@patrickbetdavid to clarify on your video about Rogers. Rogers doesn’t control 90% it’s 3 companies Rogers, Bell (BCE), & Telus combined they have 90% of the market. Definitely a monopoly, we have a “Governing Organization” but run by telecom executives, so how does that help?

If your think rogers bad but a least they'll help you telus can't even do that right I cant wait till they get bought out maybe then there costumer services will get a badly needed upgrade man they suck words can't describe this service

Nice. Another bullshit fee associated with paying your goddamn phone bill. 🙄 The regulator shouldn't give a flying **** about Telus/Bell/Rogers having to cover credit card processing fees. Lord knows they already make enough.

Trying @TMobileHelp instead - both call center reps (their troubleshooting script, really) were unhelpful. Roaming in Canada, phone will only sometimes (rarely) authenticate with Telus for mobile data. Voice, SMS, no problem. Data? Almost never. Dunno what to do next.

lol Telus internet is so bad that I am now getting timed out for 30 minutes in @DeadByBHVR instead of 5 because the game thinks I'm a bad sport, why is Canadian internet so absolutely garbage

Spent the whole afternoon dealing with Rogers and Telus customer service. It should not be this difficult to get a better plan especially for being a loyal customer. I’m not made of money. Refuse to give half my pay check for my cellphone/tv, internet, home phone line.

@calgaryherald @healthing_ca Three big brothers need to be broken down into smaller enterprises. BELL, ROGERS & TELUS/SHAW r out of control. Similarly ALL BANKS/INSURANCE COMPANIES & OIL N GAS COMPANIES along with BIG TECHNOLOGY GIANTS need similar treatment
