    I still don't understand how @TELUS was able to buy @masconcable meaning both internet options in my village are controlled by 1 company. How is this not a monopoly? Tech support ends at 8pm and I have been waiting for an agent for nearly 20 minutes

    I’ve been a @telusmobility @TELUS customer for over 20 years, was just on hold for 15 mins to speak with someone in the loyalty group. 15 mins!? Great service for your loyal customers Telus.

    @TELUSsupport Are Telus services down in Coquitlam area? Just stopped about an hour and a half ago and their offices are closed. Can’t believe they don’t have after hours support.

    @kowalat Yep starlink is GREAT but that's at the new house. My phone is Telus, we're way down from the Hwy, to far. Get like one or two bars, sometimes.

    Go to pay my @Telus bill this morning and informed I'll now be charged a Credit Card Processing fee. I sympathize with small bus and never complain... But Telus... You already charge too much for your service vs your competition... And I have shares so I know how your doing.

    Is there an issue with the Telus Connect app. Not working in Burnaby BC since yesterday afternoon. Have restarted modem, reinstalled app. No success.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS your Internet tech support is brutal. Two agents this morning, over two hours being put on hold for trouble shooting.. no resolution. The first suggested they’d call back.. instead texted to say they were stuck on another call. Suggestions? Send me a tech!
