  @TELUSsupport called because my calls get dropped randomly...what happens-call gets dropped while I am waiting to be transferred to tech support...will the agent call me back?? Beyond annoyed and frustrated with Telus right now!

  Really frustrating when @TELUSsupport @TELUS can’t give you a straight answer. “Services are possible down in your areas as Barhead Alberta is having an outage. You will get daily texts. Don’t fall back.” Don’t call back so just take my money but don’t call and ask why

  Having stayed in several places on my trip through BC and the Telus cell coverage has been absolutely terrible everywhere... Nanaimo, Ladysmith, Chilliwack, Courtney.

  @MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Yes, there’s room for lowering g the cost. Having worked for AT&T and Telus I know they have huge infrastructure build costs. Plus a horrible regulator that increases costs. Nevertheless, they are lots of opportunities to reduce internal costs of their business processes.

  @JamesMac_Fit I scrapped my Telus router for Unifi gear. Created a separate WiFi network for the kids' devices, which shuts off a couple of hours before bedtime. Content filters at the router, not on devices. We collected their devices when the network dropped, and I read to them every night.
