    @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell I live in a city & only get one bar of service from @TELUS for the past six yrs. I get even worse/spotty service when I travel yet we STILL pay the highest rates in the world for substandard service. The collusion between major cell providers is criminal & unacceptable.

    Hey @TELUS and @TELUSsupport - I have to bring my phone back and two different stores telling me I need to request a mailer to send it, two call centre operators told me there are no mailers, please get it together. Worst, most disorganized service ever.

    @TELUS Does you support and billing teams ever communicate? Took a Mobility TV package and cancelled within a week but keep on getting bills. Made 7-8 calls in last 2 months and confirmed that it is cancelled but stiil got a bill today. Absolutely pathetic and crappy practices!

    @TELUS How many seniors have you left without phone service because your technicians cannot enter a building? Also just wondering how much you are going to knock off of my mother -in-laws bill because my husband is doing the work for the technician?

    @pearlsonally I have Koodo. Telus owns them and haven't had any problems. I pay $50 for 13gb, but that's a non contract plan I'd also recommend fido/virgin mobile but Rogers/bell owns them. You could also get freedom mobile, but their service is a hit or miss sometimes.

    Is your DSL network having issues @TELUSsupport? Your reps don't give me a straight answer. My bonded connection has packet loss on the downstream, which is very noticeable on VOIP/video calls. Impossible to have a good quality call, regardless of being wired/wireless. #Telus

    @breadwitchery Telus seems to keep giving me discounts and perks without asking, and I can’t remember ever having a problem with their fibre. On the island now, and Telus is still doing fine here.
