I still don't understand how @TELUS was able to buy @masconcable meaning both internet options in my village are controlled by 1 company. How is this not a monopoly? Tech support ends at 8pm and I have been waiting for an agent for nearly 20 minutes

@TELUS Great could you also@invest in a better customer experience? As a customer who consumes multiple services I should only need to see one bill and have one person support me as opposed to having to be passed around departments! Come on!!

  • igamband . (@igamband) reported

@dustbobgod I was on shaw and never had a problem, moved and changed to telus and it is unstable

  • babcock_brad Brad Babcock (@babcock_brad) reported

@dustbobgod Reliability for any service depends upon where you live. In general speeds on Shaw are consistent with advertised speeds. On Telus you need to live near one of their central offices to get their full posted speeds. At least with DSL. If Telus has full fibre it may differ.

@cvangeyn Why is TNF not in my Telus cable service anymore? Too much balance and advocacy of access to information and liberty?

  • BlissMai Shaelyn Marie 🦇 (@BlissMai) reported

Really hating our @TELUS internet. Spoken to @TELUSsupport twice in less then 24 hours and our internet is still **** and no one comes to check till Thursday. Why the hell are we paying for internet if it’s not working. Cable is hardly working. Can’t wait to switch providers!
