@TELUS way to repeatedly drop the ball and then have me wait on hold for a total of 3.5 hours and offer no compensation on your own mistake. Abysmal service and accountability

@CoryBMorgan Someday an incident will occur despite the orange cones, and then the trucks will be surrounded by a 3 foot guardrail, then a 6 foot guardrail, then a 10 foot plexiglass perimeter that can't even get shipped on time so Telus's service department will need 6 months advance booking

@MikeyPSteele @CanadaSoccerEN As someone who’s been around pre one soccer, both TSN nor sportsnet wanted to play the national team games. It was hard to get them too. Yea it’s sucks you have to stream it (unless you have Telus) and pay a small fee but no one wanted to air games unless they were paid to do so

To Kristine & Brodie at Telus... You guys are useless. Going for my 2nd straight week of No Internet/Optik TV/Phone due to an "unknown" issue with the "cable" OUTSIDE even though 60 other households in the building have no issues. Brodie is apparently the only cable tech at Telus

@the_transit_guy @telus spent 40 mins on int’l long distance to cancel son’s account (in my name as he was a minor when we got it 7 yrs ago). Was on their support channel that it could not be done via email and son told him same by phone. They finally answer and say it had already been cancelled.

@TELUSsupport I am still overcharged for $72.35 for the month of November/2022, the right monthly is $76.98 and I had paid it, always overpaid Telus Home Service by $.02 and rightfully I should have a credit balance of under $4.00! Internet for Good for Seniors!
