@ShawInfo just switched from Telus to Shaw, even worse! Crappy picture on my TV and they won't send anyone to check the line. Internet speed goes from 50 MBs to 400 MBs back to Telus again I guess and a complaint filed to Commissioner for Complaints for Telecom-television Service

There’s a third Kingsman movie in the theatres. If you want to catch up on the series (Secret Service and Golden Circle), you can rent it on Prime Video or Apple+ for $2.99. Telus, however is charging $5.00. WTF?

Dear @telus please stop your nightly robocalls, if I am looking for a service I will contact you. It’s 2021, I am going to research and make an informed decision. I will never buy a service on the fly from a company cold calling me, for my home services. #annoyed

@sqwabb @TELUS I'm surprised there are any anywhere, any more, and yes, I completely agree there should be more functional ones out there. Assuming "everyone has one." Losing/breaking your cel phone (or having a problem with it) can mean you now have NO way to reach people expecting you.

@neilsingh121 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have never experienced more contemptible service. The discounts they gave me haven’t been worth it. Likely going to change phone providers too based on how awful this experience has been.

Wow… @RogersHelps Once my term is up, I am taking my business elsewhere. I defended the company and remained a customer for 12 years. And this is what happens? Absolutely pathetic. Can’t get with the times. That’s your fault. Maybe Bell or Telus will be better options?

@Rogers Hey Rogers, leave me alone! I've been hounded with calls since my departure to Telus. The telemarketer then doesn't even try to match or better the plan but expects me to consider it. Just stop it, bad tactics.
