@TELUSsupport @TELUS I'm disappointed with my experience. I was charged/contracted for services that I believe were misrepresented. I've tried resolving this through customer service without success. I'd like someone from TELUS to review my case and provide a fair resolution.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS Why was $6.72 deducted from my account without my authorization after I was promised a $15.68 refund? I haven't used the service for the past three months. I want an explanation and my refund. #TELUS #BillingIssue #ConsumerRights

@DailyHiveVan Step up @TELUS as a local Vancouver company and take over. You will get a lot of customer switches 👌

@christianAV6334 The US is the one that needs to put in the work and improve its network using AmpliTech radios. AmpliTech's radio has already been tested and is being used by a major Canadian carrier; TELUS.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS do you want to fix the cable issues today? Or shall we wait until the game is over and I’ve missed it? How hard it is to supply a steady service for people who are paying for it? Get a grip!

  • CornwallisDevon
    Devon Cornwallis (@CornwallisDevon) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport is asking for a driver's license and pin that were set up in the 90's before they'll cancel service and say there's no way around it, wtaf? All this for a client moved overseas and not able to use the service! They'll take money for no service!

@jabo_vancouver @Cootes4MVP Nothing we can do about that unfortunately. We don't have enough telecommunications options as a consumer. It's either Telus, Rogers or Bell. Two of those three are ****. Telus might be as well. But at least they're based on the west coast. **** Rogers and Sportsnet.

    Sorry Eh 🇨🇦 🐜 (@cdnsorryeh) reported

@canmericanized @Rogers @CRTCeng try Bell, then Telus etc. They are relentless. If anyone ever calls claiming to be a company (utilities, bank etc), never call back the number they give you. Look at your bill or card & call that number. 2/2
