    @globeandmail My understanding is they should not be charging if you use American Express since they are not part of the original lawsuit. Also if this charge is already baked into the price of service at @TELUS We as consumers should expect a 1.5% reducation in our service fees.

    @TELUS So a follow up. I just got a CB can’t transfer me to a manager can’t help me . I am trying to pay my final bill and no one can f——g help . I am not pay a cancellation fee whe we haven’t had good service since Feb, the tower was down and new one isn’t working

    @TELUSsupport I just opened my account today. I signed up for the my telus app and added the new info , it said I’d get an email to approve the request but I never got anything

    @TELUS @CEMonthCanada If you live in the Mt Douglas area in Saanich BC don’t use Telus use Fido. Telus tower has been down since Feb. mobile service drops or is so garbled you can’t be understood. We switched to Fido, actually it is better than when Telus was working. There have been many complaints

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport been a month since I got the service and I’m still not able to select the channels I want for my #Pik5 not on your website nor on your app. #HELP! Have terrible channels that I didn’t choose.

    @TSComic I pay for 50mbps. I was down to 8mbps. I rebooted the router, and now.. I'm at 2mpbs. It shouldn't happen. Can't convince TELUS of that. So tiring.
