    @MakingLaurie The routers included in your service are not very good. Not sure if any provider has better ones. But if your problem is the service into your house, every provider is going to be reselling either Telus or Shaw service, and you should probably try one of the Telus-based ones.

    @Aly_B_YYC I had that problem but related to Telus which would freeze. I ended up having to wire my laptop to the modem at home to be able to share, and I didn’t realize that until I tried to share as the host. Also I was fine with having 10 or 12 people but at 30 it was unmanageable

    @TELUSsupport Our experience with TELUS after signing a contract for Bussniss is a really bad one. Agent just scolded us and hung up the phone after an insane wait time because we complained about wait time. We do not have hours to spend on the phone. avoid at all costs.
