Just spent 1 hour trying to add the 2gb of free Hurricane Data onto my phone Cannot do that because @TELUS creates worst systems where you need to have an account but to create an account you need to have a community account to create a ticket to submit. Your Chatbot is trash

@TELUSsupport There is issue. network reset, reboo phone, SIM card reinsert, nothing has helped. I am appalled that telus never accepts service issue happening. Thr is an outage in GTA happening. Chk ur outage map. My issue start 23rd, but of course @telusmobility will never accept it

@TELUS I just tried calling your loyalty dept - and after being on hold for 5 mins it rang for over 40 rings and then disconnected me. Not impressed and doesn’t make me feel valued as a customer.

@Malmo_Maritimes @TELUS That 1 afternoon took so much out of me physically, and we knocked on every door. A Resident came with us most of the way, telling us who was not home. But that is/was my biggest fear. So many mobile issues, no phone or light. This is insane for 2022.
