    @CousineauAlbert Bell and telus use the same towers. Ive dropped to many call right in my yard over the last couple of months. Time to try a different cellular network

    Gotta love it when Telus knocks on my door to poach me from a different service provider. And the sales person tries to talk in circles getting caught in providing misinformation and wasting my time. Oh and then comes back twice in the evening to annoy you again. #goaway @TELUS

    @TELUSsupport So far, everyone agent on the phone admits it’s a Telus error. On March 4 alone, we spent 4hrs on the phone with agents. This was after multiple calls where we’d be told a representative would call us back. No one would, so we opted to hold while each level was unable to help.

    Anyone else battling Telus' harassment with Fiber installation? The threats of cutting our service if we don't comply have ramped up. I didn't even allow them to install it from the street to our house yrs ago! My heels are dug in and I don't intend to bend...

    I think my favourite part about @TELUS internet is having to reset the whole system after a power outage. Or just randomly when it stops working. Sometimes a new SSID, sometimes new hardware. It's always a fun adventure 😶

    .@telus trying to steal me as a customer from their own company @koodo and have the nerve to tack on $150 activation fees. I'm sure that works on a lot of people, not me. You just angered me. #canada #terrible #customerexperience

    @TELUSsupport extremely disappointed in Telus customer service. Have been trying for 12 days to open up a new business account for a company that has been in business for over 30 years. I need to be contacted by upper level management at 905 632 8503 ext 204

    Looking at their site Telus has been offering their 75Mbps for $85 but had no problem charging us $140 for 2 years. And the same service in Europe is like $20.
