    After waiting 47 min for help with @telus to ask them why they put a ding on my credit for a late payment when all my payments are automated, they hung up on me by accident and didn’t bother to try to call me back 😡 @TELUSsupport come on guys, that’s messed up

    @BudweiserGirl @TELUS @TELUSsupport I always get "disconnected" w/ them. When I call now, I have them call me back. Telus customer service is horrible. 👎

    @CPC_HQ I would like to see Canada adopt a European Model of cellphone service. They pay peanuts compared to what I pay for big companies like Bell or Telus.

    @LuckyMobileCan nothing but problems. We DO NOT recommend this provider. Use Bell - Use Telus … Lucky is unreliable. We upped our 12 yr old account today and they messed it up now NO customer service. It was a painful experience this afternoon now this is🍒
