    @RogersHelps I spoke with Anna (Nicole in Moncton) who also had the problem on her personal cell phone and she suggested we use the 1-866-408-5465 line. A Kodo/Telus customer was not having the issue.

    it’s just Murphy’s law that every time I have a big listing appointment my printer stops working. This morning it’s a Telus optic cable fire on our road. Can’t connect to my printer over wifi now. Luckily wasn’t pressed for time and connected with my phone hotspot network.

    @TELUS why does your internet suck so bad? I just called support and was told I should disconnect devices I’m not using or upgrade. We have the fastest internet you offer, upgrade to what. What’s the hold up on fibre.

    @TELUSsupport keeps sending me emails about my account but makes it impossible to send emails or texts or even worse to speak to a live agent. I cannot find my account info so I am in Telus jail. Anyone else with same issue?

    Telus also put in a bullshit outage report & is claiming confidentiality by DEFAULT w/o any justification at all and w/o any test, hurdle or high standard at all because the ******** CRTC said they could. The CRTC protection racket once again. That place is run by f'n clowns.

    @TELUS Is my home security bill going to be less money than it was with @VivintHome ? I sure hope so because the service isn’t even half as good as it was with Vivint. Who has time to wait on hold forever just for the call to be dropped?

    A word of advice.. If you are dealing with Telus for your cell service, get out if you can. Their cute hippos and kittens in the ads are NOT what their service dept is. They treat me like garbage.

    Switched to Oxio and got unlimited internet at 75MBPS speed for $50 a month. Telus wanted $130 for the same "speed" (even though I never got more than 30 MBPS on a 75MBPS plan). Nice when you can avoid giving the scam artists money.

    Granted there is an ice storm but it’s ridiculous I’ve been without cell service at my home for more than 24 hours. Think I will get a credit - not without a fight I’m sure. #fail #telus @JustinTrudeau
