Hey @telus I’m on the phone with your customer service rep Chris in Toronto and he agrees with me that it’s pretty greedy the way you keep taking Canadian jobs away from Canadians and over to the Philipenes #ShameOnYou

@rodmickleburgh @TELUSHealth @adriandix Rod, you are so far offside on this issue, it’s embarrassing. And I thought you were a journalist. Please try and do some real investigation. I lost my FD and had a video appt with a Telus Health Dr on Tuesday. He renewed my meds and ordered blood tests and an ECG. No charge

@RonaldNHughes Yeah we are out too, over 13 hours now. No word from @ShawInfo @Shawhelp on fix time or what happened? Eating up my phone data 🤬 So aggravated. We are calling Telus tomorrow too. I can be patient, but need info first. This radio silence is infuriating, everything OUT!

@DrJLush @markroseman Fair point. But my issue was neither of those things.I hate having to use Telus Health, but due to the untimely death of my FD my options are limited. I fully support the Family Practice cause!

@TELUSsupport I would love some help with a client's Telus account issue. There was some kind of billing mixup. I beleive that their smart hub got setup under a different account # and so when they called in in reply to service alerts, they were told everything was fine

@dockevinmcleod Right. That's why Telus model is flawed. They have a right to exist, but need their own labs & specialists. People with money who then use Telus surely will onload the public system and help the rest!

@CoryBMorgan Trudeau already surveilled Canadians during Covid with support from TELUS, which Health Canada admitted. Nothing happened to Trudeau et al.

@rodmickleburgh @NorthShoreNews I fully support local journalism - but not the slapdash crap you’re putting out re-Telus Health.
