@SamsungMobile @TELUS message 1 of 3 - i recently bought the #Galaxy Z Flip about 6 months ago which started falling apart. I went through telus who offered little help - but in fairness to you telus you are not the manufacturer. Samsung. I gave up after many phone calls. 1/3

@Eastlink has to easily be the worst internet I’ve ever had … lived in the city for 4 years had Telus never had a single issue .. moved North and eastlink goes down at least once a week for hours at a time and I pay for this crap. Can’t imagine doing online schooling here 🤯

Crappy customer service, i have been trying to get @TELUS internet for last 2 weeks and @TELUSsupport doesn’t even know how to bring fiber net into a building. Frustrating as hell and yet they charge fortune. #telusisbad
