Telus sucks *** for streaming shows. Worst navigation of anything I've ever used.

  • PNWisland_elle Elle (@PNWisland_elle) reported

@sailorgirl2017 It's not just you. My wifi is dropped every few minutes. I'm not sure if it's because Telus is installing fibre-optic all over the place but my wifi is not working. My ethernet cable isn't long enough. So I won't be around much either.

@TELUS @CRTCeng Telus you need to turn down the volume of commercials in BC. You are breaking the law ! #tooloud #crtc

@TELUSsupport @TELUS I am an existing ADT by TELUS customer and wanted to add a smart thermostat to my account. I checked online and it says it's $5/month but when I called they said that's only for new customers and I would have to pay $180. The website doesn't say that. Help?

@TELUS Although I've worked for the company for years and years in the past but never thought that tech support wont help my kids when internet is down because they dont have the PIN or my driver's license no. What a joke!It easy for me to say now "Shaw" here I come.

  • RichHesketh Rich Hesketh (@RichHesketh) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Is it acceptable @TELUS @TELUSsupport for us to be waiting over 72 hours for our internet to be reconnected? Seems to me that it’s not. We’ve spoken to no less the a dozen agents who claim 2-24 hours to flip that switch. Has anyone else had such bad service?

  • BigtimeYYC Aaron Stayner 💉💉💉 (@BigtimeYYC) reported

@chrisdoyle78 Mixed use or bust, but I fear the lack of amenities would make it a tough sell for residential. Dare I say even Telus Sky has that problem (but is much closer to EV Superstore).

... I left Telus for their ****** service. But at least I could stream a 144p YouTube video!... or a simple audio file. Again, UP YOUR THROTTLED SPEEDS. I mean, Jesus, at least make them comparable to a McDonald's Wi-Fi!! ====
