@TELUSsupport @TELUS You misrepresented EVERYTHING about migrating our emails to Google. All we are is secondary gmail accounts, our history and our old emails are gone. None of your people can fix anything, cause they lied in the first place 🤬

@jessicalaura__ No issues for me, but I also have the bottom end 25Mbps. I have seen a few other complaints about Shaw dropping out though, but way more complaints about Telus.

.@DShepYEG what is the NDP’s stance on Telus Babylon Health? I feel like I’m watching a private company singlehandedly pillage the health of our province with the blessing of the UCP. No continuity and poor outcomes, we are better than this IMO

@postition @TELUS Yeah. Any time I’ve answered they asked for my hubz. Quit answering a long time ago. Not sure what the deal is, but it just seems kind of aggressive and that’s no way to treat your customers. And, again? He’s asked them nicely to stop, they agreed, yet persist. What gives? 🤔

Made the switch from Telus to Shaw back in September. Still haven't seen the cheque for what @TELUS overcharged us - at least six or seven customer agents deep at this point with constant promises of "i put in a request". Some companies are worse than others - but yikes...
