    Why is it so hard for me and my family to switch from Telus to @virginmobilecan? Super weird. Customer service over the phone is absolutely terrible. And they couldn’t do anything at the booth at the mall.. 🤔

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport your system texted me to confirm my appointment so I did. Unfortunately, your technology doesn't work. Your office canceled my install, didn't tell me, left it up to some 3rd party named Claudia who is a long distance call for me and seemed like a scammer

    Not impressed with #telus. New customer to your home security system. Was told support is available 24 hours when signed up. Neglected to mention you carry a 2 plus hour wait time on hold.

    So I was going to change both our phones to @TELUS and we arranged it all with an agent online on the weekend. Only to find out today that even though we have a receipt, they didn't process the order and now we can't get the phones in time to cancel our current provider.

    @DawnainHamilton @TELUSsupport I had heard such great things about Telus but this is easily the worst service I've ever had. "the order needed to be manually reviewed but it looks like nobody did it. too bad".

    @mattlabelle Yup. I have Telus Pik TV and it’s the same problem. I have several illegal streams bookmarked as backups.
