@TELUS any plans EVER to come to Fort Nelson, BC? I’m pretty sure you’d take over 99% of our current service providers customers. I miss TELUS service so bad (when I lived south).

@TELUS Yeah, cancelled my contract early and left. Spent 3 days on the phone and not one person was willing to help and secure a business account. Bell has by far the better service. That’s why Bell now has 6 business lines and TELUS does not.

@TELUS congrats you’ve lost customer. Bill was due today and you disconnected my service this morning without any warning.…I paid my Bill in full this morning, today was pay day. I spent most of my evening trying to reach a rep and now I have to pay the reconnection fee 😡

@ADT ADT/Telus emails increase in monthly fee by $5 if contract for 3 years not signed. Called to cancel as not happy. Telus has the nerve to charge the increase even when the service has been cancelled. Nickle and diming customers just because you can is not good.

So I was on the phone with @TELUS for a total of 8 hours last week over a span of 3 days and got transferred to a diff person probably 16 times total and I still got no wifi and its been over a week. Its been painful AF running a business stealing the downstairs slow *** wifi

@MobileSyrup @TELUSsupport @TELUS I’m trying to get the promo listed here: 50GB for $100/month, but your website does not show this promotion and your customer support was so kind, but they couldn’t find this rate. They also mentioned something seemed off on the site. 😢

@TELUSsupport Yes and a technician did show up and figured out the problem in less thay half hour. The one who installed my modem stayed in my empty living room and did not even checked the electrical stayed there for over an hour on the phone. He doesn't even work for Telus anymore whn called
