    @Aly_B_YYC I had that problem but related to Telus which would freeze. I ended up having to wire my laptop to the modem at home to be able to share, and I didn’t realize that until I tried to share as the host. Also I was fine with having 10 or 12 people but at 30 it was unmanageable

    @superstarrobi @ShawInfo Shawcable! Such a disappointing company. I switched to Telus years ago and have had nothing but positive experience with them. Shaw’s customer service is abysmal.

    1) Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport it’s aggravating that I’m on phone for 6+ hours to tell you that you’ve been overcharging me for the past three months and then challenging me the whole time when I ask to be credited the overcharge. Worst customer service I’ve ever come across.

    @MakingLaurie The routers included in your service are not very good. Not sure if any provider has better ones. But if your problem is the service into your house, every provider is going to be reselling either Telus or Shaw service, and you should probably try one of the Telus-based ones.

    @kailnotkait @ShawInfo The fibre optics they use is unreal man. Shaws connection isn’t port forwarded to each individual house. Instead their transformer is on a shared network with your neighbors that’s why it’s so slow. Telus’s infrastructure allows personal connection with each house, I agree bro
