@TELUSsupport I’m new to Telus, first bill received and costs more than I signed up for! Not honouring discounts. Spoken to 5 people now, they don’t disagree and getting nowhere. Regretting the move from Bell! Feels like bait and switch at its best! Need help! #TELUSepp

@ChuckCallesto @TheoFleury14 So. What’s the surprise? Telus has been tracking Canadians phones as requested by govt - for years during the “emergency” without people knowing. Then the House of Commons was asked this year if they could keep doing it.

  • asstchief87 Henry (@asstchief87) reported

@nicmcks @BridgieCasey Much of rural Alberta did not have 911 service until 1999-2000. Prior to that, if a rural person dialed 911 and AGT (since changed to TELUS) 411 operator would look up the phone number for the local emergency services and tell you to hang up and call that local number

@TELUS Door to door telemarketing (horrible invention already) but less than a week prior to Christmas and during -14 degree weather and horrible road conditions makes me dislike you more. Hashtag greedy and not winning customers
