@TELUSsupport . Not getting cell service in Stoney Creek area of Hamilton for several hours. Can’t see anything on Bell or Telus sites.

  • gfbussy gfbrett (@gfbussy) reported

telus will call you everyday, 3 times a day when they’re doing surveys but when you need a speck of tech support its a minimum 2 hour wait

  • krytri Krystle DeLong (@krytri) reported

Super glad I’m not a @TELUS customer. I’ve been on hold for an hour and 18 minutes. The chat function (which I doubt I could use anyway) has timed me out 2x waiting for 13, 11 and 15 people to get their service. @TELUSsupport is this what you expect your customers 2 put up with?

  • ellenroseman Ellen Roseman (@ellenroseman) reported

@ErtlAnthony @JohannBoucher @TELUS This customer surcharge is now allowed as part of the settlement of a class action by small businesses in Canada against the banks. But why should profitable Telus be one of the first companies to adopt it? Looks like a cash grab, according to CRTC comments.

  • EmptyUK Mat Thomas (@EmptyUK) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

The inane @TELUS 1.5% credit card bill charge is just another gouge. I pay them so much money already; it’s time to look elsewhere. Also, my actual cell phone coverage is pretty terrible even in my apartment. #CashGrab

  • newfieOilerFan1 NewfieOilerFan (@newfieOilerFan1) reported

@TELUSsupport Why does Telus suck so bad at Customer Service?

  • dyountmusic Daniel Yount (@dyountmusic) reported

@AlexGuichet @TELUS Telus is notorious around here for taking years to adopt major new technologies. They were the last holdout of CDMA for so long up here and they still have yet to activate any mid band 3500mhz antennas in most major Canadian cities. No eSIM transfer support either.

  • CryptoRamz1 CryptoRamz.eth (@CryptoRamz1) reported

@TELUS a 1.5% credit card fee? So that means we’re paying 1.5% more on our current contract also! The contract that we signed isn’t respected at the end. I will fill a complaint with @CRTCeng

  • UlmerTanya poli-spy 🧐🍁 (@UlmerTanya) reported

@pressprogress @AB_AgainstUCP @TELUS ? Just switched to your service, time to rethink

  • Creerarts マゼン (@Creerarts) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport a service fee to pay your bill via Credit Card? Ha ha ha @Rogers let's talk business! I have 4 lines to port over.
