Telus Advanced Billing Well isn't this an easy scam for them. Another goddamn fiddley problem. I wasn't refunded my amount owed on shut off.

@VanRothnRoll All f them suck though. Telus phones me from Pakistan, I can't even understand what the poor lady is trying to sell me. Bell billed me an extra 200 just for the fun of it, no appeal possible. It's a rotten and rigged corporate nightmare.

@adolwyn @HappyGeek75 Arghhh! I closed my account while owing a few hundred bucks on a "Free laptop!" so I paid the remaining balance on that "free" gift and a premium for closing my account early due to moving somewhere without Telus service. They were real shits about it.

Beyond stupid I’ve reached 50% of my video recording upload limit in < 12 days with @TELUS security. Because 1) video doorbell sensitivity picks up ever shadow & 2) the limit is unbelievably low. This is a recent issue. So clearly Telus changed something @TELUSsupport
