Dear @TELUS @TELUSsupport instead of calling me every month and trying to convince me to get more services if I am that a loyal customer reduced by bills instead of keep raising them in $5 every few months. You're just making me want to move to a different provider

@madeusrestless Per my first reply, cord cutters/never corders have made linear tv much less relevant especially for u30. 2 most popular footy leagues aren't on tv. CANMNT interest rose to highest level ever with 0 tv matches till this fall. OS is now on Telus tv. Now up to Rogers/Bell to add OS

@TELUS @TELUSsupport do you still have stock of Pixel 6 Pro? I called you a week ago and you had stock. I erroneously decided to stick with Bell, but in addition to terrible customer service I had to raise a complaint to find out when my device would ship: 2+ months apparently.

@pfak @TELUS @TELUSsupport It's so frustrating everyday there's a call for services that are way more expensive than we're actually paying right now. I'm so fed up of paying for overpriced **** that doesn't work.

Honestly **** telus device care. I am fuming right now. Broken screen $50 to replace or repair. No physical damage to phone not working $400 to fix or repair. Like what?

@JustifiedBagel I will do that, thank you! The Telus app is really good and I've never had to wait more than a few days to book an appointment, it's alarming to see a 10 day waitlist
