@TELUSsupport The call was never completed. Over 3 hours on the phone and your stupid sales team couldn’t figure out phone line and voip. Now I’m stuck in a 3 yr contract for internet and I need a landline and don’t want to use you anymore. #never sign a contract with @TELUS.

  • CosmicThePig I can now rest… (@CosmicThePig) reported

Is it just me or is Telus’ Internet been kinda slow recently

  • krzyabn Krzy Guy (Chris) (@krzyabn) reported

Adding 1.5% for cc processing fees @Telus is straight up gouging your customers. For a company that was so focused on customer experiences, this is a negative one. Anti-consumer move.

  • BinchXO 🤙🏽🤙🏽 (@BinchXO) reported

@CODIJIMbob If you download the mytelus app it should tell you if you did the bring it back thing or not! But there also shouldn’t be any issues if you just go into telus aswell

  • cheeks_hfx BassCoder (@cheeks_hfx) reported

@mattdagley so depending where you or your family works, check out Telus EPP....just need a work email to switch. Generally 30% cheaper than normal Telus. If it doesn't work for yours, try your partner's etc.

  • DarcyRogers2 Darcy Rogers (@DarcyRogers2) reported

@TELUS Still waiting for even adequate cell phone reception in Airdrie, Alberta. I realize that you're very busy digging up people's lawns to ram fibre connections down their throats, but how about another cell tower or two in a city of 70 thousand people? Thanks.

  • accordingtomio M. (@accordingtomio) reported

@MsBehavior @Bell_MTSHelps I am glad they sold my account to Telus. Haven't had any issues with them, so far, in the last five years. MTS was legit the worst.

  • BShane555 Shane (@BShane555) reported

@raygaurca @theJagmeetSingh This argument is old, pretend you defend healthcare by saying you will fight US style privatization. It’s a tactic to distract from the actual issues with our system. #cdnhealth #bchealthcare #cdnpoli @EvanLSolomon Where is the report on Telus using a pay wall for primary care?

  • sandradee56 Sandras (@sandradee56) reported

@asiroisy @LisaSingerUBC @richardzussman Wtf. I just lost my family doc to retirement. Was advised to research Telus Health . 😡

  • KaranvirGill Karanvir Gill (@KaranvirGill) reported

@NaliniR51318984 I feel ya! I got hit with $100 roaming charges when I was traveling in the boonies without any network. Telus is such a joke.
