    @YVRHousing We’re going back one day/week next month (I’m contracting at TELUS) and it’ll go up to 2-3 days eventually but that’s a huge change. I turned down a job with this same team in 2019 because they wanted people in the office 5 days/week then.

    .@TELUSsupport we found an iPhone. It’s locked and no service BUT it does have a TELUS sim. We want this phone reunited with its owner. Are you able to help if we take it to a Telus store?

    When your @TELUS wifi connection is so unstable that your phone disconnects in the middle of the night, can't reconnect and you wake up to your data cap hit -- a week into your use period 😐

    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus support, I have a new sim card to replace my old damaged one. I'm trying to switch it over myself but I'm getting an error when I try to send verification code via email. I'm getting the code but I can't enter it because of this "error"

    Hi @TELUSsupport gotta question. We found an iPhone 13 that has a Telus SIM card but looks like service was disconnected so we cant find the owner. Are you guys able to track down the owner if we turn the phone into a Telus store. Really want to get this phone to the owner
