    @CaseyBratPack @TELUSsupport @TELUS A techie tried resetting the satellite over the phone but it didn't work. So they said they would send a technician out...on Feb 1st. I'm getting madder by the minute & will be writing to the CRTC about this horrible service.

    Hey @TELUS and @TELUSsupport, nice to see that you reward my decision to stay with Telus by charging me a $50 connection fee. If that's how you treat your loyal customers, this will be my last renewal with you.

    @TELUS is trash company that belongs in the garbage. You outsource your customer service reps overseas to an office of 3 people but continue to increase my phone plan every year. Been holding for 2 hours.

    @islgalwrites @TELUS @telusmobility I’ve been at a physical Telus store today trying to get cellular service. Even swapped out SIM cards and still nothing. I’m at Starbucks now to get wifi but this is unacceptable for how much I pay a month. I had no issues with Rogers.
