    @TELUS worst customer service I have ever been involved with. You need to sort out your call agents or something. Long conversation yesterday with an agent. Today no record of the call and everything discussed. Looking for other options now. Feels like you are a bunch of liars.

    @Koleffwest @TELUS if you are in Victoria, the signal can bounce off USA towers. idk where you are but i'd pin them down as to the problem. Maybe force them to give you a printed copy of calls. You cant be in USA and 10 mins later calling someone down the road on the island. Proof is paperwrk

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport after having issues with my home security I called the support line and after running through all the options they gave us it ended up deactivating one of my cameras to which I couldn’t reconnect it. The support agent said they would have to send a tech

    Well I was going to upgrade my @TELUSsupport plan (internet & add TV) so I could get the 55" Samsung TV but it seems like the rep that was helping ghost'd me. Great Customer Service @TELUS

    @OttawaCitizen Hmm. 27.7 million to McKinsey to try to fix Harpers' Phoenix Pay - and I don't remember Harper having to deal with a pandemic, although he did sign a 31 year trade pact with China, borrowed 2 pandas and smiled while Bell and Telus did a deal with Huawei to do Canada's LTE ...

    So my @TELUS internet service has just stopped the past four day for no reason. No notification of an interruption and no reason there would be one. And don't tell me to unplug it and plug it back in again.. I can't even call anyone to help. I'm using the worst week..

    @TELUSsupport Service in the Apex Mountain Resort area has been down for over 24hrs for Telus smart hub. This length of outage is unacceptable. When will this issue be resolved?
