    I still don't understand how @TELUS was able to buy @masconcable meaning both internet options in my village are controlled by 1 company. How is this not a monopoly? Tech support ends at 8pm and I have been waiting for an agent for nearly 20 minutes

    @TELUS It would be nice if your reps had some manners when they call to solicit business. I just received a call from someone from your business office . He was condescending, rude and unprofessional. The number he called from 647-249-1111.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport only cares for the money over they don’t want you to cancel something that you don’t use at all. I was told I can’t cancel until next October. When I phoned 5 months ago they said I could cancel this October

    @AnthonyFarnell I’m with @TELUS and they have this new feature called Call Control. People have to manually enter a number they’re given when they call in order for it to go through my phone. My phone never rings now. It’s beautiful!

    @TELUS what alarm companies did Telus buy besides ADT? I need to find one they haven’t bought so I can get off the crappy alarm service train. Nothing but trouble with our home alarm system. Multiple visits from techs to fix. Another on the way today.

    @TELUSsupport is there a reason the telus network is acting up, losing signal on optik TV and can't find network to sign into wifi, it's not logging in and when it does it kicks me off within minutes
