    @Coelasquid I liked it when Telus had actual offices in our small town and I could walk down and pay my bill and local people had jobs. If you had a problem there would be an actual person you could speak to. I’m sure farming it all out to call centres overseas improved profits.

    @familymoneysave I'm thinking yes. I had the worst shellacking with that thing I can recall. No faith in management now and just moved on. Bought fortis, telus and CNQ.
