@Xplornet We’ve been on the phone constantly over the last two weeks….no resolution yet. It’s frustrating as hell. You need to step up your game or you’re losing a customer. I’ve resorted to buying a Telus smart hub so I can keep up with my office work.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS As a heavy Telus user, that seems ... high. You might want to talk to someone about updating your plan. Our top end fibre plan is $155/m before a stack of contract discounts bringing it down to $85/m. Total w/tax is $181/m with cable & video cameras.

@TekSavvyBuzz "highest prices in the world" for internet service? What utter and complete nonsense. Compare Comcast, AT&T Fiber etc. to Rogers, Shaw, Telus. The numbers don't lie.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS @Telus is always at the top of my "hate list" for customer service. In addition to a general "nothing to see here" customer service philosophy, they have the worst. customer. website. ever.

Not to mention this is a conversation that’s only happening because you guys have failed to apply a $400 credit to our account that you owe us from not honouring the vacation suspension on our account. @telus is truly horrible to do business with.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Telus charges me $95 a month for Internet. Until 3 months ago it was $55! If I change suppliers I lose my email address. The CRTC needs to let Verizon expand their service into Canada. It's $29. a month!
