    I still don't understand how @TELUS was able to buy @masconcable meaning both internet options in my village are controlled by 1 company. How is this not a monopoly? Tech support ends at 8pm and I have been waiting for an agent for nearly 20 minutes

    @iostech1 @TELUS @CCTS_CPRST Maybe but get this: Telus accused me of a fraudulent charge being on my phone bill. 😡I went through the CCTS but they did nothing to help. Make sure to always look at your phone bills very carefully because they collude and are complicit with scammers to make a cut of the money.

    @Rolltide9193 @EdmontonOilers For warning, I live in Morinville and have had Telus for a few years now. Probably the worst service I've ever had, topped off with a customer service group that wont fix the issues.

    @iostech1 @TELUS @CCTS_CPRST I did get my money back but I had to put up a fight. They eventually said they would do it as a “one time courtesy”. I said I would do the “courtesy” of never doing business with them again. To me they are just evil. And I will definitely call them out in hopes to protect others

    Phone is definitely hacked again. As soon as I change passwords, they have Immediate access. The worst I'd I can only see some of them while the rest are hidden. Ok ENG-CRTC where are you now? I have the legal right to depend on Telus not helping!

    @jaykaypee14 @Bell_MTS These responses from the company you're leaving are the worst. We had a similar experience with moving from AAA Alarms to Telus/ADT. The last minute "we care and value your business" after you've been telling them the issues you're having with their service is beyond insulting.

    I stand corrected .. neither your digital or on phone clients seem educated about Telus ending support for current PikTV boxes... poor product knowledge all around ?

    The latest @TELUS commercial on @Global_Montreal concerning wireless doorlocking portrays the male as an inmature moron. A poor example for our children.

    @KatelynTigchel2 I can’t watch with my Telus login from Vancouver to watch the game on Sportsnet here. It sucks.
