  • ZakMcLachlan 𝑍𝑎𝑘 𝐵. 𝑀𝑐𝐿𝑎𝑐ℎ𝑙𝑎𝑛 (@ZakMcLachlan) reported

What if this happens to a small business owner who is struggling to just keep their doors open after nearly 2 years of Covid shutdowns and supply chain issues? They would have to pony up and pay the ridiculous charge just to keep their point of sale program online, right @TELUS?

  • iansltx Ian Littman (@iansltx) reported

@dl_958 I bring up line-sharing because Canada forces telcos to let resellers sit on their network for cable and DSL. It's a dedicated last mile network but CA facilities based ISPs have to let others connect at the aggregation level. If Telus doesn't have to share FTTH, well...

  • JustAnotherJay Jason Bouwmeester (@JustAnotherJay) reported

...and once again, I find out that @Telus' plans are crap. Really, EVERY account has to be on a data plan in order to use a shared data plan? Wasn't so long ago I had data, my wife was on voice and shared my data... but no longer can a voice pkg share data with a data line. #fail

  • CGWM_Muhs Markus Muhs, CFP®, CIM® (@CGWM_Muhs) reported

@JayeWalter Such a stupid merger from a tactical perspective too. Sum is less than its parts, as a portion of their customer base hates them and leaves. Telus meanwhile did acquisitions in other areas, like home security and health. Ends up offering a whole lot more to customers.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS Why can't i get some useful help? I am not a customer and do not want to receive account messages from you with my e-mail so why tell me to go to your website where I need to enter my Account phone number?

  • PirateBee Bailey Bee (@PirateBee) reported

Hey @TELUS , Why do you keep calling me and as soon as I say hello, you hang up. I've gotten 4 calls like this in the last 3 days. Incredibly annoying.

@TheLeonardChan @Bell @Bell this is so so sloppy and I’m straight up in the middle of renewing my contract with them next month, I’m going to look into Roger’s or Telus instead. they better fix this

  • SammyBytes Sammy Lawrence (@SammyBytes) reported

@ShananSB @kathymahar @TELUS Now this is the kind of support that all corporations should do in a crisis.

  • Troyliss Oh No, Troy’s Tweeting (@Troyliss) reported

@ashleylynch My plan was with Telus at the time, so great customer retention, I guess…
