@TELUS after 48 min he called me back and said he didnt realize the call was dropped. Seriously what was he doing for 48 min? When you put someone on hold you check back with them and keep them updated. He was rude full of attitude.I don’t pay $214 a month to be treated like this

@TELUS you should invest in hiring good talented billing staff and in your billing system as I am frustrated with your billing process which contains errors in every bill that I get. Every month you charge $100 to $200 extra. Is this how you make money?
