@TELUSsupport @telus The website Tech Chat bot desperately needs an upgrade. Entering info 3 times and circling back to previous menus doesn't solve problems. We want to delete our internet account. #frasercanyon speeds are not speeds #unlimited really isn't, is it. #dobetter

@SteveMtnman Dunno if it helps, but our "standby" rate for Telus (ie. no service used) is $35/month and our "standby" rate for Rogers is $8/month (per truck). Of course one still needs all the equipment to run them, but the monthly cost isn't prohibitive.

@FidoSolutions Yup... Fido's service is out in Vancouver. I'm located in Collingwood, in the middle of east Vancouver. Service is dead as a doornail... as in zero bar of signal. Good thing I WFH with a Telus Optiks connection.
