2 weeks ago I switched from Telus to Shaw, went from 8 shared gigs to 25 gigs of my own for less $! yay! Under 2 weeks later-after *less* use-I'm notified I've used all my data. WTF?! Do we actually trust cel phone companies to track data usage? how do we even know??

@koodo Hey Koodo, this is regarding the request to put my account on a seasonal hold. Since Telus authentication didn't work through Facebook one of your reps advised to try twitter instead. Hope to solve this problem really soon.

@jackiemoon1224 @Ticats @TELUS I think the problem is they anticipate the province moving to some sort of " Stage 4" by mid August so they don't know yet if they have 15,000 seats or 25,000 seats available. My ticket rep has been pretty up front with me.

@ImJCaps @TELUSsupport I just got off the phone with Telus. They told me that they are having issues with the LTE network throughout bc and Alberta. We’re paying for the best coverage but getting the worst coverage. Of course they aren’t making this information public though.... spread the word.

4. I mentioned meritocracy but seriously. Buat lah telus. Org dh fulfill segala criteria dah pass paper pun kne terminate, dhla xleh appeal. It's illogical. Make appeal pathways. Lantik based on ability. Multi source feedback from org2 they actually work with.
