@TELUS How do you talk to person who can help you? I have talked to numerous people, have a confirmation number from a tech and no one can help me and keeps on trying to sell me stuff. I need to know when you guys are showing up!!!!

Just putting this out there...if you've been a long term customer of Koodo, or it's parent company Telus, and you've been shown your value (in a negative way) by them, I strongly recommend filing w the CRTC. Especially if this has happened in the last 6 months. #koodo #telus
