    Hi @telus. Didn't hear back so re-requested a call on your virtual assistant at 3 pm. It was working again. Again was told that someone would call in 15 min. However, it's now 4:45 pm & no phone call. To recap, the phone number for cancelling service doesn't work...

    @ThatDudesMother @JustinTrudeau Yes and especially when the government uses Rogers, Bell or Telus and there’s another Canadian wide outage for internet and everyone is just standing there, or maybe there’s a cyber security ransom from a hacker, works wonderfully doesn’t it

    @computra Telus said it was integrated into their network, which means a whole new slew of things. Yet, no notice, no nothing.

    @TwittleAir @Shawhelp @TELUS Shaw + Bad Customer service = epic fail. Quick call to TELUS and we have internet activated with Optik tv. Always have a backup plan. Shaw is a miserable failure. Wait still Rogers takes over — just gonna get worse.

    @TELUS @Telus their mistake. They put me through to Web services and I speak to Kathe who says “no, we can’t fix this You need customer care.” She says she will get customer service on the phone and explain the situation before she transfers me. Seconds later I am transferred…cont’d

    @Shawhelp Trying to get a hold of your "tech support" for over an hour now and you seem be dealing with thousands of others with lousy internet service. I'm using my @Telus 5G iPhone tethered to my laptop to Tweet.

    @TELUSsupport wrongfully overcharged 30$ on my account and escalation team refuses to help, telus has stolen my money and I strongly regret choosing them as my phone provider!!
