@JudyMaxB9632935 It sounds a lot to small fry like us but in fact it's less than $40/person/year. That's not a lot of money when you consider that it costs 5 times that/month for TELUS to send me a signal that allows me to access the 'net & watch RW TV stations, which they select. e.g. Fox.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport #yyc so apparently you have door to door salespeople signing people up for packages and porting over phone numbers without the account holders consent. Your management is a joke and all they can do is tell me it’s my “complicated name” as the problem.

  • pammyJ79 PJ (@pammyJ79) reported

@eissyrc My home internet is thru Telus as well, had no issues with it though.

@zacangryman Could you try to login to your Telus via your desktop? Trying to see if it is an account conflict or a app conflict, please DM us if you have more questions!

  • mobile23 JW (@mobile23) reported

@TELUSsupport Thanks but no thanks. I had enough bad attitude and experiences from your staffs. I will just drop both my home and business Telus accounts later in the year

  • Midusza_ Midusza (@Midusza_) reported

@TELUS account and I needed to call. I was not informed at the store I had 30 days to cancel a “new contract/line”.

  • BacomoMiko Miko Bacomo (@BacomoMiko) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I referred my parents to Telus but somehow your agents booked me for their appointment & I can’t cancel the appointment.

  • Midusza_ Midusza (@Midusza_) reported

@TELUS ’m then informed there’s essentially nothing they can do as I’m outside my 30 days of cancellation. Meaning I either have to pay for two lines or cancel my old phone number. What an absolute joke.
