    @TELUS wow - our experience with your customer service folks tonight for our Telus home security system is abysmal - we had six fire trucks in our driveway for a non-issue but your rep keeps repeating that our system is working correctly. Seriously you need to step up and listen

    @TELUSsupport called because my calls get dropped randomly...what happens-call gets dropped while I am waiting to be transferred to tech support...will the agent call me back?? Beyond annoyed and frustrated with Telus right now!

    @RackedNStacked Verizon bought Bell Atl (1997). Revenue wise yes ATT. Wireless is VZ. The US has become Canada in the regard. Canada has 3 major cell carriers Telus/Rogers/BCE. They have the highest cell bills in the world. It's all bad business. No competition whatsoever.

    Thank you @TELUS /@TELUSsupport for turning a small issue with my phone that should have been easily rectified into a big issue causing us to look for another provider - so many employees but none are empowered to do anything #poorcustomerservice

    Hey @TELUS and other cell companies, how come Beaumont Alberta has no service unless you’re on WiFi? Can see I should have LTE or 5G and nothing loads. Lots of complaints on Facebook about the issue.
