@ShawInfo My 93 yo Mom & I are at home isolating; with poor reception we switched to Telus on Sept 22, my account with Shaw was up to date! I can’t get the equipment back, spoke to Shaw many, many times over 8 weeks, and today I received a COLLECTION NOTICE! Worst customer service ever!!!

  • barryjohnson17 Barry Johnson (@barryjohnson17) reported

@telus it is very frustrating to upgrade my service. I can’t do it on line for some reason I have to call during business hours. Will the online Black Friday deals will still apply when I call in? @Shaw is it this hard to sign up, it may be time to make a change.

  • RubeneDS Rubene De Sousa (@RubeneDS) reported

Well looks like @TELUS doesn’t care about retaining customers when @Rogers offers a better deal. Won’t match or help make up the difference. Surprising since I was there from the beginning. Time to move on.

@Gabejoe @Bell Switch to @TELUS I was with Bell for years and they were crap. Telus is way better.

@HChristie2104 Howdy Holly, please recruit the right people! People who love to be a policeman or policewoman then things will be different! I still think transparency is vital! Enjoy Holly! Telus is still working on my long distance to Beijing China, still does not work, paid for the service!

@Bell I thought Telus was bad until I discovered the Nightmare that is Bell.

  • natelacroix Nate (@natelacroix) reported

@SomeCndnSkeptic Don't know who your with but telus has a free service where people calling me have to confirm they are real before it goes through. They only have to do it once for their number and since I've had it I haven't had a single robospammer.

  • EvanKrosney Evan Krosney (@EvanKrosney) reported

@Julia_Sisler @Rogers @TELUS Too bad. Could be worth calling one of your old carriers' winback numbers directly and seeing if they can give you a better deal. Bell's is 1-866-928-8053, and Telus/Koodo's is 1-833-348-3589. This is what I did when I got my current deal from Telus and it worked like a charm.
