@kabalguy @TELUS It’s my understanding that the CRTC doesn’t allow service providers to force the bundling of products. They essentially have to provide a dry internet line for $0 with enough bandwidth to support the service, and a whitelist of devices allowed to connect which is your boxes.

Telus Landline problems: I am getting calls day and night from people saying that I had called with my home number and in fact I hadnt even used the landline or know these folks. How to fix this terrible problem please? I have called for help w Telus... nothing. Suggestions ?

@SoniaSAslam Like! Yeah! Everyday.. sometimes 2x-3x’s complained to Telus..blocked! But… no effort to help the consumer due to their vulnerabilities and just not interested in trying to solve this menace!

@telus. Problem with my iphone. Apple ran tests. No issue. Telus cannot find problem. Willing to cut contract penalty in half to get new phone. Telus wont budge. #thanks for nothing.
