    I still don't understand how @TELUS was able to buy @masconcable meaning both internet options in my village are controlled by 1 company. How is this not a monopoly? Tech support ends at 8pm and I have been waiting for an agent for nearly 20 minutes

    @TELUSsupport I have over two hours waiting….You need to make serious changes. 1. Call que so people can hang up and get a call back. 2. Change email - when we have to change an email you can’t send a verification to a non existent email. Make it a text confirmation to our Telus number!!!

    @TELUSsupport We have been trying to confirm our order since August 3 and today spent 1hour and 16 minutes to straighten out issues. We then get an email changing terms when no-one discussed this with us. Boo 😒 Telus teams

    Public mobile is taking monthly billing payments but doesn't reset the minutes and data for the month. Public mobile tech support is difficult contact as well. #telus #publicmobile @PublicMobile @TELUS

    @KeithCo30475934 Interesting. We went through Telus, then Rogers, ended up with Bell - never had a reason to dislike them except for cost but same the other two are even more expensive. That's all that's available here.

    @TELUS Is there another way to reach Telus? Am currently on HOLD (said it would be 15 mins, at 32) 2xs I’ve left my # for callback both returns began with “Hi, you’re a great customer,I’d like to discuss a Telus special deal”..I have a cell issue I want to discuss not buy things

    @tedcamp I’ll never forget that fact. Reality is, it was all broken before. They just purposely made it worse to introduce a new business model. Virtual healthcare, driven by AI and backed by corporations like Telus (Babylon)
