I'm dropping @TELUS @TELUSsupport. Despite being a loyal customer for years, I've had nothing but bad service and bad customer service lately. They increase prices without notice or agreement.

@suzanne_lily @CoryBMorgan Have you seen the profit margins of the Canadian telecoms? Bell / Telus / Shaw et al ? How about the profit margins of our big banks? Be sure you're sitting down when you read any of those.

@KGYEG No.. I'm on TELUS.. but I'm talking about Sportsnet Now, which is their streaming service you can subscribe to (think NHL Live). Basically, tossing the idea of cutting the cord. It sounds like this service is still **** though. Only thing keeping us on cable, really, is hockey.

@WhistlerBlckcmb @TELUS Unbelievable!! 1 hour waiting in the harmony line!! Thats something that shouldn’t happen at a ski resort that charges 200$ for a day pass. Either make ur passes cheaper so people know you are a bad resort or get new ski patrol.

@TELUS is so lucky they have customers. When they call me back, they use a non functioning telephone and making funny noises. @TELUSsupport gets a series of Fs. Imagine making your customers come into a mall for ☎︎ help! No wonder long stay internationals refuse local service!

@TELUS @TELUSsupport It has been two weeks with no internet and the issue has not been fixed. 2 technician came who have basically said they cant fix the issue and the cable repair team seems to operate on their own accord with little care for the customers time…

Dear @Rogers I've already cancelled 3 of my cell lines, believe when I say Telus has been calling. You changed the due date of my phone bill so you could collect like $11 in late fees. Soon it's going to cost you $370/mo from a decade long customer.
