Mike (@Kratzie) reported@TELUSsupport Yikes, Telus. My wife waits all afternoon to try and get an issue resolved, escalation team member cuts her off and laughs at her numerous times. All because a free feature got removed when she switched mobile plans and ended up being overcharged. Not great.
