    Telus Advanced Billing Well isn't this an easy scam for them. Another goddamn fiddley problem. I wasn't refunded my amount owed on shut off.

    How often does everyone else get calls from Telus, or another phone provider? Weekly? I just don't answer anymore. I always told them, don't bother me unless you can give me the same thing I have for less $ or a better plan for the same $. And no, I don't want a new damn phone

    @Murphysmom67 Telus ALWAYS SENDS Everything to Collections, TELUS never honors their own contracts, provide ****** service, claim you never return equipment when you have, all their call centers are OVER SEAS. @TELUS is NOT FOR CANADIANS.

    @islandviewag Oh I know it - dropped Bell like a bad habit and went with Telus many years ago… marginally better coverage and a good plan for when you skip off US towers while along the St. Lawrence River…. We have abysmal and expensive cell coverage in this country….
