    @Telus buying #ADT was fine. Telus buying ADT to have it sold at the retail mobile phone locations was fkn stupid. They don't install the home security, they don't see the home security equipment, and they don't do these activations everyday. You need to open a showroom, man

    @TELUS is such a joke of an internet company and none of their agents have any customer service whatsoever. Definitely looking at switching companies after 30 years of being telus customer smh

    @TELUSsupport Having an issue adding new home services to existing My Telus account. Got Optik TV and internet about two weeks ago and linked it, but it still shows 0 services. I'm unable to edit my theme packs or use the Optik TV app. Was told it should be fully active by now

    @elonmusk I want starlink so bad but for me to get started it’s like 900+ dollars Canadian 😭😭 we are moving due to unforeseeable issues with our current rental and found a rural place and telus is ripping us for internet that’s not even that good 😭

    The good news is Telus is installing Fibre in Calgary and a bunch of Alberta and BC so it’s just a matter of time but, streaming 1080p 60fps might be a problem until then lol
