    @NYVRgal @TELUSsupport So I’m actually in IT. The quickest fix is to reboot both your modem (in fact unplug it wait 10 secs then plug in and power on. Same with laptop.) if that does help then Telus will need to troubleshoot with you.

    TELUS seems to worry about the cost and solution of serving wholesale partners. Let's make a deal @TELUS. @dotmobileapp will assume implementation and cost as a public cloud based Full #MVNO & #MVNE. In fact that's what we've proposed all along. Multiple birds with one stone.

    @TELUS 2 hours and 10 minutes on hold trying to cancel my Father in law’s wellness monitor. Then got a recording that call could not be processed call back another time. Hmmm let’s think why would someone cancel this service.... not very sensitive

    @TELUSsupport I am having nothing but issues with telus optik here in alberta on the sportsnet channels. Every other channel works fine, but sportsnet channels are constantly breaking up....

    The idk if it’s fake @telus or not but they calling me about a promotion. They called me 4 times today with 18665582273 number. But they never leave a voicemail 😭.
