@portalbernifire Looks like a shaw or Telus line off of the lower tier of lines off the pole. They consistently hang low so not surprised.

@calgaryherald @TELUS I paid Telus $130 a month for internet that got steadily slower for two years until it became completely unusable. Telus didn't care and offered no solution. I'm tired of the Bell, Rodgers, and Telus Triopoly. I'm switching to Starlink.

In the course of 2 months trying to fix my internet with @telus it's still **** & now my soundbar is broken & I need a new remote after their tech ****** with one of the tv's that was working just fine before. This is after their first tech was worthless.

@Eastlink my mother's internet went out this morning. Technical support said no one available until Aug 17. Luckily her contract is done Aug 16th. @TELUS are you guys able to help her out?

@TELUS-absolutely terrible service! Each time you call you get a different person who promises a certain deal but when you get the contract it is all wrong. And the two hour window for a service technician-wait all day then they reschedule it to 3 days later. Do better
