    When I click on manage service under the Internet tab I get directed to “which services you interested in signing up for today?” And your chat bot is useless. #Telus

    @Fidomobile @Fidomobile Just received a $235.00 bill when you assured me all overages would be waived and I ‘didn’t have to do anything on my end.’ @TELUS directly emailed waiving ALL fees for us to end of year, never mind overages. Maybe you should do the same for not living up to ur word.

    @koodo Terrible service..tells you you to go to digital chat and then telephone hangs up and says good bye. What happens when a customer needs assistance from an agent.?? #Telus #crtc

    @SBishayIRIS @CRTCeng That isn’t how it works. You first have to lobby Bell and Telus who then give CRTC the permission to treat you correctly. :-(
