    @JulieRohrYEG @ShawInfo 4/ The list displayed in Netspot, under the ssid heading, is a good indication if dominant neighborhood provider is shaw, telus, or another vendor. Another way to confirm if the signal coming into your home is poor is to connect to the ISP device with an ethernet cable.

    @Liam_LizardKing For mobile phone I'm using Public Mobile (they use Telus). Never heard much about xplorenet (I'm currently using Rogers for tv and internet)

    @TELUSsupport We recently switched from @ShawInfo to Telus and we are having nothing but problems with our PVR. We've had to reboot the machine 8-10 times so far just to watch our shows. The last tech support agent that I spoke with treated me like a child. Can I get some support

    Hey @TELUS and @TELUSsupport - I have to bring my phone back and two different stores telling me I need to request a mailer to send it, two call centre operators told me there are no mailers, please get it together. Worst, most disorganized service ever.
