    Telus Advanced Billing Well isn't this an easy scam for them. Another goddamn fiddley problem. I wasn't refunded my amount owed on shut off.

    @leftcoastxpress @TELUS Check out Telus plans. I got 10gb plan with them and am always way under. Telus is also pretty good at negotiating bills down even if it’s your fault.

    @TELUSsupport What should be the Telus Internet 50 upload speed? I was told 7 Mbps. I have never seen anything better than 2 Mbps in my house. Several visits by technicians could not improve the situation. Why is there internet blackout 3 - 4 times everyday? I am giving up on Telus.

    @TELUSsupport my services went down last Wednesday, I had 3 reps over the phone troubleshoot to no avail. Tech came Friday and sort of fixed the issue but have been getting the run around from @TELUS since. Is there someone who can escalate

    I am gonna lose it on #telus today. Hub not working again been on hold for about an hour so far. Worst customer service!

    @ca_london @Xfinity @telus raised my rate by $40 a month and their customer service sucks. Not a teacher(s) who should have free service while teaching from home. Greed is apparently still good.

    @NicESpurling @TELUS I would talk to loyalty and retention, that department has the ability to do more than the customer service people. It is ridiculous that you have to go through this.

    @JimJohannsson @Citizen004 It's just an 'operational' question I have. There's no feeling of this gov 'hearing' concerns of ABns. No response to us. If I phoned Telus b/c I had an internet problem, it was never fixed, never heard back, I'd wonder what was going on, want to hear fr Boss.
