@TELUS after 48 min he called me back and said he didnt realize the call was dropped. Seriously what was he doing for 48 min? When you put someone on hold you check back with them and keep them updated. He was rude full of attitude.I don’t pay $214 a month to be treated like this

For private for profit clinics. Telus Health infrastructure. In 30yrs @bcndp/@bclib have NEVER been proHC. When ever there’s union contracts up for renegotiations the Gov consistently lowballs. So what will @AdrianDix use the money for…welp will have to file an FOI to find out.

@Rogers just got a email 2 sign a petition 2 break up Roger's,telus and bell,after claiming the Roger's outage in June my answer was no I'm not signing no petition,I've been with Roger's since I moved to canada from the uk in 2007 and I will stay with them,they are ok in my books

@TELUS your employees are rude, they hang up on me they have attitude and they lie to customers. If you cannot fulfil your commitment then don’t accept customer’s orders.1st I was told 3 business days then 2 weeks and now i have been told that my order will take 3-4 weeks or more

I had to tweet about this @IntuitAcctsCA and @TELUS . I'm very disappointed. Today, I spent 4 hours dealing with support issues that should never have happened in the first place. Do better.

@TELUS you should invest in hiring good talented billing staff and in your billing system as I am frustrated with your billing process which contains errors in every bill that I get. Every month you charge $100 to $200 extra. Is this how you make money?
