    @TekSavvyCSR Telus came in to hook up my internet today and I still have no connection. The network is available but nothing loads. The admin page (192.168.1.1) says “internet is offline”. I have reset the router and contacted Telus, they said it’s on your end. Please help!

    @TELUSsupport Your data sucks in East Red Deer from north to south. Used to just be in Clearview area but is getting worse by the week. After many years of cell service from TELUS, we are seriously considering changing providers. . Do better!!!

    @TELUS your a terrible company. You signed me onto a 2 year contract without my consent. And now your team has the audacity to give me two options, pay 50% of a cancellation fee I never agreed to or follow it up with your management so they can tell me that you did nothing wrong!

    @PeterVogel @TELUSsupport @TELUS It should be a darn easy fix. Heck, I had better coverage there on Freedom Mobile and Fido. They just need to install some femtocells or amplifiers in the area and it should be a relatively easy fix. I’m dumbfounded by their lack of action.
