The Kingston Hotel in downtown Vancouver said **** you to TELUS for attempting to takeover an entire city block and I respect the hell out of them for that.

@jordanbpeterson @MBNA_Canada This reminds me of an incident a few years back trying to get a Telus representative on the line. Waited for 20-30 minutes a few times...and gave up. Then tried once more, waited for 40 minutes......before finally talking to someone I could hardly understand. Switched to Shaw

@TELUSsupport Classic theme at Telus: Rep: Let me transfer you here, they will help you. *gets transferred* New Rep: I can't help you. *has to phone and get put on hold, AGAIN* This has happened more times than I can even count. Signed, an extremely frustrated customer.

If you thought Prime Video was bad, you should see Telus’s AppleTV app.

Do they work? Does a Telus tech have to come and install it or do they ship you one and install it yourself? We’ve really noticed with streaming to our google chrome cast. The family room tv sucks and it’s constantly pausing to load, but we have 0 issues in the bedroom tv.

it’s so dope how the doctor shortage is so bad in BC that the gov has basically shifted primary healthcare to Telus health (lol) and so many people don’t have a family doctor that the earliest available appointment is 12 days from now 👍 doing good

Anyone else experiencing brutal internet connection in town? Work is Telus and home is Eastlink and both are so bad.

  • DarciBrianne Darci (@DarciBrianne) reported

So, our Telus wifi sucks on one side of our house (the side farthest away from the modem in the basement). Anyways, it’s annoying and I think we need one of those wifi booster things for the other side of the house. Does anyone have one of these? I have questions.

The music they use when you are hold for a telus agent is Kenny gs lesser known cousin Gary g. And he sucks.

@KevinPayneDACH Weather the platform is private or public is not relevant. Both Microsoft Teams and TELUS are not public entity. What is relevant is if they use it to communicate municipal issues to constituents, which some of them clearly do, and therefore should be available to everyone.
