service, you need to talk to “customer retention” instead of “customer service.” Also, **** Telus with a big rubber ****. Then break it off & beat ‘em to death with the rest of it. (C) G. Carlin.

4 days ago I activated CALL CONTROL on my @telus mobility account. That’s FOUR days straight without a single spam call. I cannot recommend this service hard enough.

@sunlorrie @zcstocks Lorrie, it's too late. 5G is here...Bell sent me a text telling me it's in my rural location and I could upgrade my phone. Bell & Telus announced last year they were installing Huawei. Trudeau never made a decision and now its here.

@TELUS 2 Qs why is my credit being pulled to reinstate home services when I’ve been consistent mobile customer for a decade+? Why do you need separate home & mobile etc entities? 1/*

@myownfairytale @TELUSsupport I was dropping packets with Telus for so long and even though I recorded it they kept telling me it was running normally. I switched to Shaw and it's been good for 3 years. Although I know others have had issues with Shaw so it might be a "damned if you do" either way scenario.

@tnoskk1 *tweet could not be read by people with iPhone 13 iPhones. Due to the fact that you @tnoskk1 own an ancient model of the iPhone. Please upgrade your garbage phone to continue. Thank you from Telus.
