The @TELUS fibre has been out in my entire building for 10 days now and @TELUSsupport still cannot tell me when it will be fixed. So not only am I paying over $100/mo for no service, I’m also paying around $40/day for coworking hot desks just to do my job. Absolutely insane.

@TELUSsupport Could someone please help me resolve this end to end? On the phone call in December the Telus representative told me he was going to supervise the process with Asurion and that he would check in and contact me. I’ve received no contact from this representative.

@SimplyMatthias @massaBeard @TheBeardGuys Lmao yea I have three options. 6 down 1 up with telus. Obvious nope. My current provider offers 1000 down 10 up, or 150 down 20 up on a more expensive business account. 🙄 I took the 20 up but miss out on the 1000 down
