I still don't understand how @TELUS was able to buy @masconcable meaning both internet options in my village are controlled by 1 company. How is this not a monopoly? Tech support ends at 8pm and I have been waiting for an agent for nearly 20 minutes

@IRPlawyer We had a Telus technician come into our place… thankfully he saw me in the hallway and said exactly what we was doing and thankfully it was done in my entrance. He knocked/came in/said hello/did his thing/said he was done and left. Never saw him.

@TiMoudou @CailinasEirinn Now I don't want you to laugh but it is a land line. I do not own a cell phone. I have a little Telus phone for emergency only when I go out. I am the only person in Vancouver without a cell.

@CP24 Not only do we pay the highest rates in the world to the Bell, Rogers Telus oligopoly but our wonderful government just gave them about 250 million of our tax money to save jobs. A week later they laid off a **** load of people and gave all the execs bonuses. Only in Canada!

@Narfy83 @TELUS Yep. Terrible. I actually feel sorry for the CSR, as frustrated as I am with them - it’s not their fault.

@kellythe1st @TELUS Okay. I genuinely have no idea what your beef with me is. You came out of nowhere and seem to be mad that I… support people not dying of COVID?

@TELUSsupport @TELUS got billed for dialing my voicemail without a roaming pkg, only to find messages were scams/phishing. CSR agent arguing that “I used my phone while roaming”. What a dumb and counterintuitive customer experience

@kingdomofwench @USAA_help When will companies learn that it is better to help than to get tons of negative publicity on a platform like Twitter? I'm going through the same thing with Telus... only I'm telling everyone on Twitter what bastards they are and not them. They should know better.

@MarkSweeney @IRPlawyer @TELUS They called my 82yo mum. She thought she had to let them in cuz they told her the area is being upgraded. They were trying to take advantage of a senior citizen. It wasn’t until she told me that I called them and canceled it. How horrible they are. I’ll never use them EVER

Does @TELUS suck in the rain as well? Or is it just @Shawhelp that stops internet service during cloudy periods. Wish we had more damn Internet options.

@nessie12 @IRPlawyer @TELUS If it was so bad, way more people would be getting it than are. People have been interacting more than any point in the pandemic, yet cases still aren’t close to our peak. Explain that, if it was so bad we’d be at 1000’s of cases a day by now
