Currently trying to decide between @TELUS @TELUSsupport and @Shawhelp for home service. Shaw took 1 minute to talk to a rep and I’m currently on a one hour wait with Telus. So far Shaw is killing Telus in every category!

@pewpewpew Oh weird. That error screen is from VV, maybe an issue on Telus's end, telling your phone you have it, but you don't. Calling yourself should still work.

Is there something I am not doing right? I was accepted as a Search Engine Evaluator (English) with Telus, but I work through UHRS, which seems to be the reason why the pay is **** according to what I've read here. And my demands were very low because I'm mexican

@GregUtas @maxfawcett Yeah, we've never had a corrupt business take advantage of people. Telus/Bell/Rogers have really been held accountable to their customers while policing themselves.

Went to the local Telus store with my Wife phone that was locked out with $77.25 in her account, listened to a lot of BS from an attendant trying to cover their mistake never did get an answer why it was locked. Typical Telus.

@Kamloopskat1 @TELUS Apparently the problem was with Apple, who were saying it would take hours but in reality it only took less than one.
