@stu_neatby Eastern PEI here. I'm with Eastlink and my husband is with Telus. The cell service has been pretty bad here. I'm having more luck than he is, but it is still very unreliable.

  • MarkSweeney Mark Sweeney (@MarkSweeney) reported

Telus may be crapping all over my day with their bullshit security theatre cancellation policy of insisting they can’t cancel my services without calling me… but at least I’m now boosted with the Bivalent Covid booster shot 💉

  • jennyput3 Jenny P (@jennyput3) reported

@TELUSsupport @telus I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with your customer service. It’s impossible to get through to someone. When I get close, I get disconnected. I will not be renewing my contracts with telus.

@TELUS @FreedomMobile @VirginPlus please follow Telus and others to support Iranians community. Thanks

  • aftsmt Arian (@aftsmt) reported

@ShawInfo Could you please waive long-distance calls to Iran to help Iranians in Canada stay connected to their families? @Rogers and @TELUS have already done that!

  • MarkSweeney Mark Sweeney (@MarkSweeney) reported

They're telling me they cannot cancel my account until the cancellation team calls the deaf man who can't hear on the phone. It's been 40 minutes and Telus is sticking to their anti-deaf, discriminatory bs for "security" reasons.

  • TrumpWonTwice Still shadow banned (@TrumpWonTwice) reported

@Bell_Support "We're here to help". My phone line is down, confirmed by my internet service provider and Bell support says to deal with them to fix Bell's phone line. So sick of the Bell Rogers Telus ********** in Canada. Time to look into #Starlink @SpaceXStarlink

This exemption was not specified anywhere and since the aim is connecting us to our loved ones in Iran, it doesn’t make any sense! Anyone who is using Telus is a customer and a promotion like this shouldn’t be targeted to only a group of people!

@Mrolson74 @TELUSsupport Just switch from Shaw to Telus and it’s absolutely ridiculous they only way to get in touch for customer service is through Twitter or a bot and both are useless I think it’s time to go back to Shaw Cable Had I know about this would have never left Shaw
