    @Fidomobile You could have done what #telus and #koodo have done by making the calls and texts free to #iran at this point of time. you lost many people's trust by Internet outage few months ago and it could be a tiny step to make that up!

    @TELUSsupport I have already returned my modem, and I have a return receipt, but Telus said they did not receive it.I don't have a cell phone right now. I came back to my home country. I can only solve the problem by e-mail. Please let me know your company's contact email.

    @TELUS Long distance is disabled on my line. Went online on my account and added a LD plan saver for $5 still not working. Customer service hold wait time is over 1 hour. Please help 🙏

    @TELUS @Virgin I remember back in 2019 when the same thing happened I finally just picked up my phone and called my family and you guys sent me a 200 CAD bill. I called your customer services and begged for help and your agent insulted me. Maybe that’s the time to help? @VirginPlus

    @Bell_Support "We're here to help". My phone line is down, confirmed by my internet service provider and Bell support says to deal with them to fix Bell's phone line. So sick of the Bell Rogers Telus ********** in Canada. Time to look into #Starlink @SpaceXStarlink
