  I still don't understand how @TELUS was able to buy @masconcable meaning both internet options in my village are controlled by 1 company. How is this not a monopoly? Tech support ends at 8pm and I have been waiting for an agent for nearly 20 minutes

  @ClydeDoSomethin @TELUSsupport Should read "...hire more CANADIAN based service agents actually employed by Telus." "Agents" are contracted out from another part of the 🌏 by a 3rd party co.   @TELUSsupport instructed us to disconnect the wrong cable Sunday, and now with no services I struggle to work from home to figure out how to process payroll for 4 companies. @TELUS says not to worry that someone will be here on Tuesday and if it is our issues we pay $150. Crappy!

  @JessLStanley Not good but at least you can book a physical exam. We have to wait until there's an emergency. BC's health care system is broken. No wonder Telus is taking over.

  @themaritimegirl Does the M900 have the ability to use 3G service? AFAIK the only operator in Canada to operate a 2G GSM network was Rogers, and I believe it shut down at the end of last year. Even tho Bell & Telus used SIM cards their networks were all 3G based
