    I still don't understand how @TELUS was able to buy @masconcable meaning both internet options in my village are controlled by 1 company. How is this not a monopoly? Tech support ends at 8pm and I have been waiting for an agent for nearly 20 minutes

    The Telus PikTV app: Has no way to filter content that you've paid for from rentals or things that need extra subscriptions. 😡💸 Otherwise, UI seems no worse than any other app on this device. Which is a lot more than can be said for their absolutely, painfully broken web app.

    @shannonswee1 Get Shaw ask them for a deal. they will give you a deal for a year. after a year tell them you are switching, they probably extend the deal. If this doesn't work actually do switch to Telus and ask for a deal. Also, these companies have student discounts

    @cards_27 @as_per_danielle I’ve dealt with all the big ones and Telus by far has the best customer service (which doesn’t say much). Rogers/Fido is awful, even to dealers
