    @TELUSsupport can someone explain to me what the hell is going on with support? Telus cut my phone off even after a payment arrangement, then when you try and get chat support, you get to the front of the queue only to be put to the back! What is going on?

    Woke up early to bargain for a new phone plan with @TELUS @TELUSsupport! What does a healthcare worker and an educator have to do to get a reason phone plan to support their job? Not only food and commute pricing has gone home, so has communications?

    @BridgieCasey I had to delete Crave from Telus because their login system was broken and we would lose access to our account for days. I now pay direct and its never broken

    @cattlemen1979 @TELUS @RogersHelps Tower is a mile from my house. Wife seems to have good luck with hers. Bell upgraded highbluff tower to 5g. Been horrible ever since. Telus gets there reception from bell. Telus told me to put my phone on 3 g to get better reception. 🤦

    @TELUS I was on hold for almost 3 hours yesterday. Please DM me as the agent was going to get someone to talk to me about a credit for this absurd wait time. There was an issue that could not be solved at a later time and no number I could be reached at till tomorrow. Thanks.

    Endless #telus problems. Have the apparently amazing fibre optic package with PikTV and internet. But not so, PikTV constantly freezes ( 3 or 5 times a night). Wi-Fi boosters quirky and unreliable. Anyone else have this problem?

    PSA: Never, under any circumstances, get stuck with Telus Home Security. Crappy equipment. Very expensive. No support. Endless contract that costs a fortune to escape from. I’m told Arlo is cheaper and better by far.

    @BRENTHOR Weirdly, and it somewhat hurts to say thic cause I have no love for any of these cartel members, Telus has always been rock-solid to me with basically 0 outages or issues ever Maybe that's just dependent on the wires where I happen to live though lol
