    @TELUSsupport called because my calls get dropped randomly...what happens-call gets dropped while I am waiting to be transferred to tech support...will the agent call me back?? Beyond annoyed and frustrated with Telus right now!

    @TELUS wow - our experience with your customer service folks tonight for our Telus home security system is abysmal - we had six fire trucks in our driveway for a non-issue but your rep keeps repeating that our system is working correctly. Seriously you need to step up and listen

    @Haywire_45 I'm no fan of Telus for internet or cell in this area either but simply no choice. Fought for years over pathetic service on air cards and cell phones, but for some reason that smart hubs rocks, something is different how it gets so much better signal, like they are prioritized.

    On hold with @TELUS for over 2 hours. In the Telus store for over 1 hour this afternoon. All I want is to put my new phone on my old prepaid number. World class customer service…. After all, what better thing to do on a Friday night than wait on hold!

    @alf_wilson @BCschoolCovid I don’t think you’re wrong. But I have to say I’ve had good experiences with Telus. They are timely with scrips, referrals etc. just sucks not having a clinic to visit.
