    @makieruu I think you should be able to access the admin page through mobile. Even if you cant unplug your router, it should still renew your IP if you disconnect it through the settings page. It seems to only be an issue with folks on the Westcoast and on Telus.

    @TELUSsupport It'd be great if @Telus would increase the max speed of smarthubs to 50 Mbps. I know it's possible as we've done it on tech support calls, but only temporarily. Now with competition offering 50-100 Mbps.

    Want to know what a monopoly is? I have Telus for my satellite tv service, as well as for my home phone. My high speed internet service is Axia, now owned by Telus. My cell service is Koodoo, owned by Telus. Bell, Telus and Rodgers own everything when it comes to carriers.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I cannot believe that I pay $100's a mth for yr service & its down ( yet again ) & NO customer support is available because your closed. Pathetic Wish I stayed with Shaw & will explore every avenue to get out of this contract. Awful service 😢

    2/2 I will start calling at 8 am when they begin answering their phones. Telus telemedicine has a two-week wait time. TWO WEEKS. Is it this difficult on the mainland to see a doctor? I know it's bad in BC in general but I wonder if the Island is much worse. #yyj #healthcare

    What is the point of blocking phone numbers if the calls are still going to come through? Just got a call from "Border Services" about an illegal package I had shipped and now I am going to be arrested,lol. Several calls per week. @TELUS surely you have a solution for this?

    @jakkuh_t @TELUS Dam! To bad @comcast can’t even get 300Mbps on a connection that supposed to be 1 gig with a price that’s twice and high…. I f’n hate Comcast but sadly it’s the only option…
