So @TELUS sends me an email to pay my last and final bill… I go to login to my account to put a payment on it and I can’t even get in and says “account number no valid” You guys are seriously the worst!!! I just want to wash my hands off with this god awful company

@GreatScott082 @angrydadof5 @TELUS Hi Scotty! Our saga is a long and sad tale. The 4th installer that came yesterday may have it partially fixed, so we at least have internet after 2 weeks without, but we still can’t get the service we want in our new place 😑

@StevenEllisTHN @TELUS Disappointed that despite there being customer service reps available in store to help me cancel my recently deceased mothers phone that I’ve been told I need to call a 1-800 number. I’ve been on hold waiting for an agent for 11 minutes and counting.

@bowker_john A credit card fee is a cost of doing business. It makes it easy for the customer and the company to collect payment. This should not be allowed. Telus take a lesson form OLG who were trying to charge a fee for processing lottery tickets on line, but since retracted it
