    @patrickbetdavid to clarify on your video about Rogers. Rogers doesn’t control 90% it’s 3 companies Rogers, Bell (BCE), & Telus combined they have 90% of the market. Definitely a monopoly, we have a “Governing Organization” but run by telecom executives, so how does that help?

    So I’m kind of pissed I just changed my server to @TELUS and they don’t have 24 hour customer support or a slot to drop an email and someone will call back page how am I suppose to get help when I work during business hours ??? Stupid.

    @TELUS Hey Telus, your door-to-door canvassers are very rude. I like your services but there is no reason for your reps to not take no for an answer and get aggressive on my door step. Not cool!

    @telus it is very frustrating to upgrade my service. I can’t do it on line for some reason I have to call during business hours. Will the online Black Friday deals will still apply when I call in? @Shaw is it this hard to sign up, it may be time to make a change.

    @RearView4U @TELUS @TELUSsupport Once my phone number was in their control they used it to access my email, and then PayPal. Made approx $400 in purchases to some garbage scam site. Also forwarded emails in my account, so once I regained control, I still wasn’t getting recovery emails.

    Someone assumedly from my cellphone provider just called. Them: “Hey it’s X calling from Telus, how has your cellphone service been?” Me: “Uhh… it’s doing fine?” Them: “Okay. Thank you.” /hangs up/ Wtf?

    Stop trying to upsell me @Telus! Had someone come to our door selling smart home systems (in a pandemic, really?!) and less than 2 hrs later, a call to sell me a new tablet. Been a customer many decades. I know how to find you. Pls leave me alone.

    Well looks like @TELUS doesn’t care about retaining customers when @Rogers offers a better deal. Won’t match or help make up the difference. Surprising since I was there from the beginning. Time to move on.

    Why ******** is Shaw trying to tell me that I have a cancellation fee from my two-year plan. I've had their **** internet since 2012, that plan has been up. I'm gonna sit here looking at my new Telus tv with gig internet marking their 190$ cancellation email as spam, infinitely.

    So...our internet has been down for nearly three hours. It’s also happening to neighbours according to our neighborhood Facebook page. #telus is telling there is nothing wrong. #telus stinks right now.
