Hey @TELUS .. my security system has been offline for a week because of the ****** service you're providing in Airdrie. When are you going to fix the issues that are happening and am I going to get a credit for service paid for but not provided?

@CR9090JK @TELUS They say it’s the working from home people are the issue but I don’t see that changing anytime soon and not sure if they plan on fixing it. I negotiated a discounted rate since the level service decreased. If enough consumers do they same maybe they will figure it out

I reached out to @TELUSsupport today because my internet, as always, is poor (to be kind). The issue has been prevalent for years, and during the height of the pandemic, the TELUS team urged me to have a technician come out. I was not comfortable with having a stranger...

@CR9090JK Telus is an absolute farce, as is any telecom company in Canada. We pay outrageous amounts of money for sub-par service. And yes, it’s been worse than usual.

Pre-TELUS, pre-COVID, I would regularly hang in my local brewery and do a little work over a beer. Because of TELUS, because of COVID, I am once again working from a local brewery, but while my kid has hockey because no fans allowed. @tapworksbrewing has nicer views tho.

@TELUSsupport No. I don't appreciate that TELUS is only interested in offering a courtesy when I'm ready to leave. That's not customer service, that's damage control. I've had issues for years, and the company has never cared. I'm an account # and some dollar signs, and tired of it.
