@YYCRed @TELUSsupport @TELUS Going on to day 8 tomorrow. They're supposed to call us at some point. Like they were supposed to yesterday. And today. Thats not even fixing the issue; that's just the call. And this is an issue that had been ESCALATED. Worst customer service in a long time.

Shout out to the fine folks at @TELUS for joining our search for an iPhone owner who lost their phone recently. The SIM was deactivated so they had to do some seriously work apparently. They located the owner! So happy to help!

@TELUS is a SCAM. They just sold me a refurbished phone advertised as a brand new phone. Then a few weeks later when the phone started crapping its pants @TELUSsupport told me it wasn't their problem.
