@TELUS how about you put more cell towers in my area. You sell a service but don't provide the basic requirements of a cell phone in many areas. I had to buy a $700 booster and a 25 foot pole for it to get service.

@JulieYAli @TELUS Sometimes those to whom you are referred get defensive. Maybe they think they will be blamed or they know that they don't have the answer. Advocate for yourself and if that means cc'ing CEOs then do it. They need to hear what's going on in customer service so they can fix it.

@JanetRWees @TELUS Hubby explained that sometimes employees report to others who may not be as nice as the CEO. Also, they apparently don't need to explain the bug in their system to me. They do need to fix the bug. I understand this. But the tone of the conversation felt dismissive.

was tricked to put my phone # to see a video got billed 4.99$ even after when i realized the fraud and cancelled thru SMS number provided same moment, I hope i am not going to be billed again if that happen i will cancel my contract with TELUS ..@TELUSsupport

@Bell_Support If I send a file to someone with Bell internet, it goes 1gig. If I send a file to someone with Shaw, Rogers, Telus, etc... it goes 20mbps. Problem isn't in my house or in my neighbourhood, it's the routing.
