Telus Issues Reports

@TELUSsupport We still don’t have access to critical emails due to this forced “migration”. Your issue escalation department apparently doesn’t work past 5:00. Your customer service line isn’t helpful on this issue. We would advise @Telus customers to find other service providers. @CRTCeng

  • ClimateDuncan Duncan Noble (@ClimateDuncan) reported

@maxfawcett Rogers and Bell are tied, which aligns with my experience. I have no experience with Telus, which had less presence in the East until recently. So that may bias your results. When I switched from Rogers to Fido (owned by Rogers) I saved $$ and got better customer service.

@TELUS #friendlyfuture I help keep my neighborhood clean. I reuse & recycle whenever possible

  • dewayna44 x-Dewayna (@dewayna44) reported

@lraitt That happened to my disabled uncle too, but with @TELUS. It took us months of fighting with them to cancel the expensive contracts. We threatened to go to the CRTC, and that's when Telus backed down. Utter criminals.

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@maxfawcett You haven’t lived until you’ve had to deal with Telus customer service. A vacation in hell would be more pleasant than dealing with the abomination that is @Telus

  • wmpdll Atchur Service® - Wear Mask/Wash Hands (@wmpdll) reported

Yeah the network has only been paid for like 25 times over from all the customers you have Telus

  • sunshinejennni jenni (@sunshinejennni) reported

@jwporteous @maxfawcett This!! Haha I’ve had huge issues with all three this year. I picked telus because their service sucks the most on top of the terrible customer service 😑

  • Bornforbarn Henry the CERB Horse (@Bornforbarn) reported

@kim_siever Telus gave up on our entire country. Support AlbertaCOM. They answer the phone. Give them some sweet, sweet government cash to put up some more towers. Or hell, to run cable.

  • bugden_david David (@bugden_david) reported

@CBCNews @cbcErica Between Bell, Rogers and Telus, I’m not sure which ****** telecom company is worse. Doesn’t help theirs a former Rogers exec running the CRTC...

  • BAJVisser B.A.J. Visser (@BAJVisser) reported

@maxfawcett Surprisingly, I've had a good experience with Rogers since I started with them four years back. It was Telus that drove me up the freaking wall with their poor service and ridiculous charges.
