I still don't understand how @TELUS was able to buy @masconcable meaning both internet options in my village are controlled by 1 company. How is this not a monopoly? Tech support ends at 8pm and I have been waiting for an agent for nearly 20 minutes

@_china_xox Every phone company right now has similar plans so there's not much difference there. Customer service wise - Telus is the best Choices of phones, perks etc - Rogers Bell- cell service? Those are your pros but it's what you want your bill to look like

@iRiskpvp i dont understand why they throttle. ive been with @TELUS canada with their google fiber 1gb up and down and ive never gotten throttled for 2 years now.

@Mark_Goldberg @TELUS Good to see the problem acknowledged. Even if it is a competitive response to #MVNO and #CRTC wireless industry review. But why does it need to be a special program? Seniors, youth, newcomers are #underserved. Also anyone in Canada with lower income, moderate use, trying to save.

@Crackmacs @koodo @TELUSsupport his cell # before leaving, says call him if the issue returns, do that on a Thurs, he promises to be there Sat, never shows, never calls, nothing. I'm so fed up. AFAIC, they can expunge our contract & we'll go back to Shaw. Then when our Telus cell contracts are up, we switch
