    @TELUSsupport called because my calls get dropped randomly...what happens-call gets dropped while I am waiting to be transferred to tech support...will the agent call me back?? Beyond annoyed and frustrated with Telus right now!

    @TELUS wow - our experience with your customer service folks tonight for our Telus home security system is abysmal - we had six fire trucks in our driveway for a non-issue but your rep keeps repeating that our system is working correctly. Seriously you need to step up and listen

    @KTBarnes3 I do this all the time working the drive-in at Telus Spark. When I am in a hurray I just say the first word that comes to me… I ended up writing it down but don’t have time to read…. Lol

    @TELUSsupport I am utterly disappointed with your service. Was supposed to receive my internet/tv 3 days ago after my move but apparently Telus didn't catch the issues 2 weeks ago when I booked the appt! And after countless calls there is NO PROGRESS & more delays 😠

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport today is their day ur internet is down with no ETA and no info of what's gone wrong, it's Monday my wife n I work from home we both have lost a day's because there's no internet, it's unacceptable for downtown Calgary area

    I was a @Shawhelp customer for 5 years, until today. Cancelling my service and going with Telus instead. Don’t use this company for internet services, all you’ll have is regrets and ****** hardware.

    Renegotiating cel phone contracts is so much fun. I actually have to leave the @telus store to go call customer service to ask for a different plan and then go back to the store. Why are cel phone companies still like this??

    Rogers customer for 7 years. Not once did they try to give me a better deal, waive a charge for data overage, or improve my service in any way. I'm not expecting better from Telus; but Rogers offering a better deal after I've left is a slam-dunk that they can suck eggs forever.
