Loyal Samsung customer for 10 years. Bought S22 last year, due to cold weather and air travel. Huge problem on the S22 phone every time. Discussed with Telus and Samsung, wasted multiple hours, no solution given by anyone. Horrible experience @SamsungCanada #SamsungUnpacked

@Ryan_r_Williams In Canada, cell bill skyrocketed through the roof instead of going down! Oligopolies are controlling and they're even controlling the CRTC! There's no competition at all! Only the big 3; Telus, Rogers and Bell! Canada seriously need a lot more competition to bring the price down

@TELUS 2 weeks ago I signed up for 2 mobility lines with 100GB. Today it’s showing I only have 63GB and visual voicemail is gone. Is this the quality and service I can expect from Telus moving forward? I was with The Blue Team for over 5 years and never had an issue like this

@JohnKleinRegina @SaskTel They are no longer competing on pricing for business plans - cheaper with Telus who are using Sasktel towers- we will soon lose all our revenues in Sask from our crowns as the govt breaks them down to sell- follow the money

@Hrbngr_of_btfl @TELUS @ShawInfo we’ve been with shaw for like ten years and in the last year have had the worlds spottiest internet despite upgrading to their best plan. we have to call every few weeks to have it rebooted, techs have come out, still an issue nearly every day.

@Hrbngr_of_btfl @TELUS @ShawInfo do you have eastlink where you are? had nothing but amazing experience with them since 2009, our internet is only like $100 a month and we have one of the better plans. Never had spottiness, only once and it was fixed pretty quick (router upgrade iirc).

@Trevornoah Cancelled my @TELUS service 6 months ago, switched to @koodo. Just found out their customer service missed my tablet data and that I owed $300 and was threatened with collection.
