Currently trying to decide between @TELUS @TELUSsupport and @Shawhelp for home service. Shaw took 1 minute to talk to a rep and I’m currently on a one hour wait with Telus. So far Shaw is killing Telus in every category!

@ShawInfo Shaw came out to fix my neighbours internet yesterday and knocked out my internet in the process. No I’m getting the run around and the soonest a tech can come out is the 6th. Family needs the internet for work what a joke this company is. @Telus what says you?

@TELUS telus internet has been dropping for two weeks and Tech Support says...there's an outage it's being worked on and there's no end date. Yet when I check the outage map there's nothing indicated. So, are they just jerking me around or incompetent.
