    @TELUS I'm just trying to pay my bill, but having trouble doing it on my app. I had no problems before. I asked for an agent to return my call, I got no call back after an hour. Now, I'm on hold for more than 20 minutes now.

    Really disappointed in @TELUS, who suspended my service with zero warning, leaving my entire home without internet. This is the second time it’s happened in a year. Maybe it’s time to make the switch to @shaw.

    @Catelli2Oh Or a Telus customer, who is the big telco out here. I don’t seem to be affected, however, so we must not be reliant on Bell this far west. Plus, there’s a massive pipeline down the west coast of North America anyway.
