    Your CSR refused. Real good customer service right before Christmas. Not our fault or issue it is yours Master Card! Maybe Telus needs to realign there core values with a provider that will uphold the end of agreement. Getting customer what is promised.

    @TELUS I am STILL waiting to get through to someone in the EPP Billing department. It should not be this hard to talk to someone. It has never been less than an hour wait for at minimum two weeks!

    I was concerned for the well-being of a friend who had been making scary posts on social media. Knowing this person’s prefix of phone number, I was aware they were Telus customers (customer is the operative word). With their social media now unavailable, I reached out to #TELUS

    @elonmusk When will Tesla release a phone with satellite signal? Rogers, Bell & Telus are robbing us #Canadians. Imagine through Tesla cell phone you may call all around the world without costing you extra and having an unlimited internet data. @Rogers & @Bell would be crying.

    @TELUSsupport My name is Hasnain and I brought 5 lines from bell to telus with home internet, TV and security. I have the worst ever experience joining telus. I spend hours of my busy time waiting and talking to useless so called customer service. I would like to reach Zainul Mawji.

    So Netflix won't work here today, and most of the @Telus satellite tv channels we watch are also down. What a waste of $ they are these days.

    @DriveTeslaca I have the same problem and was told by the service centre that Telus has yet to assign an eSIM to Tesla cars. I was just at the service centre this past week Thursday and was told to patient that it might take a bit of time due to back log from Telus. Got my car mid Oct.
