Finding it veryyyyy difficult to want to stay with @TELUS after 10 years because of new awful plan and a hidden upgrade fee and overages every month that I “can’t get a new plan” with 🙄🤬😡

Hell a few months ago even at my moms was considering ditching Shaw for Telus but stayed with them because Telus's TV packages are annoying as **** to figure out and you also would need to buy an internet package first because Telus's TV offerings is IPTV on steroids.

So Telus, it's been over 18 hours, there is no change in my outage, your outage website is not working, your technicians don't have any information because there's no notes on your outage boards. Goodbye

@DicesNA @TELUS Yeah it’s a **** show over here and there’s actually like nothing that can be done. I’m probably out $1.5-2k from when it’s gone out at crucial times. But when it went out in that fortnite tourney it crushed me cause I just wanted to have atleast one good cash cup placing.

It's why I ported numbers over to @TELUS. The economics of business show it is cheaper/better to maintain an existing customer than a new one, despite what new activation fees would have you believe. All @Rogers has done is lose out on an on-time paying loyal customer of 17 years

@regdns @Kayeishness @Roscopcoletrain Exactly. Ask them why they're going against CRTC rulings by saying no. I've gone from Bell to Telus to Eastlink with my cell number. The only reason you should have a problem is if you've cancelled your cell number before you try to port it.

Thankful to @TELUS and their sales team for providing a great mobility plan and service. Beyond disappointed by the "customer service" and connectivity at @Fidomobile. Easily the worst I've dealt with.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport we just called for an issue with our tv. After providing our emails address the support rep requested our PASSWORD. You are a technology company. Shame on you. Many oblivious people use the same password for various accounts you are *asking* for issues.
