Epic fail today @TELUSsupport @TELUS. Not only did my appointment for today get bungled but now your agents can’t even schedule a new one. This is horrible customer service. A lesson in how not to handle customers.

@TELUS ur customer service is an absolute joke. 3 weeks, dozens of phone calls, hours on hours on hold & on the phone and still no resolution. Multiple agents promising call backs & no follow through. I give you $250 a month for services and this is how I’m treated? #time2switch

@mrsmaris I'm so sorry and feel so dumb. I don't see how [Telus working with Canada Proud] and [Telus working with Signh] is Sighn working with Canada Proud? Can you help me see what I am missing? Isn't the criticism why is he reading things Telus writes?

@FuckTrudy @TELUS I remember when Telus had that “Yak” plan and totally undercut AGT - great service then! But when they got big and the only competitor in the market, their service took a nosedive faster than a celebratory Major Kong (a la Dr. Strangelove))

Only made a twitter to state the fact that @TELUS @TELUSsupport continue to hound my family over my late sisters unpaid bill and now they have collectors bothering us Whereas waved her unpaid bill & shut the account down completely. Telus should take notes and have some sympathy

Oh no, I forgot my old isp provided crave (hbo) with their service. Now that I’ve moved and changed services, **** Telus btw, I’ll have to find another way to watch. 😒

@FuckTrudy @TELUS This is the downside of corporatism. A small little group owns all the resources for cellular, internet & cable service. There is no legitimate competition & they basically all conspire together to set the prices astronomically high while offering peanuts as “signing incentives”.

@alanfryermedia Rogers would increase competition in Western Canada so Telus was happy to help Singh to scupper the deal
