@TELUS After 5 of ur staff decided to sweep this under the rug, I decided not to. I am a 25 year Telus customer. I had to prove to you that I am alive as one of your staff mistook my identity for my late mother. I was treated like a fraudster! I am disheartened to say the least!

@uh_who_are_you They were able to 'fix the system' by bringing in more staff. If people were there to answer the calls and they had an adequate phone cue, there would be no reason to redial, would there? Your stubborn unacceptence of the government's and Telus' assessment is bewildering.

Funny story about @Telus. I’ve been having issues for months with the box. Many weeks of frustration, calls with tech support and wasted money later, I finally had a new box installed yesterday. And you know what? It. Still. Doesn’t. Work. #fail
