Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • craigjesske Craig Jesske (@craigjesske) reported

@TELUSsupport is there technical issues in north calgary? Have no internet at home, and when so many of us now work remotely, would love an ETA if this is known #telus @TELUS

  • dtgill David Gill (@dtgill) reported

@PaulDoroshenko The issue is why CH had no plan for the (foreseeable) contingency of Telus screwing it up, as other health authorities did.

  • canada_nice Canada Nice 🇨🇦 (@canada_nice) reported

@keithbaldrey I wonder if Telus took flack (reverse stolen valor) as BC Gov is such a large customer ? Hiring 33 call takers seems destined to fail without online registration support - or was Telus responsible for online failure ?

  • JamieD81 Jamie Doege (@JamieD81) reported

@jjhorgan @TELUS Telus shouldn't even have to sya sorry, the millions of idiot bc citizens that flooded the systems should be publically saying sorry it was their fault 150% not Telus.

  • lovemedo7 janice watkins (@lovemedo7) reported

@keithbaldrey who is surprised ? no-one . the government is responsible not telus obviously they never made sure everything was a go, but that is the way it is with everything this government does - blame every-one else

  • drs512 David Stevenson 🇨🇦 🏳️‍🌈 🚂 (@drs512) reported

@GeraultMichel @NEWS1130 @TELUS Can't entire your health card number if the call never connects.

  • MaeMaizy Maizy Mae (@MaeMaizy) reported

@beach_lynnie @CTVVancouver This is a joke! Under 400 appointments made on first day?? They had a year to figure this out. Why #Telus got involved is stupid. They could have set up online registration instead of PAYING a third party. FAILURE

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@PaulDoroshenko Except @Telus is far from an expert at much of anything. Their reputation is horrid at most everything. Even their own employees acknowledge how bad they are.

  • tamalama67 tamalama (@tamalama67) reported

@jjhorgan @TELUS Adding resources after the fact seems to be the theme of your handling of the pandemic. A little planning and forethought would help people not feel like an afterthought. It's the largest vaccine rollout for everyone in the world John. Yours is late.

  • RealisticCanad1 Ivan Johnson. Concerned Canadian (@RealisticCanad1) reported

@realJeff45 Telus said they did. They've separated the cost of the plans and phones. You used to pay about $90/mth that included a $0 phone. Now your plan for 4 ppl is $65 each. Govt now says if you want a phone, buy a phone or make payments. But your base plan has gone down. Dead serious.
