    @TELUSsupport Telus reported an IoT outage yesterday morning June 30, which was resolved after >12 hours and <24 hours. Would you please provide information on what caused the outage? I need to notify my customers.

    @edmontonjournal @TELUS I live rural… pay full price for a cell phone that has zero service unless I drive to town. Have to have a landline and when Telus pedestal had faulty wiring and I had no phone service, it took over three weeks for a repair to be done. Missed two calls to go for a 2nd vaccine.

    @TELUS what’s up with your monitoring system? I’ve signed up to new unit installed 3 days ago and it’s still not working right! I’ve called your support on numerous occasions and can’t help either.

    .@TELUS advising landline/cell service being impacted in #Lytton due to the wildfire. Life-threatening emerg? Dial 911 in case there is phone service. No service? Ask friend for help & head to nearest ER/doc or police/fire dept if able. Info @TELUSsupport. FYI @TNRD

    I came back this morning, called Telus, got through to technical support pretty quickly, they gave my the info I needed and I said I’d call back when I made the changes. I fixed my issue so called them back NEARLY 3 HOURS AGO!!
