I have a sore throat, my only symptom, and trying to book a telehealth appointment at a clinic or on telus health means waiting several days. None of the walk ins around me will see people in person UNLESS your family doctor works there. & its stupid hard to GET a family doctor

Ever since @TELUS bought ADT the level of service has gone way down. I hung up after waiting close to an hour to ask a simple question. @TELUSsupport

@TELUS my @Shawhelp 2 year 300MB contract expires next month and they’re asking me to renew and pay more monthly. You guys got anything for me to make the switch? I’ve been using Shaw for years; down to make the switch if I can pay the same or save.

@lyteforce Loved the Orbi in the short time I had it, but had a heckuva time trying to get it to work with my Optik wireless boxes. Telus helped out tremendously to explain what a bridge network was, but it became more trouble for me to figure out so I took them back. As advertised, though!

@katynotie I saw these poor buggers from telus in purple polos wandering around my neighborhood with clipboards going door to door, presumably sales of some sort. Bad timing.

@Kamscan The camera system I had on my home, through Telus, had very poor resolution, had to go onto Amazon to find better cameras that allowed clear concise pictures.

I'm not even a @Telus customer yet and I already can't stand the company. 1. WORST IVR on the planet. 2. All "offshore" customer service. (Hope you like the sound of roosters crowing) 3. 1 hour+ waiting times to get through. All I am trying to do is switch from @Rogers!

The best part about being a @TELUS customer isn't paying nearly $100 for 5G of data but it's the fact that you can't add a data top on *their own app* because they can't connect to their *own servers*. Canadians are, again, getting absolutely hosed by the big three.
