How the hell did the @CRTCeng approve @TELUS on their 1.5% add-on fee for credit card payments? That's absurd. Accepting credit cards at par is the cost of secure transactions in a way customers can afford. Terrible, and I repeat - TERRIBLE precedent being set here. Morons.

  • yourbcagent Anshu Arora (@yourbcagent) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

@TELUS how come #CustomerService is sooooo horrible

  • Saralyzer777 Sarah Doyle (@Saralyzer777) reported

@theJagmeetSingh BIG NOPE from me. These companies just increase the price of their goods to compensate for their lost profits paid towards your new tax Jagmeet. C’mon man, it’s not rocket science!! Anyone notice TELUS crap service ever since Trudeau made them decrease rates? Prime example

I am a new client who switched from Shaw to Telus recently Had I known it would be this crazy to get customer service I would have never left Shaw

  • RNC_PoliceNL Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (@RNC_PoliceNL) reported from Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador

Please do not use the listed general inquiry number until Telus/Koodo have restored services. Telus and Koodo cell customers can still access the RNC through 911 in case of an emergency. #ThankYou 3/3

  • DarrellWinwood Darrell Winwood (@DarrellWinwood) reported

Anyone else in #yeg having serious @Telus problems today? My service has been out all day and can't reach any support help.

  • HockeyGalDough Hockey Gal (@HockeyGalDough) reported

@Bell I echo the same concern as numerous comments on your posts and mentions. @Rogers and @TELUS have been very prompt at acknowledging the issue in Iran. Thousands of Iranian-Canadians have lost touch with their loved ones in Iran due to the Iranian government cutting off internet.

  • jarrodau jarrod (@jarrodau) reported

Anyone else’s copper #telus home internet down? Going on a few hours now. @TELUSsupport @TELUS #squamish

  • sierraalpha32 Marco (@sierraalpha32) reported

@Bell To ensure all customers can reach their loved ones in Iran, Rogers, Fido, Telus and Koodo are waiving fees for long distance calling and text messaging until October 14. We look forward to see the same support from Bell. Thank you!
