    @RogersHelps I thought you guys had some plan in place for data outages after the last incident. It’s been forever and we still don’t have internet. Telus and Bell have internet. What happened? After the last fiasco this was not supposed to happen.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS your fibre optic network installed in my neighborhood has been extremely unreliable since being installed early November. Even with numerous attempts from a very customer focused employee has not resolved the problem. I would never recommend it to anyone.

    @Bell customer service reps insults my intelligence on why the last guy could offer me this deal but disconnected the line and now you can’t. “ our deals sometimes change one minute to the other” are you kidding me? Time to go to @TELUS
