    @Jason_hildo @TELUS @TELUSsupport He's quite the prophet. Seriously though Telus/Bell/Rogers... Fix your network... It should be dropping to low band LTE before dumping to 3G...

    @David_Moscrop I've been having a good experience with koodo (i.e., Cheap Telus). But I never texted the US... I did once get charged, by Rogers (work phone) for a text sent to a wrong number where I mistyped the area code and it was sent to the US. Quite annoying.

    @FionaMattatall We spent the last 25 years learning to spot "Help me claim inheritance urgently request a wire transfer information" emails and hanging up on "The CRA has a warrant for your arrest" calls, and now we have crappy letters? Maybe this is a billing info scam? Is this real TELUS?

    Warning. My daughter was scammed into typing #2030 on her cell phone and was charged $4.99 by @FreedomMobile. This scam has been ripping Canadians for over 8 years because @Bell Rogers & Telus continue to make money everytime. Sad but true. Solution: DON't use shortcodes at all

    @TELUS is a joke... said they would send a new router 3 times and still haven't. You said the "Loyalty" department would contact me and still haven't. Oh yeah, and no one in your support center knows what packet loss even means and don't care to help.

    Telus is somehow the number two phone company in Canada and I’ve never seen someone with Telus service on their phone. 🤔

    @FionaMattatall I’ve received a couple from the Telus Babylon app. Brutal, never examined the patient unable to answer key questions asked back in order to appropriately triage the consult. Another Telus win 🙄

    @JMartin_JD @SCC_eng Still don't u/stand why so many Courts are dealing w/ $200k costs issue 13 yrs after action commenced. Pl in #ClassAction seeks $500 mil + $20 mil punitives on behalf of 1.4 million #ClassMembers who say Telus rounded up cell phone minutes & yet Telus is fighting about costs?!?
