@TheJenRollins @RagingLibNana @TELUS How many TV's would be paying that much? Bet they don't get that many channels and I would never pay that much at home.

@TheJenRollins @RagingLibNana @TELUS Telus is a rip off. Tell them you’re going to cancel their services and they kiss your feet, but ask for any kind of deal, forget it.

@TELUS unfortunately, Telus has become a company with “VERY” poor customer service. They love to charge huge monthly fees but take no responsibility for their services when they don’t work. Even when they cause the problems themselves

@TELUS Support Had TELUS upgrade my place to fibre a couple weeks ago, can't find the WIFI password anywhere. How do I find it? Not on the modem that they mounted on the wall, not on the booster that is sitting on the floor.

@TELUSsupport So Mia says there was a technical problem on Oct 5, 2021 that resulted in my cancellation request for the TV plan not getting cancelled. So does no one on the IT team @TELUS check on cancellations when there are technical problems?

@ElMartinFlores2 @Jamesjo44370069 Ok, I was sure they just had to be informed, kinda like when you phone a corp. like Telus or something that says they use it to improve their customer service
