    Currently trying to decide between @TELUS @TELUSsupport and @Shawhelp for home service. Shaw took 1 minute to talk to a rep and I’m currently on a one hour wait with Telus. So far Shaw is killing Telus in every category!

    Keep in mind, that lady is no spring chicken, which means her father was a vulnerable senior being taken advantage of. How many other Seniors are being double-billed? Will #Telus get NASA & MENSA members to help check that too since they claim they can't because it's too hard?

    I hope whomever took my phone at the @EdmontonOilers game really needed it. With the lock on it and everything...pretty sure it's just a paper weight....anyway, guess I get to pay for their paper weight for another year and a bit....@TELUS any options for me to help ease this?

    @klaszus As far as I know, AGT's corporate archives went to Vancouver with the company when Telus merged with BC Tel. Albertans paid for that body of records to be created, and it belongs to us. I could be wrong, but I've never seen those records.

    @rainboe9000 I like the way you talk! Damn girl you single? 😜 Seriously though, Im really looking forward to it. Telus doesnt get bogged down by traffic from other people at peak times too. Im gonna make sure everything is maxxed before the tech leaves for sure.

    @Leenerrr We live in St. Albert and have had telus fibre optic for few months now. We’ve had telus for internet and tv for years, and I wouldn’t recommend switching from SHAW. We have significant wifi issues and customer support is a hellish experience!

    @TELUSsupport Day 2 of trying to get this billing issue resolved for my office landline and no one cares at Telus to resolve this issue. It doesn’t help that business solutions closes on the weekend. I called yesterday right when they opened no one got back to me about my issue

    @mssinenomine This freaks me out bc telus was at my building the other day. 3 workers came outside and were talking amongst themselves about how to treat ppl who were rude to them when they showed up. They were walking away so I i didnt get it all. I'm under contract with Shaw for 2 more yrs

    My office landline phone bill has doubled. I have a case number but no one following up or caring your get this issue resolved. I’m extremely frustrated that an issue that should’ve been resolved in a couple of hours had now dragged on for days without Telus caring

    @TELUSsupport I did again today. Same story. Can't do anything because you rely on Bell to provide your service in this area, ticket with Bell still open etc. This is very frustrating and you are likely going to lose my household as a customer. Telus should have a way to have Bell expedite.
