Telus Advanced Billing Well isn't this an easy scam for them. Another goddamn fiddley problem. I wasn't refunded my amount owed on shut off.

Anyone else having problem with the service, so called, from telus? Twice appointment was made for this pure fibre twice they have not shown up. Funny part is second time with a no show they called to let us know that the work was done and if we were happy with the product #telus

Tell me how Telus took out a “pre authorized” payment for services we do not have and never authorized? We always pay the bill manually 😳 like I know they’ll mail the money back in a check but how tf did they get the money in the first place?

If you think Shaw Mobile offers good value, make sure to ask them in advance to guarantee a full refund, connection fee included, if you find, as I did, their system does not function as expected. Shaw mobile phone service was erratic where I live and work. Now, back to Telus.
