I still don't understand how @TELUS was able to buy @masconcable meaning both internet options in my village are controlled by 1 company. How is this not a monopoly? Tech support ends at 8pm and I have been waiting for an agent for nearly 20 minutes

@TELUS Service to all of Flagstaff county including Sedgewick and Hardisty has been reduced for TWO weeks now to one bar if you’re lucky. Businesses can’t even process transactions. Spending hundreds more on boosters now. Fix these issues or the phones are paperweights

Talk about INSTANT regret moving our business away from Telus. Pals, the grass is not greener. Worst customer experience. @Bell should be ashamed, they sure wanted that 6 new device sale though… They messed everything up in the initial call then proceeded to blame it all on us.

In that case @telus you have my business when my term is over!! Also @bell why do in store reps need to call customer service for problems…what a waste of time if I’m store reps don’t have access to anything. All I need is my final bill to prove to collections I owe $0
