@cenobyte Sounds like Sasktel. They will rim the ***** ass of a Telus customer to get them to switch but wouldn't fart in the general direction of a current customer to keep them!

@Albert_Nobbs @Rogers Yeah, that sounds like Rogers. One of their reps referred to me as "it" in response to a publicly viewable bad review. Needless to say, it escalated from there. The only company worse than Rogers is Telus. #NeverRogers #NeverTelus

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport Why do you start charging me for use of your service days before I receive the SIM card? Please explain.

I'm still stunned that @TELUS preferred that I change carriers, despite being a loyal customer for over 25 years, rather that own up to their mistake and replace our phones. @telusmobility isn't the company it once was. Sad.

@TELUSsupport why is that I try to use apps like ‘SN Now’ and ‘TSNGO’ and try to log in with a sign-in partner, it redirects me to the telus site and its an endless loop that never loads. By far the most frustrating thing i’ve ever experienced. Surely MANY are having this problem

@Hannah_Bananaz Huawei already supplies the current Bell & Telus LTE tower network. The question really is how much data that they were tracking made its way to China? The 5G decision is a question of how to prevent Huawei from upgrading the existing towers while continuing LTE service

Our @Telus cell service is awful (1 bar), which is why I so appreciated this little irony from a cell call just moments ago. Me: Hello. Reply: Hello, this is Jacob from Telus Mobility... ...and the cell service faded out, ending the call.

@bradcedm @TELUS Thanks Brad but it’s been like this for 3 years and normally we are fine but it was clear we need a solution if things happen in the future. It became more evident during the outage that we need a signal booster or something as we won’t be able to call anyone during an outage.
