I still don't understand how @TELUS was able to buy @masconcable meaning both internet options in my village are controlled by 1 company. How is this not a monopoly? Tech support ends at 8pm and I have been waiting for an agent for nearly 20 minutes

@TELUS To greedy. Telus dud not want to pay for call takers but wanted the money. They are hypocritical saying they care about health when it’s only about money. This company is a sham and their stupid animal advertising is extremely hypocritical

How is it the Province's fault that a million people couldn't follow simple instructions and wait to call for a vaccination until it was their turn? Not having a callback queue was definitely a big mistake which I hope Telus will fix. #blamegame #CommonSense

@RobShaw_BC @jjhorgan I’m sure Telus bears some responsibility for sure BUT you never throw a supplier under the bus like that, it looks cheap and petty, and to be clear, the huge call volumes were clearly related to the terrible inconsistencies on the BCCDC site, no wonder it failed.

@theBreakerNews Telus fails its customers every minute. Adrian Dix did not do proper due delligence on Telus. This is a serious let down for British Columbians when we talking about life and death situation. Vaccines is too priority. Telus was a sleep. Shame.

@jjhorgan @TELUS You already had internal resources to manage call centres Premier, it doesn’t make any sense to have involved Telus. I’m disappointed that you can’t provide enough leadership to ensure that existing resources are used rather than throwing money (and blame) at Telus. Fail.

@jjhorgan @TELUS The tell tale sign of a great leader is blaming someone else. You had months to implement this! If you were held to the same standards as every other worker in BC. Heads would be rolling. Get it together. And quite ******* harvesting old growth forests you idiot!!!

@RobShaw_BC @CHEK_News Telus “apologizes“ for not staffing up a whopping 6 days after receiving a contract that should have been finalized 6 months ago. Mass vaccination effort coming to BC? Who knew?! Telus didn’t fail, the BC gov failed.
