  Bought a phone from the @TELUS online store 9 days ago today. Had to go in store verify my identity, then talk to customer service on the phone, both assured me things were gonna proceed normally. My phone STILL hasn’t shipped. Is this how you treat new customers @TELUSsupport ?

  @SquatchMcTimbit @TELUSsupport TELUS just changed voicemail platforms in March. This may be a symptom of that transition. Call into TELUS from a different phone and ask Tech Support to reset her voicemail profile back to brand new.

  @TELUS i temporary moved to Michigan from vancouver and got the US-CAN plan. Getting single network bar and LTE is no better than 2G speeds. Tried sim card in-out, phone on-off as your CSR team always recommend. Please sort this out or I'll have to switch. Thenks!

  @kd_YYC Shaw sucks. We use Telus and Telus PIK TV which is essentially internet base tv. You get a smart box with it so we installed Kodi on it as well.

  During a phone conversation with @TELUS this afternoon, I hear a rooster in the background on the other line. Asked the rep if that was in fact a Rooster. "Yes. I work from home and it's very early in the morning here." Why are call service jobs being outsourced?
