And it took about two minutes to take my business to @Distributel. Tired of the endless upsells from @TELUS and their failure to just maintain a simple, basic service. That's all I want. Not a spammy sales army that uses tricky pricing as a weapon against old customers.

To say I hate @TELUSBusiness and @TELUS is the understatement of the year. I've already canceled my home and office internet, next will be my cell phone in a year once my contract is up. $350/month in services lost because of a poorly run company with bad customer service.

@TELUS I cancelled your service a year ago when I heard you were getting involved with Huawei towers in our country. Also, when I switched, I didn’t realize how badly I was getting ripped off. 13GB data for less $ than I was paying for 5GB from you. $22 for an extra GB if I overed. 🖕

@redjane The booster I bought amplifies the existing signal from cell phone towers owned by Bell, Rogers, Telus, etc. So it's a one time cost up front (about $600 incl. mount and HST) then you use whatever data is included on your cell phone plan.
