    @ShawInfo 10+ yrs a customer. No internet for 2 days. 2 days work lost. 5 reps spoken to. 1 offered me his very odd ideas about Covid 19 and why he's not vaxxed. 3+hrs on the phone. 1 no-show by a tech, after 4+hrs waiting. All equals 1 call to @TELUS tomorrow morn.

    @TELUSsupport Friday a Telus rep (I think) came to the door to sell us on Telus. All sounded good, gave ID to secure account then no communication since. No way to call you to see whether legit, then read other issues here & about to cancel even if this is real. Poor start.

    @doornumero3 @hidrees At least we keep paying billions to those who have been “building” the system the last 2 decades. $50M/ quarter? Might be time to shut down Canada Health Infoways, they have had too much time & might be working more for Telus. @DonDavies

    @TELUS and @TELUSsupport your chat function is broken. Any request to fill in a contact form for an issue spits you back out to your support bot. #nosupport while having your internet shut down for an address issue is awful. #billpaidinfull #supportbotssuck

    @TELUSsupport your sales rep came to my door & I signed on for PIK TV, Apple TV and wifi. On Aug 21, a technician came to install the wifi and the “boxes would be mailed in a few days.” Sept 22: 3 hr later (phone) with Telus support, numerous emails and nothing!

    @TELUS home security and health monitoring require attention to service delivery my 90 yr old mothers living well companion is still not supporting her because Telus shipped it to the wrong service address 4000km away...Telus hasno problem billing my account though!

    @ADT Thank you for answering at least. That’s more than ADT CANADA has done. I was able to reach them ONCE after a long wait … but not since. This is incredibly poor service. Before the merger with Telus, I had no issues whatsoever .

    @Shawhelp Except I never heard this. It was a recording played to me. Sounds fishy that I’m expected to hold up my end of a service agreement but you can have a clause to not hold up yours. It’s fine. @TELUS is giving me a $200 bill credit to compensate.
