    @SmatthewAF @TELUS When I got this email I switched over to Telus' "generic brand" Koodo, on same network. I got the same plan for 40$ less per month than Telus. Telus' proposed cell phone bill increase cost Telus my $700 annually.

    Don't ever use @Telus or @Koodo worst customer service ever. I canceled my service and trying to get a human at Koodo is impossible, yah please text me at my phone that doesn't work

    @nationalpost @financialpost Telus is not obliged to accept payment by way of credit card that charges a processing fee. It's also worth noting that a separate (ATM) fee is applied if a customer withdraws money from an ATM not owned by the bank. Cheapest method: E-Transfer $1.00
