    @TELUSsupport Telus Mobility service in the Calgary area is absolutely atrocious for the last month or two. It’s. It just me but rather numerous people… dropped calls, freezing of a call, unable to dial at times, etc.

    Is it just me or has the service at @TELUS seriously deteriorated this year? Wow. Can't get the billing right, hour long waits and disconnected while left on hold. CCTS complaint incoming 🤬

    @dougcrone We dropped Telus a couple years ago. We went with Primus. Funny enough, rates are cheaper and service is better.

    Honestly if @Shawhelp was more transparent with this whole outage issue people wouldn't be upset. I just want to know if I will need to go to a friend's house with Telus Internet tomorrow for work or if I'm staying home and working. It's not that hard to give somewhat of an eta.
