@L82be Yep, I did read that. But I still don't see how it's privatized. In a privatized system, individuals pay extra for a service. In this, they don't. Telus is providing the technology and get paid for it, yes. But I would assume any doctor using technology will be paying for it?

I have a WestJet Mastercard and over the past month and a bit I've been having nothing but problems. I go to stores and try to pay with it and I get transaction denied. But I can pay with Apple pay. Now today Telus tells me my pre-authorized payment was denied.

B/c to address those prblms, these bills wld have to deal w/ their manifestation @ CDN coms & media giants' like BCE, Rogers, Shaw, Telus, Postmedia, etc. On these issues, the CDN cos & Google & Facebook are joined at the hip in their opposition to progressive Internet regs. 7/

@TELUS IVR ... integrated voice response is a BIG problem. Needs to be programmed so I don't have my time wasted each time I call. I ALWAYS get funnelled to Fiber instead of Copper. This means my time is wasted over and over. I'M PISSED OFF!!!!! FIX THIS!!!!!

TELUS customer service is HORRIBLE due to IVR system and ridiculous long wait times. Telus is a master at inventing Roadblocks.

@solidarityYYC @TELUS_Spark Considering how ethically flexible Telus is (profiting off tax dollars providing “telephone doctor visits” this doesn’t surprise me. They suck at customer service, they suck at ethics.

@TELUSsupport @RichardStarchuk Hey Telus, want to fix my service with 5G as well. In the k2w1b7 area. I've called numerous times and had tickets opened, been a customer since Clearnet days. Service issues since 5G rollout takes me back to 1990's cell service. Newer $1200 Samsung, done all the trouble shooting

@jkenney And when you say "we" are emerging strong (which is terrible grammar, by the way), you mean insurance companies, Telus Health, and O&G companies that are leaving us with 280 billion in clean up costs, right?
