  @realJeff45 Telus said they did. They've separated the cost of the plans and phones. You used to pay about $90/mth that included a $0 phone. Now your plan for 4 ppl is $65 each. Govt now says if you want a phone, buy a phone or make payments. But your base plan has gone down. Dead serious.

  @AndreasReiche15 @justice_ema Shaw customer service has really gone downhill since I left them 10 years ago. I have been really happy with Telus since then!

  @maxwood I migrated from a garbage 4g LTE connection costing about the same monthly. The initial buy in was a lot (I'm canadian). Even at it's worst, starlink has been better than telus. I don't regret it. 10x faster speeds at best, 5x faster speeds when it's not. 1/2

  @rodmickleburgh @TELUS My question is what were the terms of the contract, what service levels were guaranteed, who is running the other call centres blaming telus is great, but are they doing what was agreed upon

  @keithbaldrey Him faulting telus looked really bad when it released that there were only 31 call takers in the contract for VCH. This is on Mr Horgan & Mr Dix

  @TELUSsupport @TELUSBusiness We have a business account & have had the same account and EMAIL with Telus since 2000. On Monday you froze our account saying we hadn’t paid BUT we have & your customer services confirmed it. We pay every month. ITS PAID! See next tweet.

  @spencerbennett1 @Frazzling @keithbaldrey Who hired Telus, Spencer? We're fully aware that the government uses private contracts to try and shift blame for their bad management. We warned them about Telus' major issues in BC. With Babylon in particular.
