  RN I switched from Telus to Cogeco. I was told I didnt need a new SIM card bc Cogeco runs on Telus lines. Telus just disconnected me from the network. I have no calls, text or data. Your Chat line told me to call Mobility support. Apparently they dont understand what not activated on the network means. I need a Cogeco SIM card or to b reconnected to the network. What can u do to help? @cogecohelps

  @stormymarie13 @TELUS Service is atrocious. Someone over seas. Can’t understand what you’re asking and just put you on hold then hang up on you. Better off getting a phone in USA with unlimited roaming

  @TELUS Yes, finally. It was very frustrating & felt like an invasion of privacy to answer all the questions + agent transfers simply to cancel an account that was at the end of its term. Every other utility allows you to do this online & it saves a lot of time, why not Telus?

  @HotStoveD I just went through the same problem a few weeks ago. Phone agents were even less helpful and unwilling to retain my business. Decided to finally switch to Telus. Unfortunately, they have been just slightly better so far. The telecommunications monopoly in 🇨🇦 is a huge problem.

  @hotglassofskank @RonnyTheSinner i used to work for telus and had a widow come in to cancel her late husbands cell phone so i had to call corporate and they’re like “we need proof” and she’s like “he died two days ago i don’t have any yet & can’t afford the bill coming out tomorrow” and they said “well too bad!”
