    @TELUSsupport called because my calls get dropped randomly...what happens-call gets dropped while I am waiting to be transferred to tech support...will the agent call me back?? Beyond annoyed and frustrated with Telus right now!

    @TELUS wow - our experience with your customer service folks tonight for our Telus home security system is abysmal - we had six fire trucks in our driveway for a non-issue but your rep keeps repeating that our system is working correctly. Seriously you need to step up and listen

    @TELUSsupport My smart wifi hub that was sent out to replace my existing modem after I've upgraded to the gigabit service was sent using incomplete address information and Fedex is saying only Telus can change it. Quite disappointed in the Home internet upgrade process.

    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Rogers Telus Bell etc hire them Because they R cheap and good at scamming 🤷 1 canadian scammed = more money for the crooked corporations, if you need a service go to any mall look for your provider & let them call for what you need this way companies will stop hiring scammers 🤷

    Excuse me @TELUS Why do you outsource your call center jobs to India? You're a Canadian company! Why are you not hiring Canadians to do this job? Why am I getting calls from a call center in India about my account? There are more than enough Canadians looking for work I will not accept calls from some call center in India about my service!

    @DanMazierMP Telus was handed $300 million and they not only can't deliver a solution but are also cutting jobs. All while there's never been as many people to subscribe to their internet and mobile plans.

    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I called for support the other day, I couldn’t understand the agent, his accent was so bad and he could barely speak English I asked for another agent and he became rude and abusive, at least the Philippine agents could speak English Terrible customs r service

    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Wait until you try to cancel any services. Took my wife probably 20 hrs on the phone over the course of several weeks to get rid of these parasites.
