    Telus took a $2.1 billion writedown on Telus Digital this quarter, the arm it built to sell AI and customer service work to other companies. Adjusted income still dropped 26 percent once you strip that out. I've built systems like this. The story sells long before anyone checks if the product holds up. Makes me wonder how many other Canadian telcos are carrying an AI unit priced on the same promise.

    Is anyone else tired of the big 2 mobile and home ‘phone internet providers’? Here we have Telus and Bell, Rogers doesn’t have good mobile coverage. No decent customer service. They have sent it out of the country so they can pay people extremely low wages compared to Canada. Always trying to gouge the customer. It is past time the government allows more competition. Of course this will never happen, I’m would guess it would be due to excellent corporate lobbyists. I am so tired of have a captured government and bureaucracy.

    Oh for crying out loud! I only watch one channel on @TELUS Optik TV and that channel has been cutting in and out for 2 days. Can you please fix your @CTV feed? Trying to watch @YourMorning is super frustrating.

    God my internet is so slow :/ I have Telus purefibre 250 Mbps and man it is sooo slow to download games or stuff on my laptop like it takes an hour plus. tbh i kinda did forgot what internet plan i actually had (lol) but i thankfully will probably upgrade to either purefibre 1 gigabit or 1.5 gigabit and hopefully i will have much faster speeds :) and once i do that, i will only have to get an Ethernet port installed in my bedroom and then i will finally not have to worry about internet speeds again :3

    @TailosiveTech Can they pretty please come after Roger Bell Telus in Canada next? At this point I'll pay more for worse service from SpaceX simply to not pay the oligopoly we got going on.

    How @telus Supports Human Trafficking. When local law enforcement fails, syndicates rely on corporate telecom bureaucracy to keep their extortion nodes online. @TELUS and @TELUSsupport are currently harboring active human trafficking and extortion infrastructure on their network. My corporation served them a formal Legal Hold. They ignored it.

    It’s fairly obvious at this point that $AMPG and Telus are collaborating on Telus’ 66 billion dollar network investment through 2030. Yes, if $ampg gets even 1% of that cake their market cap quadruples. (Not even including the dozen other projects they have going on) But what if that’s not all they are contributing to Telus? Telus is now hiring waves of AI Voice Data Specialists to train next-gen voice AI. What could a wireless operator company possibly need AI voice data specialists for? You call your local pharmacy/carrier/small business and you get a ****** prompt operator you have press 1, 2, or 3 five times in a row to get to who you want to reach. It takes an hour to complete your phone call. This is the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. My inference is simple. Telus is going to revamp and wipe out the competition of IVR (which is a ~6 billion/year industry btw) Telus operates in over 35 countries. Guess whose radios get to be the backbone of this entire operation? $AMPG Data center tailwinds too lol this isnt a bubble $NOK $ERIC $IREN $NBIS $DGXX
