@Mark_Goldberg We should pass laws that disqualify any vendor offering BDU, phone, or other OTT service from also providing the physical digital utility layer. Breaking up Bell/Telus/Rogers (Shaw) into smaller vertically integrated companies solves absolutely nothing. @ISED_CA @MinisterISED

@TELUS @TELUSsupport widespread cellular outage affecting part of the Musquodoboit Valley in Nova Scotia. Can’t find a number to call and report outage, tried online. Can we get some answers? Anyone who is able to call is told there is no outage or issues.

@Rogers @TyBiziness I have never seen Telus or bell have this type of problem, but a entire day with no service is total bullshit from one of the biggest telecommunication company’s in Canada. And also we all know you don’t truly apologize you just want our money

My husband left work today to go to Telus Convention Centre for the walk in vaccinations. He gets there, parks his car, walks to the location and he gets turned away because THEY ARE OUT OF VACCINE. Wtf!!??!!! @jkenney @shandro

@TELUS over an hour wait time for technical support right now, this is unacceptable. This isn’t the first time I’ve called either, technician did not fix the problem. I can’t even get through during my lunch hour. No callback option ...
