@Patrick_ORourke @carmelapharaoh @TELUS Telus owns koodo, so koodo will always be cheaper of the two. I just switched away from koodo. Horrible customer service setup

@darienm2 I live in Allard too and my service suuuuucks 😩😩😩 although tbh it’s been a lot better since I got the iPhone 12, so I see what Telus is playing at 💰

@Crackmacs @Patrick_ORourke @TELUS Yeah I’ve had really blood boiling experiences with Koodo and Telus customer service after trying to cancel my Mom and brothers phone after they died. So I might just look into Virgin.

HIGHLY advise avoiding @TELUS @TELUSsupport - charges on our account and they cannot tell me what the charges are for and their support rep tells me that I should just cancel my credit card.

Super happy I am paying @TELUS for terrible internet. I have been calling to have it fixed with no resolution. My #telushub sucks. They don’t even offer a discount.
