    2 b clear: I think CRTC should stay out of it, other than 4 regulated "essential" svcs, which is NOT what telus went after... if you really want to use your credit card to pay for cell service & don't want the fee, you can switch to a competitor (for now)...

    Third quater Operating revenues & other income for #Telus increased by 10% (to $4.7 billion) over the same period last year. They will be penalizing their poor customers by charging fees if bill is paid using credit card. When will the #greed stop?

    @TELUSsupport Two line ported, two to go. Service gone downhill for telus/koodo over the years. A sim card cost $22? Like WTH. I'm glad, I'm moving to another provider.

    @my_bijutsu @TELUS This is so exhausting and disrespectful, I’m sorry you have to deal with this. When I was managing my mom’s estate, I was shocked at the awful, stupid, incompetent way I was treated by large corporations while closing up various accounts (while tender and grieving, of course).

    @HumaneCanada Interesting. My understanding is @Kijiji being the decent organization that it is & who is also big supporter of Animal Welfare-has taken measures to combat this.Perhaps @Telus can offer up a solution? Or maybe they’re making up for the money they won’t get for charging cc fees?

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport @TELUS long time customer (2005) here called you loyalty team yesterday , more like disloyalty team can’t find solutions and Rude service can’t at least try to find options ,for your long time customers be looking in a month,am gone when contract is over
