  • BrianShawCV Brian Shaw (@BrianShawCV) reported

@TELUS Perhaps use some of the savings and profit to put in a service that works on the East Coast of Vancouver Island. Specifically the Comox Valley to Nanaimo.

  • keepontruckin78 Jas In 🇨🇦 Gettr: @JasinCanada (@keepontruckin78) reported

@TELUSsupport 25-50Mbit/s is insulting, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. Why should disabled Canadians have to be treated like second class citizens when the rest of Canada is at or above 750Mbit/s? Why does #Telus fail to fund Disabled Canadians for affordable HIGH SPEED internet?

  • tibor86 Taylor (@tibor86) reported

@JClipperton_CP @ThomasDrance One company does it and they all follow suit. Why today and not when the allegations came to light, or when hickey Canada wasn’t cooperating in the investigation? Just PR garbage from corporations. Esso, Telus and Scotiabank are moral companies now? 🤔

  • HANSENKTH Scully (@HANSENKTH) reported

@ChrisLaBossiere @Xplornet Once I get mine hooked up Telus is out the door. And once I get access to my business line they are toast there as well. Worst service ever.

  • leodischris chris (@leodischris) reported

@TELUSsupport why has #telus cancelled my installation appointment three times now saying the drop wasn’t done when the contractors installed the drop in front of my eyes yesterday and no one at Telus seems to be able to help? Honour your appointments and respect your customers.

  • upinthaclouds7 Christ (@upinthaclouds7) reported

@TELUS you greedy pigs raising my bill again. Can't get anyone on the telephone unless I have a free hour. Prices going up and customer service is non existent. I'm sure Shaw and Rogers adding the same charges at the same time bcuz you oligarchs all colluding 2gether

  • HatUncle Uncle Blue Hat (@HatUncle) reported

@JClipperton_CP Too bad telus would make stand like that when government wants our data from our phones 33 million phones

  • susanvhthompson Sisu v Hell (@susanvhthompson) reported

@daniellerosegal @ShelbyGraceOSh2 @trevortombe Meanwhile they’re encouraging us all to use the Telus health app. Telus can barely manage to get me phone service up here, but sure I’ll trust my private medical information with my damn phone company.

  • M_S_Fricker Mike Fricker 🇨🇦 Christian Priest ASD C-PTSD🖖☯️ (@M_S_Fricker) reported

2/2 meltdown. Damn thing cuts out though the only indicator on the router stays solid white as if everything is fine. If I get on the phone with them I'm likely to cancel and switch to the only other crappy provider Telus, who we left many years ago.

  • Ryan91_NL Ryan Garland (@Ryan91_NL) reported

Just received an email from @TELUS telling me that as a “valued customer” the monthly service charge for my phone will increase $5/month I already pay slightly less than $90/month Someone explain to me how increasing my bill to roughly ~$95/month makes me a “valued customer”….
